Abstract
本发明涉及一种钢环的焊接及焊缝检测装置,包括旋转支撑座及对称位于旋转支撑座两侧的弧形导向接装置,两所述弧形导向装置通过支撑杆对称安装于旋转座上,旋转座位于旋转支撑座的下方;旋转支撑座包括夹持座及旋转油缸,夹持座上通过夹持杆安装钢环,钢环通过旋转支撑座于两所述弧形导向装置之间呈180度摆动;一侧的所述弧形导向装置中安装有焊头,另一侧的所述弧形导向装置中安装有焊缝检测头,焊头内端的焊接端及焊缝检测头内端的超声波检测端分别朝向所述弧形导向装置的中心。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工设备领域,特别涉及焊接设备。
背景技术
目前,市场上出现的小型焊接设备,能满足一定的要求,其成本也低,从而的得到中小型企业的欢迎。但针对环形状的钢管即钢环的焊接,现有的小型焊接设备无法实现快速焊接,并且焊接质量也不高,并且还缺少相应的焊缝检测装置,只能肉眼检测或后期进行检测,操作麻烦,整个生产效率低下。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术的上述缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种钢环的焊接及焊缝检测装置,其结构简单,能实现快速、可靠的焊接及焊缝检测。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种钢环的焊接及焊缝检测装置,包括旋转支撑座及对称位于旋转支撑座两侧的弧形导向接装置,两所述弧形导向装置通过支撑杆对称安装于旋转座上,旋转座位于旋转支撑座的下方;旋转支撑座包括夹持座及旋转油缸,夹持座上通过夹持杆安装钢环,钢环通过旋转支撑座于两所述弧形导向装置之间呈180度摆动;一侧的所述弧形导向装置中安装有焊头,另一侧的所述弧形导向装置中安装有焊缝检测头,焊头内端的焊接端及焊缝检测头内端的超声波检测端分别朝向所述弧形导向装置的中心;所述弧形导向装置包括内外设置的内弧形导向板及外弧形驱动板,内弧形导向板上设有弧形导向槽,外弧形驱动板的两端通过端部齿轮安装有齿条,端部齿轮通过支架与内弧形导向板连接;所述焊头的外端及焊缝检测头的外端分别安装有导向齿轮及导向轴,导向齿轮与齿条啮合并由齿轮电机驱动,导向轴配合安装于弧形导向槽中。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明针对钢环而设计,采用旋转式焊接和焊缝检测,大大提高钢环的焊接效率及焊接质量,进行超声波无损检测,其检测的可靠性高、效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的钢环的焊接及焊缝检测装置,包括旋转支撑座10及对称位于旋转支撑座10两侧的弧形导向接装置,两弧形导向装置通过支撑杆12对称安装于旋转座11上,旋转座11位于旋转支撑座10的下方;旋转支撑座10包括夹持座101及旋转油缸102,夹持座101上通过夹持杆103安装钢环1,钢环1通过旋转支撑座10于两弧形导向装置之间呈180度摆动;一侧的弧形导向装置中安装有焊头9,另一侧的弧形导向装置中安装有焊缝检测头13,焊头9内端的焊接端901及焊缝检测头13内端的超声波检测端131分别朝向弧形导向装置的中心;弧形导向装置包括内外设置的内弧形导向板2及外弧形驱动板3,内弧形导向板2上设有弧形导向槽201,外弧形驱动板3的两端通过端部齿轮4安装有齿条5,端部齿轮4通过支架6与内弧形导向板2连接;焊头9的外端及焊缝检测头13的外端分别安装有导向齿轮7及导向轴8,导向齿轮7与齿条5啮合并由齿轮电机驱动,导向轴8配合安装于弧形导向槽201中。
焊接时,旋转油缸102驱动夹持座101转动,将钢环1转动至安装有焊头9的弧形导向装置中;驱动端部齿轮4(驱动电机未画出),齿条5沿着外弧形驱动板3移动,从而带动焊头9于内弧形导向板2上移动,对钢环1的下半部分进行焊接;旋转油缸102带动钢环1摆动90度,钢环1为竖直摆放状态;旋转座11转动180度,带焊头9的弧形导向装置转动至另一侧;旋转油缸102带动钢环1继续摆动90至另一侧,焊头9对钢环1另一半部分进行焊接;焊接完成后,进行焊缝检测时,将钢环1摆动至安装有焊缝检测头13的弧形导向装置中即可,旋转座11及旋转支撑座10的操作过程同上。

1.一种钢环的焊接及焊缝检测装置,其特征在于:包括旋转支撑座(10)及对称位于旋转支撑座(10)两侧的弧形导向接装置,两所述弧形导向装置通过支撑杆(12)对称安装于旋转座(11)上,旋转座(11)位于旋转支撑座(10)的下方;旋转支撑座(10)包括夹持座(101)及旋转油缸(102),夹持座(101)上通过夹持杆(103)安装钢环(1),钢环(1)通过旋转支撑座(10)于两所述弧形导向装置之间呈180度摆动;一侧的所述弧形导向装置中安装有焊头(9),另一侧的所述弧形导向装置中安装有焊缝检测头(13),焊头(9)内端的焊接端(901)及焊缝检测头(13)内端的超声波检测端(131)分别朝向所述弧形导向装置的中心;所述弧形导向装置包括内外设置的内弧形导向板(2)及外弧形驱动板(3),内弧形导向板(2)上设有弧形导向槽(201),外弧形驱动板(3)的两端通过端部齿轮(4)安装有齿条(5),端部齿轮(4)通过支架(6)与内弧形导向板(2)连接;所述焊头(9)的外端及焊缝检测头(13)的外端分别安装有导向齿轮(7)及导向轴(8),导向齿轮(7)与齿条(5)啮合并由齿轮电机驱动,导向轴(8)配合安装于弧形导向槽(201)中。
