Abstract

一种丙烯酸防污树脂的制备方法及降低防污剂用量的环境友好型船底防污漆及其制备方法,本发明针对现有技术的不足,充分利用树脂的结构特性,官能团分子之间的相互作用,借用“分子络合化学”的原理,主要通过分子间氢键及交联剂的相互作用,束缚防污剂分子在基料体系中,防止防污剂分子自由扩散至海水中,进而控制树脂基料表面防污剂的浓度,达到降低防污剂用量的目的。本发明在不明显降低防污效果的同时,显著的降低了防污剂的用量,对海洋生态环境具有良好的保护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种丙烯酸防污树脂的制备方法及降低防污剂用量的环境友好型船底防污漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
自从人类开展海洋活动以来,生物污损就一直影响并制约着人类对海洋资源的开发和利用。涂装防污涂料是最常用的防护方法之一,在船体或养殖设施以及其它载体表面喷涂防污涂料,形成保护层,并通过涂层内防污剂的溶解渗出,达到防止污损生物附着的目的,这是迄今为止最为成熟的防污方法,防污效果显著,广泛且最为实用,其防污机制是利用渗出的防污剂来毒杀污损生物或者干扰生物链的某一环节,并可通过与树脂技术的结合发挥协同防污效应实现较长时间的防污。但是这种技术也存在不足,为确保防污效果则必须使用大量的防污剂。据欧盟杀生剂产品委员会统计,世界上主流防污漆中防污剂的含量在55%以上,每年排放到海水中的防污剂可达上千万吨。大量的防污剂不仅污染海洋生态环境,还会使海洋生物发生畸变,对人类自身也产生较大的危害。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种丙烯酸防污树脂的制备方法及降低防污剂用量的环境友好型船底防污漆及其制备方法。
本发明采用的技术解决方案是:一种丙烯酸防污树脂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:在容器中按比例加入0.2g偶氮二异丁腈(BPO)、200g丙二醇单甲醚,升温至65℃,然后将包含24g丙烯酸、16g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、30g丙烯酰胺、71g丙烯酸乙酯、51g丙烯酸丁酯、8g丙烯酸羟乙酯、1.6g过氧化苯甲酰的混合液,经3小时恒速滴加完毕,加入0.2g过氧化苯甲酰,继续恒温反应3小时后,冷却后加入二甲基环己胺5g,搅拌2h后完成反应。
一种降低防污剂用量的环境友好型船底防污漆,按质量分数计,包括以下组分:A、B组份总的质量份数为100%;
B组分:氮丙啶交联剂XR-1007-12%;
醋酸丁酯5-15%。
一种降低防污剂用量的环境友好型船底防污漆的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:先将A组份研磨均匀,研磨至颗粒达到40微米以下,将B组份加入A组份中,分散均匀即制得所述的降低防污剂用量的环境友好型船底防污漆。

具体实施方式
丙烯酸防污树脂的合成:
在装有搅拌器、回流冷凝管、恒压滴液漏斗的四口烧瓶中加入0.2g偶氮二异丁腈(BPO)、200g丙二醇单甲醚,升温至65℃,然后称量包含24g丙烯酸、16g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、30g丙烯酰胺、71g丙烯酸乙酯、51g丙烯酸丁酯、8g丙烯酸羟乙酯、1.6g过氧化苯甲酰的混合液,用恒压滴液漏斗经3小时恒速滴加完毕,加入0.2g过氧化苯甲酰,继续恒温反应3小时后,冷却后加入二甲基环己胺5g调节pH,搅拌2h后完成反应。
降低防污剂用量的环境友好型船底防污漆的合成:
涂料包含A、B双组分,A、B组分的按照一定的质量比混合均匀即可。
其中A组分为树脂基料载体,配方如下:
A组名称 质量份
丙烯酸树脂 40-55%
氧化铁红 3-6%
氧化锌 12-20%
吡啶三苯基硼 3-5%
4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮 3-6%
美托咪定 3-10%
有机膨润土 1-2%
B组份主要包括氮丙啶交联剂XR-100,配方如下:
B组名称 质量份
XR-100 7-12%
醋酸丁酯 5-15%
注:A、B组份总的质量份数为100%。先将A组份单料研磨均匀,细读达到40微米以下,出料封装即可;使用时将B组份加入A组份中,分散均匀即可。如果粘度过大,可适当多加醋酸丁酯稀释。
结合本发明进一步阐述,优选实施例,各组分具体原料组成如下表所示:
经检测,环境友好型丙烯酸树脂完全聚合,数均分子量Mn为44370,多分散系数Mw\Mn为1.46,附着力≤2级,粘度≤150S(涂四杯法),固含量约为50%,实海挂板测试6个月证明具有优异的防污效果。

1.一种丙烯酸防污树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:在容器中按比例加入0.2g偶氮二异丁腈(BPO)、200g丙二醇单甲醚,升温至65℃,然后将包含24g丙烯酸、16g甲基丙烯酸甲酯、30g丙烯酰胺、71g丙烯酸乙酯、51g丙烯酸丁酯、8g丙烯酸羟乙酯、1.6g过氧化苯甲酰的混合液,经3小时恒速滴加完毕,加入0.2g过氧化苯甲酰,继续恒温反应3小时后,冷却后加入二甲基环己胺5g,搅拌2h后完成反应。
2.一种含有权利要求1所述的制备方法制备的丙烯酸防污树脂的降低防污剂用量的环境友好型船底防污漆,其特征在于,
按质量分数计,包括以下组分:A、B组份总的质量份数为100%;
A组分:丙烯酸防污树脂40-55%;
氧化铁红3-6%;
氧化锌12-20%;
吡啶三苯基硼3-5%;
4,5-二氯-2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮3-6%;
美托咪定3-10%;
有机膨润土1-2%;
B组分:氮丙啶交联剂XR-1007-12%;
醋酸丁酯5-15%。
3.一种权利要求2所述的降低防污剂用量的环境友好型船底防污漆的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:先将A组份研磨均匀,研磨至颗粒达到40微米以下,将B组份加入A组份中,分散均匀即制得所述的降低防污剂用量的环境友好型船底防污漆。
