Abstract

本发明公开了一种管件内圆热喷涂工程塑料的装置及工艺,其装置包括支架、通过导轨副设于支架上的安装板、固设于安装板上的减速电机,减速电机通过联轴器与管件相连,在管件内侧间隙的固设一支柱,在支柱上固设有感应加热线圈,在感应加热线圈下方的支柱上固设有数个喷枪,在感应加热线圈上方固设有控制油缸,控制油缸包括固定的缸筒、设于缸筒内的两活塞、设于缸筒中部的伸出油口及位于缸筒两端的两缩回油口,两活塞均联有各自的活塞杆,两活塞杆均固联一弧形压板,两弧形压板位于管件的内侧。本发明能有效保证喷涂层厚度和致密度的均匀性,并提高表面光洁度,大幅提高喷涂质量,降低产品成本,且生产效率较高。

Description

一种管件内圆热喷涂工程塑料的装置及工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于管件内圆热喷涂工程塑料的装置及工艺。
背景技术
目前,用于石油、化工、电力等行业的管件,为改变其内表面特性,普遍采用工程塑料如聚苯硫醚、聚醚醚酮、聚酰亚胺及液晶聚合物,对其内圆进行热喷涂;现有管件内圆的热喷涂工艺,多采用将管件加热、离心式喷涂工程塑料粉末、炉内加热重融、冷却至室温的方式,该工艺的缺点为:1)与喷涂合金粉末不同,工程塑料粉末较轻,喷涂时与工件的附着力较差,导致喷涂层的厚度、致密度无法准确控制,加上加热重融时喷涂层有一定的流动性,这都导致喷涂层的厚度、致密度不均匀,表面粗糙度也无法控制,严重影响喷涂质量,甚至导致大量的废品,增加了产品成本,且加工周期长,生产效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述不足,提供一种管件内圆热喷涂工程塑料的装置及工艺,它能有效保证喷涂层厚度和致密度的均匀性,并提高表面光洁度,大幅提高喷涂质量,降低产品成本,且生产效率较高。
为达到上述目的,本发明的一种管件内圆热喷涂工程塑料的装置,包括支架、通过导轨副设于支架上的安装板、固设于安装板上的减速电机,其特征在于减速电机通过联轴器与管件相连,在管件内侧间隙的固设一支柱,在支柱上固设有感应加热线圈,在感应加热线圈下方的支柱上固设有数个喷枪,在感应加热线圈上方固设有控制油缸,控制油缸包括固定的缸筒、设于缸筒内的两活塞、设于缸筒中部的伸出油口及位于缸筒两端的两缩回油口,两活塞均联有各自的活塞杆,两活塞杆均固联一弧形压板,两弧形压板位于管件的内侧;
适用于上述管件内圆热喷涂工程塑料装置的工艺,所述以下步骤:A)对管件内圆除油;B)对管件内圆喷砂;C)将管件上端与联轴器连接,感应加热线圈、两弧形压板、数个喷枪置于管件内侧,减速电机与起吊装置相连;D)起吊装置将减速电机下放,减速电机及安装板沿导轨副下行,同时减速电机转动、感应加热线圈通电,管件先经过感应加热线圈加热、再由下方的喷枪将工程塑料粉末喷于所需的管件内圆上,使得工程塑料粉末粘附于受热的所需管件内圆上,起吊装置停止下放;E)起吊装置将减速电机上提,同时减速电机转动、感应加热线圈通电及对控制油缸的伸出油口供油、两活塞杆伸出,先对工程塑料粉末加热至熔融温度,再由两弧形压板对旋转管件内圆上的熔融工程塑料实行挤压;
本发明通过减速电机带动管件旋转可保证加热、喷涂及挤压的均匀性;通过控制两活塞杆伸出的预定位置,使得两弧形压板与管件保持相同的径向间隙,即使在喷涂时涂层的厚度、致密度不一致,在挤压时可对熔融的工程塑料重新塑形,有效保证喷涂层厚度和致密度的均匀性,并提高致密度,不仅可消除熔融工程塑料的流动性对涂层质量的影响,并提高表面光洁度,大幅提高喷涂质量,减少废品率,降低产品成本;且管件在上下行一次往复过程中完成加工,为即时加热、自然冷却,加工周期短,生产效率较高;
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述管件外侧设有回收管,回收管与收集箱相连;可将喷涂时散落的工程塑料粉末回收、利用;
作为本发明的进一步改进,在管件外固设有导向套;在管件上下移动时防止其摆动;
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述管件上端通过一段过渡工装与联轴器相连;可对整个管件内圆实施热喷涂;
综上所述,本发明能有效保证喷涂层厚度和致密度的均匀性,并提高表面光洁度,大幅提高喷涂质量,降低产品成本,且生产效率较高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明的管件内圆热喷涂工程塑料的装置,包括支架1、通过导轨副2设于支架1上的安装板3、固设于安装板3上的减速电机4,减速电机4与联轴器5相连,一管件6上端通过一段过渡工装7与联轴器5相连,过渡工装7的内径大于管件6的内径并与管件6焊接,所述管件6外侧设有回收管19,回收管19与收集箱20相连;在管件6外固设有导向套21;在管件6内侧间隙的固设一支柱8,支柱8与回收管19相连,在支柱8上固设有感应加热线圈9,在感应加热线圈9下方的支柱8上固设有数个喷枪10,在感应加热线圈9上方通过绝缘支架11固设有控制油缸12,控制油缸12包括通过绝缘支架11固定的缸筒13、设于缸筒13内的两活塞14、设于缸筒13中部的伸出油口15及位于缸筒两端的两缩回油口16,两活塞14均联有各自的活塞杆17,两活塞杆17均固联各自的弧形压板18,两弧形压板18对称位于管件6的内侧;过渡工装7的高度大于感应加热线圈9加控制油缸12的高度;
