Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐UV消影膜涂层材料,其特征在于该涂层材料包括按质量份计的下述组分:2~6官能度脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂10‑20份、纳米氧化锆15‑25份、丙烯酰吗啉2‑7份、流平剂0.2‑2.0份、光引发剂1‑3份、溶剂45‑65份。本发明由于添加了作为附着力增进剂的丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO),故大大增强了材料在PET基材表面的附着力,故当这种材料通过湿法预先涂布至PET基材上后,经多次UV照射仍旧不易脱落,具有很高的耐UV特性,能够有力的保持涂层的消影效能,也即提高了ITO导电膜品质。

Description

一种耐UV消影膜涂层材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐UV消影膜涂层材料。
背景技术
消影膜是电容ITO导电膜的重要基础材料,电容ITO膜在后期制程中一般会做图案,因ITO线(ITO折射率=1.8)与蚀刻后无ITO区(普通HC折射率=1.5)存在较大折射率差异,造成图案可视性,即所谓的色差,会大大影响TP使用过程视觉效果。为此,必须进行消影处理,通常有两种方法进行消影:
——干法:即在PET基材上溅镀多层不同折射率的金属氧化物,通过控制各层折射率和涂层厚度达到减低色差,达到消影目的。
——湿法:即在PET基材上预先涂布一层高折射率涂层(通常具备硬化层功能),进而提高蚀刻区涂层折射率接近ITO线折射率,该涂层一般称为IM(消影膜)涂层。
上述消影膜涂层的涂层材料目前一般是UV固化树脂+改性分散的纳米氧化锆,由于在ITO膜后期使用过程中常常要进行UV固化处理,这种材料形成的消影膜涂层在经多次UV照射后,因涂层材料和PET基材收缩率不一致,前者收缩率大于后者,故会造成涂层脱落问题,严重影响导电膜的使用。
发明内容
本发明目的是:针对现有消影膜涂层材料的不足而提供一种耐UV消影膜涂层材料,由该材料经湿法涂布形成的消影膜涂层附着力好,经多次UV照射仍旧不易脱落。
本发明的技术方案是:一种耐UV消影膜涂层材料,其特征在于该涂层材料包括按质量份计的下述组分:多官能度脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂10-20份、纳米氧化锆15-25份、丙烯酰吗啉2-7份、流平剂0.2-2.0份、光引发剂1-3份、有机溶剂45-65份。
进一步的,本发明中所述组分的质量份数进一步如下:多官能度脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂15-20份、纳米氧化锆20-25份、丙烯酰吗啉2-5份、流平剂0.2-1.0份、光引发剂1-2份、有机溶剂45-55份。
进一步的,本发明中所述多官能度脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂的官能度为2-6,分子量1000-20000。
进一步的,本发明中所述光引发剂选自光引发剂184、光引发剂1173、光引发剂TPO和光引发剂651之一。其中所述光引发剂184即指1-羟基环己基苯基酮,所述光引发剂1173即指2-羟基-甲基苯基丙烷-1-酮,所述光引发剂TPO即指二苯基氧化膦,所述光引发剂651即指安息香双甲醚。
进一步的,本发明中所述有机溶剂选自酮类溶剂、脂类溶剂、醇类溶剂或醚类溶剂,或者是酮类溶剂、脂类溶剂、醇类溶剂和醚类溶剂中两种以上的混合物。优选溶解能力较强的上述有机溶剂,同时考虑到溶剂挥发不易过快,可选用高沸点和低沸点两种溶剂搭配使用。
进一步的,本发明中所述酮类溶剂是指丁酮(MEK)、丙酮、2-戊酮、异佛尔酮和甲基异丁基酮(MIBK)中的一种或两种以上的混合物,所述脂类溶剂是指乙酸乙酯和乙酸丁酯中的一种或两种以上的混合物,所述醇类溶剂是指乙醇和异丙醇(IPA)中的一种或两种以上的混合物;所述醚类溶剂是指丙二醇单甲醚(PGME)和丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯(PGMEA)中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
需要说明,本案中对于有机溶剂的选择并没有特别的限定,无论溶剂为几种同类溶剂(例如都是酮类)的混合物,还是不同类溶剂(例如酮类和醇类)的混合物,各溶剂之间均可按照任意质量比例来混合。
进一步的,本发明中所述多官能度脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂优选:脂肪族聚氨酯三甲基丙烯酸树脂、脂肪族聚氨酯四甲基丙烯酸树脂、脂肪族聚氨酯五甲基丙烯酸树脂、脂肪族聚氨酯六甲基丙烯酸树脂、脂肪族聚氨酯甲基五丙烯酸树脂、脂肪族聚氨酯甲基六丙烯酸树脂、脂肪族聚氨酯甲基四丙烯酸树脂中的一种。
本发明的优点是:
1.本发明提供的这种耐UV消影膜涂层材料,由于添加了作为附着力增进剂的丙烯酰吗啉(ACMO),故大大增强了材料在PET基材表面的附着力,故当这种材料通过湿法预先涂布至PET基材上后,经多次UV照射仍旧不易脱落,具有很高的耐UV特性,能够有力的保持涂层的消影效能,也即提高了ITO导电膜品质。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本案提供的耐UV消影膜涂层材料进行具体说明如下:
下面的表格为本发明例举的四种实施例组分的质量份统计:
上述实施例表格中关于有机溶剂,PGME即丙二醇单甲醚,MIBK即甲基异丁基酮,IPA即异丙醇,MEK即丁酮。当溶剂为混合使用时,两种溶剂的比例为质量比。
按照各实施例的配方要求进行配液,分散混合好,通过微凹版涂布方式,在东丽UH33基材(PET)的高折射率底涂面涂布干厚1.5μm的涂层,经热风干燥、500mj/cm2UV固化后成消影膜。对该消影膜进行透光率、雾度、反射率和耐UV附着力测试,测试结果见下表:
上述实验数据说明本案提供的这种耐UV消影膜涂层材料涂布至PET基材上固化后形成的涂层,其耐UV附着力较对比例高出很多,经多次UV照射仍旧不易脱落,具有很高的耐UV特性,能够有力的保持涂层的消影效能,也即提高了ITO导电膜品质。
——对比例2没有ACMO成分,耐UV性能最差。
——对比例1中有ACMO成分,但树脂无多官能度脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸树脂,耐UV性能相当不佳。
当然上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明主要技术方案的精神实质所做的修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.一种耐UV消影膜涂层材料,其特征在于该涂层材料包括按质量份计的下述组分:脂肪族聚氨酯四甲基丙烯酸树脂18份、纳米氧化锆24份、丙烯酰吗啉4份、流平剂1份、光引发剂2份、有机溶剂51.2份,其中的有机溶剂是质量比为1:1的MIBK和IPA混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐UV消影膜涂层材料,其特征在于所述光引发剂选自光引发剂184、光引发剂1173、光引发剂TPO和光引发剂651之一。
