Abstract
本发明属于中药领域,公开了一种降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物及其制备方法,所述的复配中药提取物按重量包括下述的成分:葛根水提物5‑15份、茵陈水提物4‑10份、草决明乙醇提取物3‑8份、车前子乙醇提取物4‑10份、八角枫水提物3‑6份、九里香水提物4‑8份、宽筋藤乙醇提取物2‑5份、天葵子乙醇提取物2‑5份。所述的制备方法步骤包括真空干燥、粉碎、溶剂浸提、离心分离、浓缩、复配等步骤。制备得到的复配中药提取物可有效的降低血压及血脂的含量,并且具有见效较快、无副作用的特点。

技术领域
本发明属于中药领域,特别是涉及一种降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物及其制备方法。
背景技术
高血压是以体循环动脉压升高为主要表现的临床综合症,分为原发性高血压和继发性高血压,在高血压患者中前者占95%以上,后者不足5%。我国是高血压大国,推算目前高血压患者已达一亿五千万以上。据现代医学疾病监控的数据显示,全世界每天因高血脂症引发的心脑血管疾病死亡人数近 3600 人之多,我国每年因高血脂引起的心梗、脑梗、中风、偏瘫、致残、致死人数以每年递增 12% 的速度上升。高血脂就是众多文明病中最常见的一种之一。它是一种血浆胆固醇、甘油三脂、磷脂和未脂化的脂酸等血脂成分增高的疾症。如果血脂过多,就容易造成“血稠”,在血管壁上沉积,形成动脉粥样硬化,致使血管堵塞,血流变慢,严重时血流被中断。从而引起冠心病、脑中风、肾动脉硬化、胆结石、胰腺炎等一系列疾病。治疗高血压和高血脂的中药较多,但是具有治疗高血压和高血脂疗效较好、治疗速度快、无副作用的中药提取物较少,因此,需要对治疗三高的中药提取物进行深入开发,提高其治疗三高的疗效。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:临床上血压、血脂高是非常常见的一种疾病,用于治疗高血压和高血脂的中药类提取物也较多,但是大多的复配中药提取物治疗上述疾病的效果较为普通,并不能在较短的时间降低血压和血脂,因此,需要开发新型的治疗高血压和高血脂的复配中药提取物。
技术方案:针对上述问题,本发明公开了一种降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物及其制备方法,所述的复配中药提取物按重量包括下述的成分:
葛根水提物 5-15份、
茵陈水提物 4-10份、
草决明乙醇提取物 3-8份、
车前子乙醇提取物 4-10份、
八角枫水提物 3-6份、
九里香水提物 4-8份、
宽筋藤乙醇提取物 2-5份、
天葵子乙醇提取物 2-5份。
优选的,所述的一种降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物,按重量包括下述的成分:
葛根水提物 8-12份、
茵陈水提物 5-9份、
草决明乙醇提取物 4-7份、
车前子乙醇提取物 5-9份、
八角枫水提物 4-5份、
九里香水提物 5-7份、
宽筋藤乙醇提取物 3-4份、
天葵子乙醇提取物 3-4份。
一种降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物的制备方法,所述的制备方法步骤如下:
S1:分别取葛根、茵陈、八角枫、九里香,分开将上述的中药真空干燥,干燥后分别用粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后分别用热水进行浸提,浸提收集浸提液,将浸提液离心,去除沉淀,将清液真空浓缩至干,分别得到葛根水提物、茵陈水提物、八角枫水提物和九里香水提物;
S2:分别取草决明、车前子、宽筋藤和天葵子,在真空条件下分别干燥,干燥后分别用粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后分别用无水乙醇进行浸提,浸提收集浸提液,将浸提液离心,去除沉淀,将清液真空浓缩至干,分别得到草决明乙醇提取物、车前子乙醇提取物、宽筋藤乙醇提取物和天葵子乙醇提取物;
S3:按重量分别取葛根水提物5-15份、茵陈水提物4-10份、草决明乙醇提取物3-8份、车前子乙醇提取物4-10份、八角枫水提物3-6份、九里香水提物4-8份、宽筋藤乙醇提取物2-5份、天葵子乙醇提取物2-5份,将上述的各提取物在室温下搅拌均匀,制备为将血压、血脂的复配中药提取物。
优选的,所述的一种降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物的制备方法,所述的步骤S1中料液重量比为1:6,浸提时间为4h,浸提温度为50℃。
优选的,所述的一种降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物的制备方法,所述的步骤S2中料液重量比为1:8,浸提时间为3h,浸提温度为60℃。
优选的,3所述的一种降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物的制备方法,所述的步骤S1和步骤S2中真空干燥温度低于55℃。
有益效果:本发明制备得到的降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物在喂饲高血脂伴高血压大鼠模型后,大鼠体内的血压值、总胆固醇(TC)含量、甘油三酯(TG)含量得到了显著的降低,取得了非常良好的效果,临床上由患者服用本发明的复配中药提取物后,部分配方实施例的治愈率达到了90%以上,并且具有见效快、血压和血脂不反弹、无副作用的特点。

