本发明涉及糖果领域,具体而言涉及一种低糖糖果。
背景技术
糖果是一种传统的产品,历史悠久,自进入21世纪后,糖果的种类越来越多,但是,现在市售糖果含糖量高,并且普遍含有香精、明胶等食品添加剂,让人们对糖果望而却步,不能满足人们保健的需求,针对上述弊端,本发明选择多种糖醇作为原料,研制出一种低糖糖果,本发明提供的一种糖果成本低、不含蔗糖和葡萄糖。该糖果不仅对一般食用者是一种优良的保健食品,可避免是糖使用过量对人体造成危害,又可预防龋齿。该低糖糖果不仅适合普通人群食用,还特别适合糖尿病患者、肥胖病人或者希望减肥的人群食用。

本发明提出一种低糖糖果,香甜可口,含糖量低,具有一定的保健效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种低糖糖果,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:木糖醇40-60份、橘子1-3份、麦芽糖15-25份、芒果2-4份、乳糖醇15-25份、杏仁6-8份、核桃仁1-3份、黑芝麻2-4份、水50-70份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:木糖醇40份、橘子1份、麦芽糖15份、芒果2份、乳糖醇15份、杏仁6份、核桃仁1份、黑芝麻2份、水50份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:木糖醇50份、橘子2份、麦芽糖20份、芒果3份、乳糖醇20份、杏仁7份、核桃仁2份、黑芝麻3份、水60份。
进一步,按照重量份数计算,包括如下原料:木糖醇60份、橘子3份、麦芽糖25份、芒果4份、乳糖醇25份、杏仁8份、核桃仁3份、黑芝麻4份、水70份。
