汽车LED前照灯的配光装置及其配光方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种汽车LED前照灯的配光装置及其配光方法。
背景技术:
随着白光LED光效的提升和可靠性的提高,白光LED逐渐进入了汽车照明领域,LED前照灯已经成为了高端汽车宣传的亮点。LED前照灯最核心的部分就是灯具的配光结构。现有的LED前照灯多采用拼凑式配光结构,就是把LED分为若干个模块,每个模块发出不同的光型,最后叠加成需要的形状。这种配光结构如果单个模块发生损坏就会造成灯具配光不合格,同时为了追求造型出光效率很低,最重要的就是造型很复杂导致成本居高不下,无法普及到中低端车型。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车LED前照灯的配光装置及其配光方法。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种汽车LED前照灯的配光装置,其组成包括:外壳,所述的外壳的一侧安装有透镜,所述的外壳内卡接有平面反光镜,所述的平面反光镜上下两侧设有PCB板,所述的PCB板固定在所述的外壳上,所述的PCB板与抛物线反光镜连接,所述的抛物线反光镜的焦点处焊接有白色LED光源,所述的平面反光镜前安装有光阑。
所述的汽车LED前照灯的配光装置的配光方法,将所述的白色LED光源焊接到外壳上下两侧的电路板上,将抛物线反光镜连接到电路板上,白色LED光源处于对应的抛物线反光镜的焦点位置上,从白色LED光源发出的光线经过抛物线反光镜形成准平行光,准平行光照射到对应的平面反光镜上并将光束反射到光阑处,光阑处接收到多束光线混光,然后经过成像镜头在远处形成法规规定的配光形状。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明为汽车前照灯提供一种简单高效的配光结构,仅通过两次反射就将光线混光与光阑处,解决了前照灯配光效率低的问题。
本发明通过控制白光LED的位置分布,合理的将LED的热量进行分散,解决了LED集中在一起导致的高热量无法散出的问题。
本发明体积小巧,能做成模组式结构,成本低,便于LED在汽车灯具中进行推广。
本发明结构简单,制造工艺也极为简便,开发和生产成本显著降低。

实施例1:
一种汽车LED前照灯的配光装置,其组成包括:外壳1,所述的外壳的一侧安装有透镜2,所述的外壳内卡接有平面反光镜3,所述的平面反光镜上下两侧设有PCB板4,所述的PCB板固定在所述的外壳上,所述的PCB板与抛物线反光镜5连接,所述的抛物线反光镜的焦点处焊接有白色LED光源6,所述的平面反光镜前安装有光阑7。
实施例2:
根据实施例1所述的汽车LED前照灯的配光装置的配光方法,将所述的白色LED光源焊接到外壳上下两侧的电路板上,将抛物线反光镜连接到电路板上,白色LED光源处于对应的抛物线反光镜的焦点位置上,从白色LED光源发出的光线经过抛物线反光镜形成准平行光,准平行光照射到对应的平面反光镜上并将光束反射到光阑处,光阑处接收到多束光线混光,然后经过成像镜头在远处形成法规规定的配光形状。

1.一种汽车LED前照灯的配光装置,其组成包括:外壳,其特征是:所述的外壳的一侧安装有透镜,所述的外壳内卡接有平面反光镜,所述的平面反光镜上下两侧设有PCB板,所述的PCB板固定在所述的外壳上,所述的PCB板与抛物线反光镜连接,所述的抛物线反光镜的焦点处焊接有白色LED光源,所述的平面反光镜前安装有光阑。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车LED前照灯的配光装置的配光方法,其特征是:将所述的白色LED光源焊接到外壳上下两侧的电路板上,将抛物线反光镜连接到电路板上,白色LED光源处于对应的抛物线反光镜的焦点位置上,从白色LED光源发出的光线经过抛物线反光镜形成准平行光,准平行光照射到对应的平面反光镜上并将光束反射到光阑处,光阑处接收到多束光线混光,然后经过成像镜头在远处形成法规规定的配光形状。
