Abstract

本发明涉及一种低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料及其制备方法,属于聚氨酯泡沫塑料技术领域。所述聚氨酯全水仿木材料,由A组份和B组份制成,以重量份数计,A组份由以下原料制成:聚醚多元醇A?35~50、聚醚多元醇B?20~25、聚醚多元醇C?25~30、聚醚多元醇D?5~10、泡沫稳定剂2.0~3.0、化学发泡剂1.0~1.2、催化剂1.2~4.5;B组份为多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯。其制备方法是先将聚醚多元醇加入反应釜中搅拌,再加入泡沫稳定剂、化学发泡剂和催化剂,得到A组份,然后将A组份与B组份混合进行反应,得到聚氨酯全水仿木材料。本发明的仿木材料在低自由泡密度下能够达到邵氏硬度D40以上,尺寸稳定性收缩率小于0.5%,其制备方法简易可行。

低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料及其制备方法,属于聚氨酯泡沫塑料技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,由于森林资源被过度开采利用,造成生态环境恶化和水土流失严重,但是随着人们生活水平的逐步提高,人们对于木材的需求量也随之增加,因此,研究和开发仿木材料成为一个新的技术领域。能够用作仿木材料的树脂包括聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、聚苯乙烯等,其中,聚氨酯仿木材料具有很高的刚性和机械强度,具有生产工艺简单、制品外形美观的特点,可以完美将其代替木材来用作高档制品。聚氨酯仿木材料通常分为141B发泡体系和全水发泡体系两类,其中,141B发泡体系为目前的主流体系,但是141B发泡体系不属于环保发泡剂,世界各地都在逐步对其进行限制使用;全水发泡体系既环保又安全,其制品具有密度分布均匀、气泡少、基本无暗泡的特点,因此发展前景非常光明,但是全水发泡体系在自由泡密度低于100kg/m3的时候,其制品表面硬度低于邵氏硬度D40,适用范围受到较大限制,因此,亟需开发一种低密度、高表面强度的聚氨酯全水仿木材料来扩大其适用范围。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料,具有表面硬度高和尺寸稳定性优异的特点,能够制备出各式各样的仿木产品;本发明同时提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料,由A组份和B组份制成,其中:
以重量份数计,A组份由以下原料制成:
其中,聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、聚醚多元醇C、聚醚多元醇D四种原料的总重量份数为100份;
所述聚醚多元醇A为4官能度,羟值为400~460的聚氧化丙烯多元醇,优选YNW-4110,生产厂家为山东一诺威新材料有限公司;
所述聚醚多元醇B为4.2官能度,羟值为490~500的聚氧化丙烯多元醇,优选YNW-635C,生产厂家为山东一诺威新材料有限公司;
所述聚醚多元醇C为3官能度,羟值为163~173的聚氧化丙烯多元醇,优选YNW-310,生产厂家为山东一诺威新材料有限公司;
所述聚醚多元醇D为7官能度,羟值为360~390的聚氧化丙烯多元醇,优选YNW-370S,生产厂家为山东一诺威新材料有限公司;
所述泡沫稳定剂为亲水型聚氨酯硬泡硅油,优选B8444,生产厂家为德国赢创德固赛公司;
所述化学发泡剂为水;
所述催化剂为N,N-二甲基环己胺(Y-12)、N,N-二甲基苄胺(Y-27)、1,3,5-三(二甲氨基丙基)-六氢化三嗪(PC-41)或五甲基二亚乙基三胺(PC-5)中的一种或多种,生产厂家均为美国空气化工公司;
B组份:
多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯。
所述的低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、聚醚多元醇C和聚醚多元醇D加入到反应釜中进行搅拌,然后加入泡沫稳定剂、化学发泡剂和催化剂,常温下搅拌10~30分钟,得到A组份;
(2)将A组份与B组份按照重量比为1:1.1的比例混合进行反应,得到低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过采用高官能度的聚醚多元醇进行相互搭配,得到的聚氨酯仿木制品在自由泡密度为80-100kg/m3时能够达到邵氏硬度D40以上,尺寸稳定性收缩率小于0.5%,能够制备出雕刻样式复杂的仿木产品。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料按照以下制备:
以重量份数计,A组份:
B组份:
多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯。
制备方法如下:
(1)将YNW-4110、YNW-635C、YNW-310和YNW-370S加入到反应釜中进行搅拌,然后加入B8444、H2O、Y-12、Y-27和PC-41,常温下搅拌10min,得到A组份;
(2)将A组份与B组份按照重量比为1:1.1的比例混合进行反应,得到低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料,检测结果见表1。

制备方法如下:
(1)将YNW-4110、YNW-635C、YNW-310和YNW-370S加入到反应釜中进行搅拌,然后加入B8444、H2O、PC-5、Y-27和PC-41,常温下搅拌20min,得到A组份;
(2)将A组份与B组份按照重量比为1:1.1的比例混合进行反应,得到低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料,检测结果见表2。

制备方法如下:

(2)将A组份与B组份按照重量比为1:1.1的比例混合进行反应,得到低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料,检测结果见表3。

由实施例1-3可知,得到的聚氨酯仿木制品具有密度低、硬度高的特点,完全能够制备出雕刻样式复杂的仿木产品。

Claims (5)

1.一种低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料,其特征在于:由A组份和B组份制成,其中:
以重量份数计,A组份由以下原料制成:
其中,聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、聚醚多元醇C、聚醚多元醇D四种原料的总重量份数为100份;
所述聚醚多元醇A为4官能度,羟值为400~460的聚氧化丙烯多元醇;
所述聚醚多元醇B为4.2官能度,羟值为490~500的聚氧化丙烯多元醇;
所述聚醚多元醇C为3官能度,羟值为163~173的聚氧化丙烯多元醇;
所述聚醚多元醇D为7官能度,羟值为360~390的聚氧化丙烯多元醇;
B组份:
多亚甲基多苯基异氰酸酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料,其特征在于:泡沫稳定剂为亲水型聚氨酯硬泡硅油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料,其特征在于:化学发泡剂为水。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料,其特征在于:催化剂为N,N-二甲基环己胺、N,N-二甲基苄胺、1,3,5-三(二甲氨基丙基)-六氢化三嗪或五甲基二亚乙基三胺中的一种或多种。
5.一种权利要求1~4任一所述的低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚醚多元醇A、聚醚多元醇B、聚醚多元醇C和聚醚多元醇D加入到反应釜中进行搅拌,然后加入泡沫稳定剂、化学发泡剂和催化剂,常温下搅拌10~30分钟,得到A组份;
(2)将A组份与B组份按照重量比为1:1.1的比例混合进行反应,得到低密度、高表面强度聚氨酯全水仿木材料。
