Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高蓬松无纺布。
背景技术
现代制作在正式的社交场合所穿著的服装,多选用优质的混纺面料。而纯棉、纯毛、纯丝、纯麻等天然面料因为有着易皱、易变形等天然面料的缺点,已经沦为一般布料,较少作为高档服装用料。混纺面料有着天然面料吸汗透气、柔软舒服的特点,又吸收了化纤面料结实耐穿、垂悬挺括、光泽好颜色鲜亮等优点,每年有大量的高档优质混纺面料被开发出来。有时,穿著纯皮革制作的服装,也是允许的。随着现代人生活质量的提高,同样他们对自己的穿着要求也愈来愈高,不再限于是服装的造型,款式,更注重服装的面料是否舒适,是否环保。以这些天然动植物材料为原料加工的服装人们称之为“生态服装”,如棉,麻,丝毛,皮之类新型低碳环保面料,它们以天然动植物为原材料并且经过病毒检测具有相应的标志。”与当今“环保风”和现代人返璞归真的内心需求结合,“生态服装”正逐渐成为时装领域的新潮流。它们不仅从款式和上体现花色设计环保意识,而且从面料到纽扣,拉链等附件也都采用无污染的天然原料;从原料生产到加工也完全从保护生态环境的角度出发,避免使用化学印染原料和树脂等破坏环境的物质。生态服装与绿色服装概念基本相同,但也稍稍有区别:“绿色服装”主要是绿色纺织品和生态服装。国际上已开发上市的“绿色纺织品”一般具有防臭,抗菌,消炎,抗紫外线,抗辐射,增湿等多种功能。这类产品在我国还属初创阶段,已经推出的主要以内衣为主,但由于这类纺织具有特定有益人体健康的功能,因而较受消费者的欢迎。从以上可以看出设计服装不论从面料还是款式出发,不仅考虑到是否舒适,时尚,更重要的是与环保相结合,低碳环保才是未来服装面料的发展趋势。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有抗静电,且吸水性好优点的高蓬松无纺布。
本发明的技术方案是:一种高蓬松无纺布,所述的高蓬松无纺布包括最上层的防虫蛀层、中间层的树脂层和最下层的基层组合而成,所述基层是由纺粘纤维和抗菌纳米抗菌纳米金属纤维混合而成,所述防虫蛀层为有机硅改性丙烯酸,所述的防虫蛀层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的7%-11%,所述的树脂层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的22%-28%,所述的基层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的68%-71%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的树脂层的厚度为1.2-1.6mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的防虫蛀层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的7%,所述的树脂层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的22%,所述的基层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的71%。
本发明的一种高蓬松无纺布,具有高蓬松、防水放油放虫蛀优点。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
其中,所述的高蓬松无纺布包括最上层的防虫蛀层、中间层的树脂层和最下层的基层组合而成,所述基层是由纺粘纤维和抗菌纳米抗菌纳米金属纤维混合而成,所述防虫蛀层为有机硅改性丙烯酸,所述的防虫蛀层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的7%-11%,所述的树脂层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的22%-28%,所述的基层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的68%-71%。
进一步说明,所述的树脂层的厚度为1.2-1.6mm,所述的防虫蛀层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的7%,所述的树脂层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的22%,所述的基层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的71%。
进一步说明,抗菌纳米金属纤维与有机、无机纤维相比,具有高的弹性、高的耐磨性、好的通气性、导电性、导磁性、导热性以及自润滑性和烧结性,应用范围广阔,前景引人瞩目。1)离合器、刹车片摩擦材料:抗菌纳米金属纤维作为半金属无石棉的摩擦材料广泛用于汽车、矿山、锻压机械所用的制动器,此类主要为金属短纤维,直径20~300微米,长度2~30mm。2)导电塑料:随着微电子技术和各种电子显示技术的发展,防止微波辐射和电磁波的干扰是一个极重要的问题。电磁波的污染除了主要威胁人类的健康和破坏生态环境外,还会使电子仪器工作失常,造成信息传送失误,使控制系统失灵。以抗菌纳米金属纤维为填料制成的屏蔽材料具有良好的抗电磁波干扰能力,可以制成各种电器外壳。
进一步说明,纺粘纤维的主要材料是涤纶和丙纶。纺粘纤维的主要产品有丙纶、涤纶(长纤、短纤)无纺布,我们最常见也最常用到的应用就是无纺布袋、无纺布包装等;对于纺粘无纺布的辨认较容易,一般双向牢度好,一般纺粘的无纺布的轧点是菱形的。应用的层面还可以做鲜花包装布、箱包布等等,耐磨损、牢固手感好等等的特性,让他成为制作这类产品的最好选择。特点:耐高温性能好、耐高温性能好(丙纶可在150℃环境中长期使用、涤纶可在260℃环境中长期使用)、耐老化、抗紫外线、延伸率高、稳定性和透气性好、耐腐蚀、隔音、防蛀、无毒。本发明提供一种高蓬松无纺布,具有高蓬松、防水放油放虫蛀优点。
本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本领域的技术人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内,可不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种高蓬松无纺布,其特征在于:所述的高蓬松无纺布包括最上层的防虫蛀层、中间层的树脂层和最下层的基层组合而成,所述基层是由纺粘纤维和抗菌纳米抗菌纳米金属纤维混合而成,所述防虫蛀层为有机硅改性丙烯酸,所述的防虫蛀层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的7%-11%,所述的树脂层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的22%-28%,所述的基层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的68%-71%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高蓬松无纺布,其特征在于:所述的树脂层的厚度为1.2-1.6mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高蓬松无纺布,其特征在于:所述的防虫蛀层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的7%,所述的树脂层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的22%,所述的基层占高蓬松无纺布总体分量的71%。
