Abstract

本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,特别是指一种建筑基坑的支护结构,包括环绕建筑基坑的内壁固定设置的四块挡墙和设置在建筑基坑内的支撑架,所述支撑架包括四根支撑杆和一根定位柱,所述定位柱一端埋于土壤内,所述四根支撑杆一端分别连接至四块挡墙的中心处,所述四根支撑杆的另一端分别连接至定位柱顶端。本发明的上述技术方案的有益效果如下:结构简单,技术合理,使用方便,通过支撑杆的长度长于挡墙至定位柱的距离,从而给予定位柱一个向下的力,同时能给予挡墙一个推力,从而避免定位柱脱离地面,另外,连接杆、支撑杆和定位柱均为机械连接,柱也仅需通过机械拔除,因此整个拆卸过程十分方便和环保,并且拆卸后的装置可以回收并再次利用,节省了资源。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑工程技术领域,特别是指一种建筑基坑的支护结构。
背景技术
挡墙加支撑结构是建筑基坑支护结构的一种主要结构之一,支撑结构一般由水平支撑架与立柱构成。传统支撑结构的水平支撑架一般为现浇钢筋混凝土杆件,并与挡墙连接;立柱采用钢构柱,立柱的底部设置有基础桩,基础桩一般采用混凝土钻孔灌注桩,使用时立柱支承水平支撑架传来的竖向荷载并通过混凝土钻孔灌注桩传到地基中。这种传统支撑结构存在以下问题:1)由于在施工过程中,需将立柱的下端插入固定于混凝土钻孔灌注桩的顶端,因此施工过程较为复杂、施工缓慢且成本较高;2)混凝土水平支撑架、混凝土钻孔灌注桩均为一次性临时构件,建筑基坑地下结构施工完成后即要进行拆除损毁,极为浪费资源;3)混凝土水平支撑架需要进行暴力拆除并外运,产生的废渣较多,会对环境造成不良影响。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种建筑基坑的支护结构,施工及拆除过程方便快速、可重复使用且环保。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例提供一种建筑基坑的支护结构,包括环绕建筑基坑的内壁固定设置的四块挡墙和设置在建筑基坑内的支撑架,所述支撑架包括四根支撑杆和一根定位柱,所述定位柱一端埋于土壤内,所述四根支撑杆一端分别连接至四块挡墙的中心处,所述四根支撑杆的另一端分别连接至定位柱顶端,四块挡墙均为混凝土浇筑体,内部填充有钢纤维和玄武岩纤维,钢纤维的填充量为13-17kg/m3,钢纤维长度30mm,直径0.5mm,玄武岩纤维的填充量为15-17kg/m3
作为优选,所述四根支撑杆一端与四块挡墙中心处铰接,所述四根支撑杆另一端与定位柱顶端铰接。
作为优选,所述定位柱顶端呈一体结构设有铰接件,所述所述四根支撑杆另一端通过铰接件连接至定位柱顶端。
作为优选,所述支撑杆的长度长于挡墙至定位柱的距离,所述支撑杆挡墙倾斜向下连接至定位柱。
作为优选,所述定位柱上设有连接扣,所述四根支撑杆下侧铰接有连接杆,所述连接杆另一端与连接扣相配合的可拆卸连接。
作为优选,所述支撑杆、连接杆和定位柱均由金属材料制成,且外壁涂抹有防腐层,防腐层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
ABS橡胶粉25-85份、AS树脂I 15-65份、AS树脂II 5-15份、耐化学品改性剂0.5-5份、硼酸锌1-2份、三氧化二锑1-3份、锑酸钠1-2份、四溴双酚A 3-10份,十溴二苯乙烷4-12份、热稳定剂0.1-1份、无机纳米粒子3-7份、受阻酚化合物0.1-0.5份、亚磷酸酯化合物0.1-0.5份、聚乙烯蜡0.1-0.5份、乙撑双硬脂酰胺0.1-0.5份,
所述的AS树脂1的AN含量为23-37%;所述的AS树脂II的重均分子量为5-11W,AN含量为21-37%;所述的耐化学品改性剂为全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂。

为使本发明要解决的技术问题、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
本发明针对现有的不足提供一种建筑基坑的支护结构,如图1所示,包括环绕建筑基坑的内壁固定设置的四块挡墙1和设置在建筑基坑内的支撑架,所述支撑架包括四根支撑杆3和一根定位柱2,所述定位柱2一端埋于土壤内,所述四根支撑杆3一端分别连接至四块挡墙1的中心处,所述四根支撑杆3的另一端分别连接至定位柱2顶端,四块挡墙均为混凝土浇筑体,内部填充有钢纤维和玄武岩纤维,钢纤维的填充量为13-17kg/m3,钢纤维长度30mm,直径0.5mm,玄武岩纤维的填充量为15-17kg/m3
所述四根支撑杆3一端与四块挡墙1中心处铰接,所述四根支撑杆3另一端与定位柱2顶端铰接。
所述定位柱2顶端呈一体结构设有铰接件4,所述所述四根支撑杆3另一端通过铰接件4连接至定位柱2顶端。
所述支撑杆3的长度长于挡墙1至定位柱2的距离,所述支撑杆3挡墙倾斜向下连接至定位柱2。
所述定位柱2上设有连接扣5,所述四根支撑杆3下侧铰接有连接杆6,所述连接杆6另一端与连接扣5相配合的可拆卸连接。
所述支撑杆3、连接杆6和定位柱2均由金属材料制成,且外壁涂抹有防腐层,防腐层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:

所述无机纳米粒子为纳米二氧化硅、纳米蒙脱土中的一种或两种的混合。
本具体实施通过支撑杆的长度长于挡墙至定位柱的距离,从而给予定位柱一个向下的力,同时能给予挡墙一个推力,从而避免定位柱脱离地面,另外,连接杆、支撑杆和定位柱均为机械连接,柱也仅需通过机械拔除,因此整个拆卸过程十分方便和环保,并且拆卸后的装置可以回收并再次利用,节省了资源,同时支撑杆3、连接杆6和定位柱2外均涂抹有防腐层,引入全氟烷基的丙烯酸系添加剂作为耐化学品改性剂,该添加剂的迁移效率极高,在制件注塑成型的过程中即可完全迁移到表面形成一种保护膜,这层保护膜和水不相容且具有较强的耐酸碱的性能,由于无机纳米粒子的存在,使得防腐层拥有较低模具收缩率的同时,保持了较高的韧性,同时具有良好的耐阻燃性。

1.一种建筑基坑的支护结构,其特征在于,包括环绕建筑基坑的内壁固定设置的四块挡墙和设置在建筑基坑内的支撑架,所述支撑架包括四根支撑杆和一根定位柱,所述定位柱一端埋于土壤内,所述四根支撑杆一端分别连接至四块挡墙的中心处,所述四根支撑杆的另一端分别连接至定位柱顶端,四块挡墙均为混凝土浇筑体,内部填充有钢纤维和玄武岩纤维,钢纤维的填充量为13-17kg/m3,钢纤维长度30mm,直径0.5mm,玄武岩纤维的填充量为15-17kg/m3,所述定位柱上设有连接扣,所述四根支撑杆下侧铰接有连接杆,所述连接杆另一端与连接扣相配合的可拆卸连接;
所述支撑杆、连接杆和定位柱均由金属材料制成,且外壁涂抹有防腐层,防腐层由以下重量份的原料制备而成:
