本发明公开了高回弹性软质PU泡沫塑料配方,其特征在于,其原料组成为:聚醚多元醇伯羟基:200-210份;二甲苯二异氰酸酯:80-83份;N-氨乙基乙醇胺:0.1-0.15份;二元胺:10-13份;辛酸亚锡:0.4-0.48份;水:4-6份;聚二甲基硅油:0.1-0.15份;双二甲氨基乙基醚:0.2-0.25份;一氯三氟甲烷:0.2-0.3份;上述份数均为质量份数。对现有的配方进行改进,提高软质PU泡沫塑料的回弹率。

技术领域
本发明涉及高回弹性软质PU泡沫塑料配方。
背景技术
PU是Polyurethane的缩写,中文名为聚氨基甲酸酯,简称聚氨酯。由于只需要简单修改配方,便可获得不同的密度、弹性、刚性等物理性能,目前已大量替代玻璃纤维保温材料、木材、传统橡胶制品等。
传统的软质PU泡沫塑料,回弹率一般为55-75%之间,本发明人根据多年的从业经验,对现有的配方进行改进,提高软质PU泡沫塑料的回弹率。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供高回弹性软质PU泡沫塑料配方,对现有的配方进行改进,提高软质PU泡沫塑料的回弹率。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
高回弹性软质PU泡沫塑料配方,其特征在于,其原料组成为:
聚醚多元醇伯羟基:200-210份;
二甲苯二异氰酸酯:80-83份;
N-氨乙基乙醇胺:0.1-0.15份;
二元胺:10-13份;
辛酸亚锡:0.4-0.48份;
水:4-6份;
聚二甲基硅油:0.1-0.15份;
双二甲氨基乙基醚:0.2-0.25份;
一氯三氟甲烷:0.2-0.3份;
上述份数均为质量份数。
优选,所述聚醚多元醇伯羟基的质量份数为205份,所述二元胺是含水量为33%的二元胺溶液,所述二甲苯二异氰酸酯的质量份数为82份。
优选,所述水为蒸馏水,所述蒸馏水的质量份数为5份。
本发明的有益效果是:本配方制备的软质PU泡沫塑料的相关性能为:
回弹率为80-83%,拉伸强度为98-102MPa,伸长率为220-246%,有效提高了软质PU泡沫塑料的回弹率。

聚醚多元醇伯羟基:200-210份;
二甲苯二异氰酸酯:80-83份;
N-氨乙基乙醇胺:0.1-0.15份;
二元胺:10-13份;
辛酸亚锡:0.4-0.48份;
水:4-6份;
聚二甲基硅油:0.1-0.15份;
双二甲氨基乙基醚:0.2-0.25份;
一氯三氟甲烷:0.2-0.3份;
上述份数均为质量份数。
优选,所述聚醚多元醇伯羟基的质量份数为205份,所述二元胺是含水量为33%的二元胺溶液,所述二甲苯二异氰酸酯的质量份数为82份。
优选,所述水为蒸馏水,所述蒸馏水的质量份数为5份。
本配方制备的软质PU泡沫塑料的相关性能为:
回弹率为80-83%,拉伸强度为98-102MPa,伸长率为220-246%,有效提高了软质PU泡沫塑料的回弹率。

辛酸亚锡:0.4-0.48份;
水:4-6份;
聚二甲基硅油:0.1-0.15份;
双二甲氨基乙基醚:0.2-0.25份;
一氯三氟甲烷:0.2-0.3份;
上述份数均为质量份数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高回弹性软质PU泡沫塑料配方,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇伯羟基的质量份数为205份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的高回弹性软质PU泡沫塑料配方,其特征在于,所述二元胺是含水量为33%的二元胺溶液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的高回弹性软质PU泡沫塑料配方,其特征在于,所述二甲苯二异氰酸酯的质量份数为82份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的高回弹性软质PU泡沫塑料配方,其特征在于,所述水为蒸馏水。
6.根据权利要求5所述的高回弹性软质PU泡沫塑料配方,其特征在于,所述蒸馏水的质量份数为5份。
