1％链脲佐菌素(STZ)配制：使用上述缓冲溶液，按1gSTZ溶于100ml缓冲溶液配制，现用现配，避光，低温操作；
STZ预试：高脂喂养期间，用STZ剂量25mg/kg、30mg/kg、35mg/kg、40mg/kg进行预造模，确定成模的最优剂量为30mg/kg；
注射STZ：高脂喂养8周，禁食12小时后，高脂组大鼠按STZ30mg/kg予以腹腔注射，6小时后，补充5％的葡萄糖水12小时，其后换以普通水；
血糖检测：一周后，采用雅培血糖仪和配套血糖试纸，对隔夜禁食10小时的高脂组大鼠空腹血糖值进行检测，若血糖值≥11.1mmol/L即造模成功；
补打SZT：对空腹血糖未达到11.1mmol/L的大鼠进行补打STZ，一周后，若血糖值≥11.1mmol/L，则成模入组，仍未达到者，舍弃。
根据空腹血糖值和体重对成模大鼠进行随机分组，分为五组，每组10只，体重均无统计学差异(P＞0.05)：正常组、模型组、给药组1、给药组2、给药组3。各组给药量如下：正常组与模型组，给予生理盐水灌胃1mL/100g体重；给药组1，实施例的粉末10g加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/100g体重；给药组2，0.01g的E-2-(2-氯苯基)-3-(4-甲磺酰基苯基)-丙烯酸2-硝氧乙酯加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/100g体重；给药组3，实施例的粉末5g和0.005g的E-2-(2-氯苯基)-3-(4-甲磺酰基苯基)-丙烯酸2-硝氧乙酯加1000mL生理盐水配制成混悬液，给予灌胃1mL/100g体重。1次/日，连续给药6周测得血糖值，结果见下表。

Claims (5)

1.一种治疗糖尿病的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：制附子30-90份、干姜30-60份、鸡内金10-15份、西洋参10-15份、白术30-50份、大黄30-60份、玉竹10-25份、五味子30-60份、僵蚕10-15份、砂仁15-30份、蒲公英10-15份、青皮7-15份、巴戟天15-20份、水蛭10-15份、地骨皮30-90份、菟丝子15-30份、炙甘草15-30份、黄芪30-90份、黄精15-30份、桔梗10-15份、三七5-10份、黄连30-50份、地肤子20-30份、陈皮10-15份、葛根30-60份、鬼针草15-30份、麦冬10-15份、红花10-20份和灵芝6-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗糖尿病的中药组合物，其特征在于，它包含下列重量份的物质：制附子50份、干姜50份、鸡内金12份、西洋参12份、白术40份、大黄50份、玉竹15份、五味子50份、僵蚕12份、砂仁25份、蒲公英12份、青皮10份、巴戟天18份、水蛭12份、地骨皮50份、菟丝子25份、炙甘草25份、黄芪50份、黄精25份、桔梗12份、三七8份、黄连40份、地肤子25份、陈皮12份、葛根50份、鬼针草25份、麦冬12份、红花15份和灵芝10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗糖尿病的中药组合物，其特征在于，它还包含下列重量份的物质：0.06份的E-2-(2-氯苯基)-3-(4-甲磺酰基苯基)-丙烯酸2-硝氧乙酯。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的治疗糖尿病的中药组合物，其特征在于，所述中药组合物可以是片剂、分散片、胶囊剂、丸剂或汤剂。
5.E-2-(2-氯苯基)-3-(4-甲磺酰基苯基)-丙烯酸2-硝氧乙酯在制备治疗糖尿病的药物中的用途。
