Abstract

本发明公开了一种含衣康酸的浆料及其在壁纸中的应用。本发明公开一种预涂液浆料,由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:主体树脂75-82%,增稠剂0-1%,分散剂1-3%,水5-18%,衣康酸1-2%;本发明还公开了一种介质浆料,由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:主体树脂75-90%,增稠剂0-1%,分散剂1-3%,润湿剂1-3%,消泡剂1-2%,水5-18%,衣康酸1-2%,催化剂0-1%;上述组分有序地按比例混合得到的两种浆料,可应用于壁纸中,预涂液浆料和介质浆料中含有的衣康酸有助于降低室内VOC浓度;本发明还公开了一种应用上述预涂液浆料和介质浆制得的壁纸,其能够清除异味,净化空气,着色能力好。

Description

含衣康酸的浆料及其在壁纸中的应用
技术领域
本发明涉及壁纸浆料技术领域,特别涉及一种预涂液浆料和一种介质浆料及两种浆料所应用的壁纸。
背景技术
随着国民经济的不断发展以及人民生活水平的提高,人们对室内装饰材料的要求不断提高,壁纸作为现代室内装饰材料的重要组成部分越来越受到人们的重视,壁纸具有色彩多样、图案丰富、豪华气派、安全环保、施工方便、价格适宜等多种其它室内装饰材料所无法比拟的特点,故在欧美、东南亚、日本等发达国家和地区得到相当程度的普及。
由于在室内装修过程中,以及日常所用的家用电器、家具中,会含有树脂、涂料及胶黏剂等物质,此类物质含有会挥发的有机气体,即有机挥发物VOC,VOC的主要成分有:烃类、卤代烃、氧烃和氮烃,具体细分为:苯系物、有机氯化物、氟里昂系列、有机酮、胺、醇、醚、酯、酸和石油烃化合物等,挥发性VOC的危害很明显,当居室中VOC浓度超过一定浓度时,在短时间内人们感到头痛、恶心、呕吐、四肢乏力,严重时会导致抽搐、昏迷、记忆力减退等症状。
壁纸产品一般由纸基层涂覆多层浆料后印刷而成,如预涂液浆料层、介质浆料层等,在这些浆料中可加入一些有机试剂以获得特定性能的壁纸,衣康酸学名为甲叉琥珀酸,亚甲基丁二酸,是一种不饱和二元有机酸,它含不饱和双键,具有活泼的化学性质,可进行自身间的聚合,也能与其他单体如丙烯腈等聚合,溶于水,乙醇等其它溶剂。由于VOC中的胺类(含有-NH),醇类(含有-OH)等碱性气体与衣康酸分子中的羧基-COOH接触,会发生反应。
有鉴于此,本发明人特别研制了一种含衣康酸的预涂液浆料和介质浆料,并将此该两种浆料应用于壁纸中,本案由此产生。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种预涂液浆料和一种介质浆料,其利用衣康酸来吸附并分解VOC中的具有一定臭味的胺类以及醇类气体,以净化空气,除去臭味,改善空气质量和壁纸色墨的着色能力,提高壁纸的挺度。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种壁纸,其能够清除异味,净化空气,着色能力好,挺度高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:一种预涂液浆料,由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:
主体树脂80-90%
增稠剂0-1%
分散剂1-3%
水5-18%
衣康酸1-2%。
所述主体树脂为预涂液,增稠剂为聚氨酯型增稠剂,分散剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷类分散剂。
一种介质浆料,由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:
主体树脂75-90%
增稠剂0-1%
分散剂1-3%
润湿剂1-3%
消泡剂1-2%
水5-18%
衣康酸1-2%
催化剂0-1%。
所述主体树脂为预涂液,增稠剂为聚氨酯型增稠剂,分散剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷类分散剂,润湿剂为聚醚改性二甲基硅氧烷类分散剂,消泡剂为改性有机硅氧烷类消泡剂,催化剂为AIBN(偶氮二异丁腈)。
