本发明公开了一种强度高的减震包装材料的制备工艺,涉及包装材料的制备技术领域,包括双层整体料的制备、预处理、搅拌、A胶的制备、成品五个加工步骤,本发明的一种包装材料所用材料的费用低,贮存时间长,原料都是自然界中的生物质,安全卫生,可以作为食品包装纸。同时也有很好的强度,外观美观大方,制备从减少耗能、生产程序简化、路用性能优化的角度出发,省掉了材料的加工步骤,不会污染环境,整个工艺更为环保,同时其透明性与外观俱佳,极少产生来自薄膜的气味,特别是其朝向薄膜制造时树脂的挤出方向的撕裂方向在加热环境下仍具高的直线性,而且具有撕裂强度低的优良撕裂特性。

Description

一种强度高的减震包装材料
技术领域
本发明涉及包装材料的制备技术领域,具体涉及一种强度高的减震包装材料的制备工艺。
背景技术
现在我国现有的食品软包装材料中,一般所使用的包装材料都是用胶水将附有油墨层的聚丙烯薄膜与内层热封镀铝膜粘合在一起。内层热封镀铝膜是使用专用基材膜在高真空镀铝机上先进行涂覆镀铝层,然后进行粘合。在粘合时,所使用的胶水一般为溶剂型胶水,工人在进行操作时,胶水中的溶剂会挥发而对人体有害,生产出的包装材料也会因残留溶剂并散发异味,导致污染所包装的食品,危害食用者的身体健康,另外胶水的生产成本较高,产品的质量不稳定,在物质产品极为丰富的今天,人们对产品的性能以及外观质量的要求越来越严格,而产品包装结构的设计及材料的使用是否科学合理就成了影响产品外观质量的一个重要因素。因为大多数产品从生产到销售乃至被消费者使用的过程中都离不开包装,如果包装结构的设计及材料的使用不合理,很容易造成被包装产品外观质量的损坏和脏污。传统上,提出了采用由热塑性树脂薄膜的各种各样的包装材料。这些包装材料首先用于食品,并随后用于衣料、工业部件等的包装,作为通过热封(heatseal)等密封的包装袋被广泛使用,用以保存内含物并保护内含物不被尘埃等污染。使用被包装的商品时需要将包装袋开封,一般用手来撕开。这时,若能不用大力就撕开,且在撕裂方向上呈直线状,则内含物的形状等不会破坏,且包装袋容易被撕裂而开封
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种工业用途广,发展前途大,加工方法简单的一种强度高的减震包装材料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:所提供的一种强度高的减震包装材料的制备工艺。包括如下步骤:
(1)双层整体料的制备:将聚苯乙烯与碳酸钙按预定质量比混合,得到一混合料;加热上述混合料至熔融状态并保持;提供预定用量的氨丙基硅胶,将该硅胶加热至熔融状态并保持;提供一成型容器,于该成型容器中射出一该熔融状的混合料层;将该熔融状的氨丙基硅胶射出至该熔融状的混合料层之上而与该混合料层热合得到一双层整体料。
(2)预处理:将桑树、红豆杉和珙桐的树干或枝条先蒸,再浸泡,然后剥皮,晒干后,加入树皮或/和树枝质量15~25%的石灰或纯碱再蒸,洗涤后,将其撕成细条,晾在朝阳之地,经过日晒雨淋,自然变白,然后杀毒处理。
(3)搅拌:将处理好的桑树皮或枝、红豆杉树皮或枝、珙桐树皮或枝按重量份80-85:20-30:45-55放入搅拌机中打碎并搅拌均匀。
(4)A胶的制备:将植物胶加入上述搅拌机继续搅拌均匀得A胶。
(5)将A胶涂均匀抹于双层整体材料表面,放入烘箱烘干,得所述的一种强度高的减震包装材料。
优选的,所述步骤(1)的碳酸钙与该聚苯乙烯的质量比为(1∶15)~(1∶9)。
优选的,所述步骤(5)的烘箱温度在45-50摄氏度。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种包装材料所用材料的费用低,贮存时间长,原料都是自然界中的生物质,安全卫生,可以作为食品包装纸。同时也有很好的强度,外观美观大方,制备从减少耗能、生产程序简化、路用性能优化的角度出发,省掉了材料的加工步骤,不会污染环境,整个工艺更为环保,同时其透明性与外观俱佳,极少产生来自薄膜的气味,特别是其朝向薄膜制造时树脂的挤出方向的撕裂方向在加热环境下仍具高的直线性,而且具有撕裂强度低的优良撕裂特性,且降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,此包装材料具有很好的减震功能,而且支持产品生产的自动化大批量生产。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1:
