技术领域
本发明涉及一种防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料。
背景技术
现代制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,多选用优质的混纺面料。而纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻等天然面料因为有着易皱、易变形等天然面料的缺点,已经沦为一般布料,较少作为高档服装用料。混纺面料有着天然面料吸汗透气、柔软舒服的特点,又吸收了化纤面料结实耐穿、垂悬挺括、光泽好颜色鲜亮等优点,每年有大量的高档优质混纺面料被开发出来。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。随着现代人生活质量的提高,同样他们对自己的穿着要求也愈来愈高,不再限于是服装的造型,款式,更注重服装的面料是否舒适,是否环保。以这些天然动植物材料为原料加工的服装人们称之为“生态服装”,如棉,麻,丝毛,皮之类新型低碳环保面料,它们以天然动植物为原材料并且经过病毒检测具有相应的标志。”与当今“环保风”和现代人返璞归真的内心需求结合,“生态服装”正逐渐成为时装领域的新潮流。它们不仅从款式和上体现花色设计环保意识,而且从面料到纽扣,拉链等附件也都采用无污染的天然原料;从原料生产到加工也完全从保护生态环境的角度出发,避免使用化学印染原料和树脂等破坏环境的物质。生态服装与绿色服装概念基本相同,但也稍稍有区别:“绿色服装”主要是绿色纺织品和生态服装。国际上已开发上市的“绿色纺织品”一般具有防臭,抗菌,消炎,抗紫外线,抗辐射,增湿等多种功能。这类产品在我国还属初创阶段,已经推出的主要以内衣为主,但由于这类纺织具有特定有益人体健康的功能,因而较受消费者的欢迎。从以上可以看出设计服装不论从面料还是款式出发,不仅考虑到是否舒适,时尚,更重要的是与环保相结合,低碳环保才是未来服装面料的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有防静电、高防水、高透汽透湿优点的防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料,所述的防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料包括最上层的高分子防水透气材料层、中间层的粘合层和最下层的基布组合而成,所述基布为涤纶棉布面料,所述的高分子防水透气材料层占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的24%-26%,所述的粘合层占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的24%-29%,所述的基布占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的47%-49%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的粘合层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的高分子防水透气材料层占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的25%,所述的粘合层占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的27%,所述的基布占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的48%。
本发明的一种防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料,具有防静电、高防水、高透汽透湿的优点。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。

进一步说明,所述的粘合层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,所述的高分子防水透气材料层占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的25%,所述的粘合层占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的27%,所述的基布占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的48%。
进一步说明,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶,主要分为有聚酯型和聚醚型之分,它硬度范围宽(60HA-85HD)、耐磨、耐油,透明,弹性好,在日用品、体育用品、玩具、装饰材料等领域得到广泛应用,无卤阻燃热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶还可以代替软质PVC以满足越来越多领域的环保要求。主要特性有:硬度范围广:通过改变热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶各反应组分的配比,可以得到不同硬度的产品,而且随着硬度的增加,其产品仍保持良好的弹性和耐磨性。机械强度高:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶制品的承载能力、抗冲击性及减震性能突出。耐寒性突出:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶的玻璃态转变温度比较低,在零下35度仍保持良好的弹性、柔顺性和其他物理性能。加工性能好:热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶可采用常见的热塑性材料的加工方法进行加工,如注塑、挤出、压延等等。同时,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶与某些高分子材料共同加工能够得到性能互补的聚合物合金。耐油、耐水、耐霉菌。再生利用性好。热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶作为弹性体是介于橡胶和塑料之间的一种材料,这从它的刚性看出来,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶的刚性可由弹性模量来度量。橡胶的弹性模量通常在1~10Mpa,热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶在10~1000Mpa,塑料(尼龙,ABS,PC,POM)在1000~10000Mpa。热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶的硬度范围相当宽,从ShoreA60~ShoreD80并且在整个硬度范围内具有高弹性;热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶在很宽的温度范围内-40~120℃,具有柔性,而不需要增塑剂;热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶对油类(矿物油,动植物油脂和润滑油)和许多溶剂有良好的抵抗能力;热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶还有良好的耐天候性,极优的耐高能射线性能。众所周知的耐磨性,抗撕裂性,屈扰强度都是优良的;拉伸强度高,伸长率大,长期压缩永久变形率低等都是热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶的显著优点。本发明提供一种防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料,具有防静电、高防水、高透汽透湿的优点。

1.一种防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料,其特征在于:所述的防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料包括最上层的高分子防水透气材料层、中间层的粘合层和最下层的基布组合而成,所述基布为涤纶棉布面料,所述的高分子防水透气材料层占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的24%-26%,所述的粘合层占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的24%-29%,所述的基布占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的47%-49%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料,其特征在于:所述的粘合层为热塑性聚氨酯弹性体橡胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料,其特征在于:所述的高分子防水透气材料层占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的25%,所述的粘合层占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的27%,所述的基布占防静电防水透湿涤纶棉布复合面料总体分量的48%。