一种壁纸,包括纸基层、预涂液浆料层、堆积浆料层、珠光浆料层和介质浆料层;纸基层上辊涂上述预涂液浆料形成预涂液浆料层,预涂液浆料层上辊涂水性堆积浆料形成堆积浆料层,堆积浆料层上辊涂含有珠光粉的水性浆料形成珠光浆料层,珠光浆料层上辊涂上述介质浆料形成介质浆料层。
所述壁纸制备过程包括如下步骤:
步骤1:纸基层表面辊涂上一层上述预涂液浆料,经烘箱干燥,使其水分含量在5-10%之间;
步骤2:预涂液浆料层表面辊涂一层水性堆积浆料,在温度为140~160℃的烘箱中进行表面干燥;
步骤3:堆积浆料层表面辊涂一层含有珠光粉的水性浆料,在珠光浆料层承印图案之后,再在温度为130~140℃的烘箱中进行表面干燥;
步骤4:珠光浆料层表面辊涂一层上述介质浆料,对图案进行勾边处理后,在温度为80~100℃的烘箱中烘干,收卷,常温熟化后即制得壁纸。
所述纸基层为原纸、无纺纸或无纺布。
使用上述技术方案后,本发明在预涂液浆料和介质浆料加入适量的衣康酸,通过衣康酸吸附并分解VOC中的具有一定臭味的胺类以及醇类气体,降低了居室中VOC的浓度,从而达到净化空气的目的,减少VOC对人体的危害,此外,含有衣康酸的预涂液浆料在超过100℃的烘箱中会发生自聚反应,形成高分子,提高色墨的着色能力,使壁纸色彩更加多样、明亮。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
本发明揭示的一种预涂液浆料,由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:主体树脂82%,增稠剂0.5%,分散剂1.5%,水15%,衣康酸1%;本实施例的主体树脂采用预涂液,预涂液主要成分为苯丙乳液及水,增稠剂采用聚氨酯型增稠剂,分散剂采用聚醚改性硅氧烷类分散剂。
本发明揭示了一种介质浆料,由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:主体树脂76%,增稠剂0.5%,分散剂2%,润湿剂1%,消泡剂1%,水18%,衣康酸1%,催化剂0.5%;介质浆料中主体树脂预涂液,预涂液主要成分为苯丙乳液及水,增稠剂为聚氨酯型增稠剂,分散剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷类分散剂,润湿剂为聚醚改性二甲基硅氧烷类分散剂,消泡剂为改性有机硅氧烷类消泡剂,催化剂为AIBN(偶氮二异丁腈)。
如图1所述,本发明揭示的一种壁纸,包括纸基层1、预涂液浆料层2、堆积浆料层3、珠光浆料层4和介质浆料层5,所述纸基层1可采用原纸、无纺纸或无纺布,本实施例中纸基层1采用无纺纸;纸基层1上辊涂上述预涂液浆料形成预涂液浆料2层,预涂液浆料层2上辊涂水性堆积浆料形成堆积浆料层3,堆积浆料层3上辊涂含有珠光粉的水性浆料形成珠光浆料层4,珠光浆料层4上辊涂上述介质浆料形成介质浆料层5。
上述壁纸制备过程如下:
步骤1:纸基层1表面辊涂上一层上述含有衣康酸的预涂液浆料,经烘箱干燥,使其水分含量在5-10%之间;
步骤2:预涂液浆料层2表面辊涂一层水性堆积浆料,在温度为140℃的烘箱中进行表面干燥;
步骤3:堆积浆料层3表面辊涂一层含有珠光粉的水性浆料,在珠光浆料层承印图案之后,再在温度为132℃的烘箱中进行表面干燥;
步骤4:珠光浆料层4表面辊涂一层上述含有衣康酸的介质浆料,对图案进行勾边处理后,在温度为85℃的烘箱中烘干,收卷,常温熟化后即制得壁纸。
本实施例的壁纸产品中,同时使用含有衣康酸的预涂液浆料和含有衣康酸的介质浆料,预涂液浆料和介质浆料使用了较大比例的水(15%和18%),使浆料的成本降低,预涂液浆料层在超过100℃的环境中,部分衣康酸分子发生自聚反应,形成高分子,提高了色墨的着色能力,介质浆料层中催化剂AIBN在高于80℃时产生自由基与衣康酸反应,获得活化的衣康酸,增强了衣康酸对VOC的吸附作用,除臭净化能力强。
实施例二:
一种预涂液浆料,由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:主体树脂85%,增稠剂1%,分散剂3%,水9%,衣康酸2%;同实施例一,本实施例的主体树脂采用预涂液,预涂液主要成分为苯丙乳液及水,增稠剂采用聚氨酯型增稠剂,分散剂采用聚醚改性硅氧烷类分散剂。
