Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及瓶进入装置,具体而言涉及例如化学疗法治疗中给药的包含有毒物质的液体药物的瓶。
背景技术
根据本申请人是其所有人的美国专利US-7743799,一种已知的瓶进入装置配置为给操作者提供这种进入安全,更确切地说是用于在混合其内容物以用于给药时防止医务人员经受吸入包含在瓶中的有毒物质的风险。
这种已知的进入装置包括具有凸出环形裙边的主体,其可弹性地变形以用于啮合瓶的互补形颈部,以及在所述环形裙边内同轴地延伸以用于引入瓶中的管状长针。能够与例如由注射器形成的抽取器联接的管状连接器在与环形裙边相对的侧从主体凸出,并与管状长针流体连通。从长针朝管状连接器的流动线路也通常经由止回阀连接至可扩展腔,其配置为收集任何有毒蒸汽,避免泄露到装置外。
在该已知的进入装置中,具有长针和管状连接器的环形裙边与主体(也可能与可扩展腔的部分)形成为单件,或者环形裙边和长针集成为单独件,但仍然持久地接合至主体,主体继而与管状连接器以及与可扩展腔的部分集成。
由于市场上的瓶具有各种配置,特别是涉及不同的构造和相关颈部的不同直径,进入装置的环形裙边必须明显不同地配置以能够与一种类型或另一不同类型的瓶联接。出于该原因,需要制造多种可用的进入装置,它们由于环形裙边的各种构造而彼此不同,根据不同的形式精确地成形以能够适于各种存在的瓶。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服前述缺陷,以及创造一种用于上述限定类型的瓶的进入装置,其允许统一其构件的主要部分的制造,然而使得其方便地适用于市场上存在的任何类型的瓶。
为了实现该目的,本发明涉及权利要求1的前序部分中限定的类型的瓶进入装置,其独特特征在于如下事实,长针和环形裙边包括彼此不同的第一部分和第二部分,其中第一部分携载长针并持久地接合至装置的主体,且第二部分承载环形裙边并可通过不可逆联接连接至第一部分。
由于该解决方案概念,由具有管状连接器、可能的可扩展腔部分和具有长针的部分的装置主体形成的复合体能够接合,更确切地说是适用于所有可能用途,而仅具有环形裙边的部分需要根据存在的不同类型的瓶而不同。在确定了根据本发明的进入装置预期使用的瓶的类型后,足以选择用于该类型的瓶的合适裙边,并随后将相应的第二部分附接至具有长针的第一部分,更确切地说是附接至上面提及的所接合的整体部分。
具有环形裙边的部分和具有长针的部分之间的不可逆联接安全地允许避免在使用中可能发生瓶从装置意外移除的风险,其可能后果是有毒物质造成环境污染。
具有环形裙边的部分和具有长针的部分之间的不可逆的并因此不可破坏的联接有利地是机械式的,例如由不可分离的卡扣适配啮合形成,但能够以多种等同解决方案产生,只要它们适于允许在不可逆性方面完全可靠的简单和快速的互相联合。

具体实施方式
首先参照图1,根据本发明的第一实施例的瓶进入装置基本包括主体,其大体上以1指示,通常具有模制塑料材料,其与下述构件形成为单件:环形凸缘2、从与凸缘2相对的侧凸出的管状连接器3、抓持部4以及可扩展腔6的部分5,可扩展腔6的其他部分7呈现在图1中的扩展状态中。
可扩展腔6的进入由第一单向阀8控制,而第二单向阀10控制与主体1的通风口的连通。
在所示的示例的情形中,管状连接器3设置用于连接至本身已知类型的阀连接器9,例如由本申请人以名称“B-Site”市售的类型,继而配置为连接至例如由注射器形成的抽取器流体。
现在将在下文描述的进入装置的所有上述构件及其部分基本对应于在前述美国专利US-7743799中所描述和示出的那些。
由12指示为整体的群组在管状连接器3的相对侧连接至主体1的凸缘2,并且带有插入的隔膜11。
图4中更加详细示出的群组12包括第一部分13和第二部分14。模制塑料材料的第一部分13包括大体上圆形的盘,其具有与主体1的凸缘2的形状互补的形状,并持久地固定至该凸缘2。管状长针15从盘13的下部面居中地突出,与从盘13的上部面突出的导管16连通以用于与管状连接器3连通。盘13的上部面围绕导管16由径向模式的凸出物17形成,过滤器11位于凸出物17上。
盘13的相对面(更确切地说管状长针15从其凸出的面)具有一系列(在所示的示例中,数量为四个)齿状径向凸出物18,其功能将在下文说明。
群组12的第二部分14由不同元件形成,其与部分13分离且可经由不可逆联接连接至其。根据本发明,该特征允许当前可用的具有不同构造和尺寸的瓶进入装置的简单适应性,而无需制造可用的不同整体对应的进入装置。根据本发明的进入装置的主要部分,即具有管状连接器3、可扩展腔5、凸缘2和长针尖端15的主体1因此可接合,且仅部分14需要设置为根据不同类型的瓶选择的不同构造。
部分14也适宜地由单件塑料材料制成,包括大体上圆形的壁19,与盘13的形状互补,具有中心孔20以及环形侧裙边21。
环形裙边21由一系列节段22形成,其设计为弹性展开的,在内侧形成为具有对应的啮合齿23以用于啮合瓶的互补形颈部。
在中心孔20周围,壁19具有一系列(在所示的示例中,数量为四个)的孔24,其中弹性弹簧调整片25在每个孔内凸出,配置为以下面说明的方式与盘13的对应齿凸出物18协作。
如上文所说明的,上述的进入装置的主要部分以接合的方式产生,并通过部分14至部分13的简单的不可逆的联接实现其对不同类型的可用瓶的适用性。因此明显的是,部分14以及特别是环形裙边21可在对应的多种配置和/或尺寸下生产,每个适于将进入装置连接至对应类型的瓶。
为了部分14与部分13的联接,管状长针15穿过中心孔20简单插入,且齿状凸出物18成角度地设置在孔24处。然后,相对于部分13轴向地推部分14将使这些齿状凸出物18在弹性片25下方卡扣啮合,继而弯曲且随后这些齿状凸出物返回到未变形状态。
一旦已经这样地执行了相互联接,部分14不再能够从部分13移除。
当然,在不偏离如所附权利要求中限定的本发明的范围的情况下,构造和实施例的细节可以关于所描述和示出的那些广泛地变化。
特别地,部分13和14之间的联接系统可利用与参照所示的示例描述的那些不同的装置来实现,只要它们适于两个部分的快速且不可破坏的接合。特别地,所描述的卡扣系统可由互锁或卡口式连接来替代,在两种情形中都是不可逆的。
图5和图6示出了部分13和14之间的快速且不可逆的联接系统的变体,目前被认为是优选实施例。
根据该变体,其中与先前已经描述的那些相同或相似的部分以相同的参考数字指示,部分14形成为带有轴向孔26的冠,并且部分13具有与长针15同心的大体上为圆柱形的中空轴向凸出物27的对应冠。
为了它们的不可逆接合,部分13和14通过使中空凸出物27穿过孔26引入变得轴向地联接至彼此,并且随后借助于引入其中的热冲压使这些凸出物27的末端塑性地变形,从而使末端抵靠对应孔26的边缘快速地扩展,以便不可逆地阻止它们连续抽出。
Claims (1)
