Abstract

本发明公开了一种电缆阻水层材料及其制备方法,属于防止流体进入导体而引起电缆损坏的材料领域,用以解决现有的电缆阻水能力不够的问题。本发明所述的电缆阻水层材料包括基层、覆盖在基层上下两面的隔水层,以及附着在隔水层上的防水涂料组成,其制备方法简单、易操作,且阻水层材料包括基层、隔水层和防水涂料层共计5层,缆芯有5层防护层,能够更好的保护缆芯免受水分的侵蚀。

一种电缆阻水层材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防止流体进入导体而引起电缆损坏的材料,具体地说,涉及一种电缆阻水层材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
地下电缆,尤其是在水下如海底的电缆,需要有较好的防水性能,水分一旦侵入电缆内部,电缆将会受到破坏而无法使用。水分的侵入方式一般有两种:从电缆端部、电缆表面强度较弱的地方。现有的电缆防水的措施是采用阻水带缠绕或者采用阻水填料填充,一旦有水分侵入,在水分侵入口的填充材料吸水膨胀直接将水分侵入口堵住。但是这种方法依然存在缆芯被浸入水分的风险。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种电缆阻水层材料及其制备方法,其具有很好的阻水能力,使得电缆在长度方向上保持较高的防水能力,保证在电缆的长度方向上不会有阻水性能较弱的地点。
本发明所述的电缆阻水层材料,包括基层、覆盖在基层上下两面的隔水层,以及附着在隔水层上的防水涂料组成,所述基层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氨基甲酸酯20-30份,丙烯20-40份,醋酸乙烯15-20份、氧化铝5-10份,氨水3-6份,苯二甲酸二辛脂10-15份;所述隔水层包括下列重量份的组份:丁苯乳液15-25份、聚乙烯5-10份、高特导电炭黑10-15份、丙二醇5-10份、硬脂酸钙1-3份;所述防水涂料包括下列重量份的组份:沥青10-20份、滑石粉8-16份、炭黑5~8份、氧化铝5-10份、硼酸6-12份。
优选的,所述电缆阻水层材料中,基层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氨基甲酸酯25份、丙烯30份、醋酸乙烯15份、氧化铝5份、氨水6份、苯二甲酸二辛脂10份;所述隔水层包括下列重量份的组份:丁苯乳液20份、聚乙烯10份、高特导电炭黑10份、丙二醇5份、硬脂酸钙3份;所述防水涂料包括下列重量份的组份:沥青16份、滑石粉14份、炭黑5份、氧化铝5份、硼酸10份。
进一步的,所述电缆阻水层材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作基层:将各组分混合均匀,然后将其导入挤出机中,挤出成形;
(2)制作隔水层:将各组份混合均匀后置于干燥机中,在20-40℃下干燥10-30分钟,然后导入挤出机中,挤出成形;
(3)制作阻水层材料:将隔水层放置在基层的上下两面,将隔水层和基层之间用胶黏剂粘接;然后将防水涂料混合成粘稠状态,将防水涂料均匀涂覆在隔水层的表面,待其自然干燥即得到阻水层材料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的电缆阻水层材料及其制备方法,制备方法简单、易操作,且阻水层材料包括基层、隔水层和防水涂料层共计5层,缆芯有5层防护层,能够更好的保护缆芯免受水分的侵蚀。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步解释。
实施例1
一种电缆阻水层材料,包括基层、覆盖在基层上下两面的隔水层,以及附着在隔水层上的防水涂料组成,所述基层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氨基甲酸酯25份、丙烯30份、醋酸乙烯15份、氧化铝5份、氨水6份、苯二甲酸二辛脂10份;所述隔水层包括下列重量份的组份:丁苯乳液20份、聚乙烯10份、高特导电炭黑10份、丙二醇5份、硬脂酸钙3份;所述防水涂料包括下列重量份的组份:沥青16份、滑石粉14份、炭黑5份、氧化铝5份,硼酸10份。
其制备方法为:
(1)制作基层:将各组分混合均匀,然后将其导入挤出机中,挤出成形;
(2)制作隔水层:将各组份混合均匀后置于干燥机中,在25℃下干燥20分钟,然后导入挤出机中,挤出成形;
(3)制作阻水层材料:将隔水层放置在基层的上下两面,将隔水层和基层之间用胶黏剂粘接;然后将防水涂料混合成粘稠状态,将防水涂料均匀涂覆在隔水层的表面,待其自然干燥即得到阻水层材料,所述阻水层材料缠绕在电缆线芯外构成防水层。
实施例2
本实施例除以下特征外,与实施例1相同:
所述的电缆阻水层材料,基层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氨基甲酸酯20份、丙烯40份、醋酸乙烯15份、氧化铝10份、氨水6份、苯二甲酸二辛脂10份;所述隔水层包括下列重量份的组份:丁苯乳液15份、聚乙烯10份、高特导电炭黑10份、丙二醇10份、硬脂酸钙2份;所述防水涂料包括下列重量份的组份:沥青10份、滑石粉8份、炭黑5份、氧化铝5份、硼酸6份。
实施例3
本实施例除以下特征外,与实施例1相同:
所述的电缆阻水层材料,基层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氨基甲酸酯30份、丙烯40份、醋酸乙烯20份、氧化铝10份、氨水6份、苯二甲酸二辛脂10份;所述隔水层包括下列重量份的组份:丁苯乳液25份、聚乙烯10份、高特导电炭黑15份、丙二醇5份、硬脂酸钙1份;所述防水涂料包括下列重量份的组份:沥青20份、滑石粉16份、炭黑8份、氧化铝10份、硼酸12份。

Claims (5)

1.一种电缆阻水层材料,其特征在于:包括基层、覆盖在基层上下两面的隔水层,以及附着在隔水层上的防水涂料组成;
所述基层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氨基甲酸酯20-30份、丙烯20-40份、醋酸乙烯15-20份、氧化铝5-10份、氨水3-6份、苯二甲酸二辛酯 10-15份;
所述隔水层包括下列重量份的组份:丁苯乳液15-25份、聚乙烯5-10份、高特导电炭黑10-15份、丙二醇5-10份、硬脂酸钙1-3份;
所述防水涂料包括下列重量份的组份:沥青10-20份、滑石粉8-16份、炭黑5~8份、氧化铝5-10份、硼酸6-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电缆阻水层材料,其特征在于,所述基层包括下列重量份的组份:聚氨基甲酸酯25份、丙烯30份、醋酸乙烯15份、氧化铝5份、氨水6份、苯二甲酸二辛酯 10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电缆阻水层材料,其特征在于,所述隔水层包括下列重量份的组份:丁苯乳液20份、聚乙烯10份、高特导电炭黑10份、丙二醇5份、硬脂酸钙3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电缆阻水层材料,其特征在于,所述防水涂料包括下列重量份的组份:沥青16份、滑石粉14份、炭黑5份、氧化铝5份、硼酸10份。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述的电缆阻水层材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)制作基层:将各组分混合均匀,然后将其导入挤出机中,挤出成形;
(2)制作隔水层:将各组份混合均匀后置于干燥机中,在20-40℃下干燥10-30分钟,然后导入挤出机中,挤出成形;
(3)制作阻水层材料:将隔水层放置在基层的上下两面,将隔水层和基层之间用胶黏剂粘接;然后将防水涂料混合成粘稠状态,将防水涂料均匀涂覆在隔水层的表面,待其自然干燥即得到阻水层材料。