一种介质浆料,由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:主体树脂85%,增稠剂1%,分散剂3%,润湿剂2%,消泡剂1%,水5%,衣康酸2%,催化剂1%;介质浆料中主体树脂预涂液,预涂液主要成分为苯丙乳液及水,增稠剂为聚氨酯型增稠剂,分散剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷类分散剂,润湿剂为聚醚改性二甲基硅氧烷类分散剂,消泡剂为改性有机硅氧烷类消泡剂,催化剂为AIBN(偶氮二异丁腈)。
如图1所示的一种壁纸,包括纸基层1、预涂液浆料层2、堆积浆料层3、珠光浆料层4和介质浆料层5,所述纸基层1为原纸、无纺纸或无纺布;纸基层1上辊涂上述预涂液浆料形成预涂液浆料层2,预涂液浆料层2上辊涂水性堆积浆料形成堆积浆料层3,堆积浆料层3上辊涂含有珠光粉的水性浆料形成珠光浆料层4,珠光浆料层上辊涂上述介质浆料形成介质浆料层5。
本实施例的壁纸制备过程如下:
步骤1:纸基层1表面辊涂上一层上述含有衣康酸的预涂液浆料,经烘箱干燥,使其水分含量在5-10%之间;
步骤2:预涂液浆料层2表面辊涂一层水性堆积浆料,在温度为150℃的烘箱中进行表面干燥;
步骤3:堆积浆料层3表面辊涂一层含有珠光粉的水性浆料,在珠光浆料层承印图案之后,再在温度为140℃的烘箱中进行表面干燥;
步骤4:珠光浆料层4表面辊涂一层上述含有衣康酸的介质浆料,对图案进行勾边处理后,在温度为80℃的烘箱中烘干,收卷,常温熟化后即制得壁纸。
本实施例相比实施例一的壁纸产品,预涂液浆料和介质浆料都使用了较大比例的增稠剂(1%),使浆料的粘度较高,转印时更容易附着在壁纸上且牢度更好,本实施例还在预涂液浆料和介质浆料中加入了更多的衣康(2%),使预涂液层能够获得更多的活化分子,对VOC的吸收能力更强,净化效果更好。

1.一种预涂液浆料,其特征在于:由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:
主体树脂80-90%
增稠剂0-1%
分散剂1-3%
水5-18%
衣康酸1-2%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种预涂液浆料,其特征在于:所述主体树脂为预涂液,增稠剂为聚氨酯型增稠剂,分散剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷类分散剂。
3.一种介质浆料,其特征在于:由下列组分按质量百分比含量配制而成:
主体树脂75-90%
增稠剂0-1%
分散剂1-3%
润湿剂1-3%
消泡剂1-2%
水5-18%
衣康酸1-2%
催化剂0-1%。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种介质浆料,其特征在于:所述主体树脂为预涂液,增稠剂为聚氨酯型增稠剂,分散剂为聚醚改性硅氧烷类分散剂,润湿剂为聚醚改性二甲基硅氧烷类分散剂,消泡剂为改性有机硅氧烷类消泡剂,催化剂为AIBN。
5.一种壁纸,其特征在于:包括纸基层、预涂液浆料层、堆积浆料层、珠光浆料层和介质浆料层;纸基层上辊涂如权利要求1所述的预涂液浆料形成预涂液浆料层,预涂液浆料层上辊涂水性堆积浆料形成堆积浆料层,堆积浆料层上辊涂含有珠光粉的水性浆料形成珠光浆料层,珠光浆料层上辊涂如权利要求3所述的介质浆料形成介质浆料层。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种壁纸,其特征在于:制备过程包括如下步骤:
步骤1:纸基层表面辊涂一层如权利要求1所述的预涂液浆料,经烘箱干燥,使其水分含量在5-10%之间;
步骤2:预涂液浆料层表面辊涂一层水性堆积浆料,在温度为140~160℃的烘箱中进行表面干燥;
步骤3:堆积浆料层表面辊涂一层含有珠光粉的水性浆料,在珠光浆料层承印图案之后,再在温度为130~140℃的烘箱中进行表面干燥;
步骤4:珠光浆料层表面辊涂一层如权利要求3所述的介质浆料,对图案进行勾边处理后,在温度为80~100℃的烘箱中烘干,收卷,常温熟化后即制得壁纸。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种壁纸,其特征在于:所述纸基层为原纸、无纺纸或无纺布。
