镀锌无铬蓝白色钝化剂
技术领域
本发明涉及镀锌无铬蓝白色钝化剂,尤其涉及一种镀锌无铬蓝白色钝化剂的成分、各成分的作用及配制方法。
背景技术
长期以来,电镀锌及锌合金镀层都要做钝化处理,以提高耐蚀性和装饰性。目前使用最广泛的是铬酸盐钝化处理。主要原因是该工艺简单、成本低、抗蚀性能好。经铬酸盐处理后形成铬/基体金属混合氧化物膜层,膜层中铬主要以六价和三价形式存在。
环保型的钝化主要采用三价铬和无铬钝化两个方向。目前有三价铬钝化也宣称是无铬钝化,但是三价铬钝化其钝化液及钝化产品中含有的三价铬离子会转变成六价铬离子,同时三价铬离子本身也具有毒害性,因而并不是真正意义上的无铬钝化。
随着人类生活及质量的不断改善和提高,对各种产品的环保品的环保要求也越来越高。电脑、通信、消费型电子及汽车零配件,有些要出口国外,环保要求很高,根据GB-2008《电镀污染物排放标准》,对Pd、Hg、Cd、Cr6+、聚溴二苯醚和聚溴联苯等6种第一类污染物的排放标准有了更低的限制,欧盟于2006年7月1日起实施的《关于在电子电气设备中禁止使用某些有害物质指令》(ROHs),禁止欧盟市场上投放的电子和电器设备中含六价铬等6种有害物质。为适应和满足市场的需要,近几年来,无铬钝化越来越成为研究的热点。
发明内容
本发明为了提高镀锌层钝化膜无毒环保,同时使钝化液中不含有Cr3+而发明了镀锌无铬蓝白色钝化剂。
本发明采用钼酸钠、柠檬酸钠、硝酸钴等物品组成镀锌无铬蓝白色钝化剂。
本发明的具体制备方法包括如下顺序的步骤:
a.将计算量的柠檬酸钠倒入少量水中,搅拌使其充分溶解;
b.将计算量的钼酸钠慢加入,搅拌使其充分溶解;
c.将计算量的硝酸钴缓慢加入,迅速搅拌,使其充分溶解;
d.将计算量的水定容后,静置10分钟,用硝酸调pH在1~2范围内。
本发明所得镀锌无铬蓝白色钝化剂,为澄清淡橘红色液体。
实验说明
本发明通过镀锌实验后,在无铬蓝白色钝化液中实施钝化处理,经过不同时间的处理后,观察镀层的色泽,并进行中性盐雾试验测定其耐蚀性能。
具体实施方式
本实施例的具体制备步骤如下:
a.配制通用的低氰镀锌溶液,并调整pH值,进行电镀。
b.一定时间后取出试样,在3%的硝酸中出光后进行钝化处理,钝化时间为8~20s。
c.观察转化膜层的色泽,并进行中性盐雾试验。

注:当有搅拌时,钝化时间可以缩短。

1.镀锌无铬蓝白色钝化剂,其特征在于钝化剂的原料组成如下:含钼酸钠40~60g/L、柠檬酸钠10~30g/L、硝酸钴10~25g/L,其余为水;无铬蓝白色钝化剂使用时pH值维持在1~2范围内。