本发明适用于上述管件内圆热喷涂工程塑料装置的工艺,所述以下步骤:A)对管件6内圆除油;B)对管件6内圆喷砂;C)将管件6上端通过过渡工装7与联轴器5连接,感应加热线圈9、两弧形压板18、数个喷枪10置于管件6内侧,减速电机4与起吊装置(如行车,未示出)相连;D)起吊装置将减速电机4下放,减速电机4及安装板3沿导轨副2下行,同时减速电机4转动、感应加热线圈9通电,管件6先经过感应加热线圈9加热、再由下方的喷枪10将工程塑料粉末(如聚苯硫醚、聚醚醚酮、聚酰亚胺等)喷于整个管件6内圆上,使得工程塑料粉末粘附于受热的管件6内圆上,起吊装置停止下放;E)起吊装置将减速电机4上提,同时减速电机4转动、感应加热线圈通电9及对控制油缸12的伸出油口15供油、两活塞杆17伸出,先由被感应加热的管件6内壁对工程塑料粉末加热至熔融温度,再由两弧形压板18对旋转管件6内圆上的熔融工程塑料实行挤压;
本发明通过减速电机4带动管件6旋转可保证加热、喷涂及挤压的均匀性,且通过感应加热可快速达到热喷涂的温度(均低于300℃);通过两活塞杆17的最大行程控制其伸出到预定位置,使得两弧形压板18与管件6保持相同的径向间隙,即使在喷涂时涂层的厚度、致密度不一致,在挤压时可对熔融的工程塑料重新塑形,有效保证喷涂层厚度和致密度的均匀性,并提高致密度,不仅可消除熔融工程塑料的流动性对涂层质量的影响,并提高表面光洁度,大幅提高喷涂质量,减少废品率,降低产品成本;且管件6在上下行一次往复过程中完成加工,为即时加热、自然冷却,加工周期短,生产效率较高;
本发明不限于上述实施方式,但只要采用本申请权利要求1或5所述的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种管件内圆热喷涂工程塑料的装置,包括支架、通过导轨副设于支架上的安装板、固设于安装板上的减速电机,其特征在于减速电机通过联轴器与管件相连,在管件内侧间隙的固设一支柱,在支柱上固设有感应加热线圈,在感应加热线圈下方的支柱上固设有数个喷枪,在感应加热线圈上方固设有控制油缸,控制油缸包括固定的缸筒、设于缸筒内的两活塞、设于缸筒中部的伸出油口及位于缸筒两端的两缩回油口,两活塞均联有各自的活塞杆,两活塞杆均固联一弧形压板,两弧形压板位于管件的内侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种管件外圆热喷涂工程塑料的装置,其特征在于所述管件外侧设有回收管,回收管与收集箱相连。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种管件外圆热喷涂工程塑料的装置,其特征在于在管件外固设有导向套。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种管件外圆热喷涂工程塑料的装置,其特征在于所述管件上端通过一段过渡工装与联轴器相连。
5.用于如权利要求1所述一种管件内圆热喷涂工程塑料装置的工艺,包括以下步骤:A)对管件内圆除油;B)对管件内圆喷砂;C)将管件上端与联轴器连接,感应加热线圈、两弧形压板、数个喷枪置于管件内侧,减速电机与起吊装置相连;其特征在于还包括:D)起吊装置将减速电机下放,减速电机及安装板沿导轨副下行,同时减速电机转动、感应加热线圈通电,管件先经过感应加热线圈加热、再由下方的喷枪将工程塑料粉末喷于所需的管件内圆上,使得工程塑料粉末粘附于受热的所需管件内圆上,起吊装置停止下放;E)起吊装置将减速电机上提,同时减速电机转动、感应加热线圈通电及对控制油缸的伸出油口供油、两活塞杆伸出,先对工程塑料粉末加热至熔融温度,再由两弧形压板对旋转管件内圆上的熔融工程塑料实行挤压。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种管件外圆热喷涂工程塑料的工艺,其特征在于在所述管件外侧设置回收管,将回收管与收集箱相连,将喷涂时散落的工程塑料粉末回收、利用。
7.如权利要求5或6所述的一种管件外圆热喷涂工程塑料的工艺,其特征在于在管件外固定设置导向套,在管件上下移动时防止其摆动。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种管件外圆热喷涂工程塑料的工艺,其特征在于将所述管件上端通过一段过渡工装与联轴器连接,可对整个管件内圆实施热喷涂及挤压。
