Abstract
本发明涉及一种真丝印染剂及其制备方法,其组成按照质量份数将酸性染料1.5%-3%和苯乙烯1%-3%加入反应釜中,搅拌均匀。再将甘油三酯7%-10%,聚丙烯酸氨酯3%-5%和聚乙二醇2%-5%加入反应釜中,继续搅拌至完全溶解。然后加热所得溶液,温度控制在50-60℃,高速搅拌,静置上述溶液,降至室温后加入调节剂和稀释剂,搅拌均匀。最后密封保存即得所述真丝印染剂。此种印染剂的染色性能好,染色均匀,且能缩短印染时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种印染剂,具体涉及一种真丝的专用印染剂及其生产方法。
背景技术
真丝一般指蚕丝,属于蛋白质纤维,丝素中含有18种对人体有益的氨基酸,可以帮助皮肤维持表面脂膜的新陈代谢。真丝面料在染整工艺处理中,均依赖于高科技的生产工艺,对色牢度要求甚高,但传统的印染工艺通常在90℃以上的高温下进行,易损伤丝纤维,产生灰伤病疵。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种真丝印染剂及其生产方法。
为解决上述问题本发明采用的技术方案是:一种真丝印染剂,其特征包括以下组分:甘油三酯7%-10%,聚丙烯酸氨酯3%-5%,酸性染料1.5%-3%,苯乙烯1%-3%,聚乙二醇2%-5%,调节剂3%-6%,其余为稀释剂,所述百分比为重量百分比。
作为一种优选方案,所述酸性染料为酸性兰193。
作为一种优选方案,所述调节剂为氯化钠。
作为一种优选方案,所述稀释剂为蒸馏水。
本发明采用的技术方案是:生产方法采用如下步骤:
一、向反应釜中加入酸性染料和苯乙烯,搅拌均匀;
二、向反应釜中加入甘油三酯、聚丙烯酸氨酯和聚乙二醇,继续搅拌至完全溶解;
三、加热所得溶液,温度控制在50-60℃,高速搅拌;
四、静置上述溶液,降至室温后加入调节剂和稀释剂,搅拌均匀;
五、密封保存。
具体实施方式
实施例一
一、按照重量百分比取酸性兰1931.5%和苯乙烯1%,搅拌均匀;
二、向反应釜中加入甘油三酯10%、聚丙烯酸氨酯3%和聚乙二醇2%,继续搅拌至完全溶解;
三、加热所得溶液,温度控制在50-60℃,高速搅拌;
四、静置上述溶液,降至室温后加入氯化钠3%和蒸馏水,搅拌均匀;
五、密封保存。
实施例二
一、按照重量百分比取酸性兰1932%和苯乙烯2%,搅拌均匀;
二、向反应釜中加入甘油三酯8%、聚丙烯酸氨酯4%和聚乙二醇4%,继续搅拌至完全溶解;
三、加热所得溶液,温度控制在50-60℃,高速搅拌;
四、静置上述溶液,降至室温后加入氯化钠5%和蒸馏水,搅拌均匀;
五、密封保存。
实施例三
一、按照重量百分比取酸性兰1933%和苯乙烯3%,搅拌均匀;
二、向反应釜中加入甘油三酯7%、聚丙烯酸氨酯5%和聚乙二醇5%,继续搅拌至完全溶解;
三、加热所得溶液,温度控制在50-60℃,高速搅拌;
四、静置上述溶液,降至室温后加入氯化钠6%和蒸馏水,搅拌均匀;
五、密封保存。

1.一种真丝印染剂,其特征包括以下组分:甘油三酯7%-10%,聚丙烯酸氨酯3%-5%,酸性染料1.5%-3%,苯乙烯1%-3%,聚乙二醇2%-5%,调节剂3%-6%,其余为稀释剂,所述百分比为重量百分比。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝印染剂,其特征在于:所述酸性染料为酸性兰193。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝印染剂,其特征在于:所述调节剂为氯化钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种真丝印染剂,其特征在于:所述稀释剂为蒸馏水。
5.一种权利要求1所述的真丝印染剂的生产方法,其特征在于:采用如下步骤:
一、向反应釜中加入酸性染料和苯乙烯,搅拌均匀;
二、向反应釜中加入甘油三酯、聚丙烯酸氨酯和聚乙二醇,继续搅拌至完全溶解;
三、加热所得溶液,温度控制在50-60℃,高速搅拌;
四、静置上述溶液,降至室温后加入调节剂和稀释剂,搅拌均匀;
五、密封保存。