实施例4

S2:分别取草决明、车前子、宽筋藤和天葵子,在真空条件下分别干燥,干燥后分别用粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后分别用无水乙醇进行浸提,料液重量比为1:8,浸提时间为3h,浸提温度为60℃,浸提收集浸提液,将浸提液离心,去除沉淀,将清液真空浓缩至干,分别得到草决明乙醇提取物、车前子乙醇提取物、宽筋藤乙醇提取物和天葵子乙醇提取物;

实施例5

S3:按重量分别取葛根水提物10份、茵陈水提物7份、草决明乙醇提取物6份、车前子乙醇提取物7份、八角枫水提物5份、九里香水提物6份、宽筋藤乙醇提取物3份、天葵子乙醇提取物4份,将上述的各提取物在室温下搅拌均匀,制备为将血压、血脂的复配中药提取物。
对比例1

S3:按重量分别取葛根水提物15份、茵陈水提物4份、草决明乙醇提取物8份、车前子乙醇提取物4份、宽筋藤乙醇提取物2份、天葵子乙醇提取物5份,将上述的各提取物在室温下搅拌均匀,制备为将血压、血脂的复配中药提取物。

S1:分别取葛根、茵陈、八角枫、九里香,分开将上述的中药真空干燥,干燥后分别用粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后分别用热水进行浸提,料液重量比为1:6,浸提时间为4h,浸提温度为50℃,浸提收集浸提液,将浸提液离心,去除沉淀,将清液真空浓缩至干,分别得到葛根水提物、茵陈水提物、八角枫水提物和九里香水提物;
S2:分别取草决明、车前子,在真空条件下分别干燥,干燥后分别用粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后分别用无水乙醇进行浸提,料液重量比为1:8,浸提时间为3h,浸提温度为60℃,浸提收集浸提液,将浸提液离心,去除沉淀,将清液真空浓缩至干,分别得到草决明乙醇提取物、车前子乙醇提取物;
S3:按重量分别取葛根水提物15份、茵陈水提物4份、草决明乙醇提取物8份、车前子乙醇提取物4份、八角枫水提物6份、九里香水提物8份,将上述的各提取物在室温下搅拌均匀,制备为将血压、血脂的复配中药提取物。
取高血压同时伴有高血脂的大鼠模型共70只,随机分为7组,分别喂饲实施例1至5和对比例1和2的复配中药提取物,每日喂饲量为10mg/Kg,喂饲时间为7天,大鼠正常进食和饮水,7天后测定大鼠血压及血脂,计算平均血压和血脂,给药前大鼠体内血压平均值为145mmHg,给药前大鼠体内的总胆固醇平均含量为0.59mmol/L,甘油三酯平均含量为1.21mmol/L,给药后血压情况如下:

此外,将高血压和高血脂患者分为7组,每组为40人,分别服用实施例1至5和对比例1和2的复配中药提取物,每日两次,每次1g。服用周期为1个月,观察患者的治愈情况;体内血压和血脂恢复到正常值为治愈例,体内血压和血脂显著下降为缓解例,血压和血脂没有改善为无效例,结果如下:

Claims (4)
1. 一种降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物,其特征在于,所述的复配中药提取物按重量包括下述的成分:
葛根水提物 15份、
茵陈水提物 4份、
草决明乙醇提取物 8份、
车前子乙醇提取物 4份、
八角枫水提物 6份、
九里香水提物 8份、
宽筋藤乙醇提取物 2份、
天葵子乙醇提取物 5份;
所述的降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物的制备方法步骤如下:
S1:分别取葛根、茵陈、八角枫、九里香,分开将上述的中药真空干燥,干燥后分别用粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后分别用热水进行浸提,浸提收集浸提液,将浸提液离心,去除沉淀,将清液真空浓缩至干,分别得到葛根水提物、茵陈水提物、八角枫水提物和九里香水提物;
S2:分别取草决明、车前子、宽筋藤和天葵子,在真空条件下分别干燥,干燥后分别用粉碎机粉碎,粉碎后分别用无水乙醇进行浸提,浸提收集浸提液,将浸提液离心,去除沉淀,将清液真空浓缩至干,分别得到草决明乙醇提取物、车前子乙醇提取物、宽筋藤乙醇提取物和天葵子乙醇提取物;
S3:按重量分别取葛根水提物、茵陈水提物、草决明乙醇提取物、车前子乙醇提取物、八角枫水提物、九里香水提物、宽筋藤乙醇提取物、天葵子乙醇提取物,将上述的各提取物在室温下搅拌均匀,制备为降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物,其特征在于,所述的步骤S1中料液重量比为1:6,浸提时间为4h,浸提温度为50℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物,其特征在于,所述的步骤S2中料液重量比为1:8,浸提时间为3h,浸提温度为60℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种降血压、血脂的复配中药提取物,其特征在于,所述的步骤S1和步骤S2中真空干燥温度低于55℃。