(1)双层整体料的制备:将聚苯乙烯与碳酸钙按预定质量比混合,得到一混合料;加热上述混合料至熔融状态并保持;提供预定用量的氨丙基硅胶,将该硅胶加热至熔融状态并保持;提供一成型容器,于该成型容器中射出一该熔融状的混合料层;将该熔融状的氨丙基硅胶射出至该熔融状的混合料层之上而与该混合料层热合得到一双层整体料。
(2)预处理:将桑树、红豆杉和珙桐的树干或枝条先蒸,再浸泡,然后剥皮,晒干后,加入树皮或/和树枝质量20%的石灰或纯碱再蒸,洗涤后,将其撕成细条,晾在朝阳之地,经过日晒雨淋,自然变白,然后杀毒处理。
(3)搅拌:将处理好的桑树皮或枝、红豆杉树皮或枝、珙桐树皮或枝按重量份80:25:50放入搅拌机中打碎并搅拌均匀。
(4)A胶的制备:将植物胶加入上述搅拌机继续搅拌均匀得A胶。
(5)将A胶涂均匀抹于双层整体材料表面,放入烘箱烘干,得所述的一种强度高的减震包装材料。
在本实施例中,所述步骤(1)的碳酸钙与该聚苯乙烯的质量比为1:10。所述步骤(5)的烘箱温度在48摄氏度。
基于上述,本发明的一种包装材料所用材料的费用低,贮存时间长,原料都是自然界中的生物质,安全卫生,可以作为食品包装纸。同时也有很好的强度,外观美观大方,制备从减少耗能、生产程序简化、路用性能优化的角度出发,省掉了材料的加工步骤,不会污染环境,整个工艺更为环保,同时其透明性与外观俱佳,极少产生来自薄膜的气味,特别是其朝向薄膜制造时树脂的挤出方向的撕裂方向在加热环境下仍具高的直线性,而且具有撕裂强度低的优良撕裂特性,且降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,此包装材料具有很好的减震功能,而且支持产品生产的自动化大批量生产。
显然本发明具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本发明的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本发明的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (3)

1.一种强度高的减震包装材料的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)双层整体料的制备:将聚苯乙烯与碳酸钙按预定质量比混合,得到一混合料;加热上述混合料至熔融状态并保持;提供预定用量的氨丙基硅胶,将该硅胶加热至熔融状态并保持;提供一成型容器,于该成型容器中射出一该熔融状的混合料层;将该熔融状的氨丙基硅胶射出至该熔融状的混合料层之上而与该混合料层热合得到一双层整体料。
(2)预处理:将桑树、红豆杉和珙桐的树干或枝条先蒸,再浸泡,然后剥皮,晒干后,加入树皮或/和树枝质量15~25%的石灰或纯碱再蒸,洗涤后,将其撕成细条,晾在朝阳之地,经过日晒雨淋,自然变白,然后杀毒处理。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种强度高的减震包装材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)的碳酸钙与该聚苯乙烯的质量比为(1∶15)~(1∶9)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种强度高的减震包装材料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)的烘箱温度在45-50摄氏度。
