Abstract

本发明公开了一种健康绿色的高强度薄膜的制备工艺,包括如下步骤,基层薄膜制作,基本保护层以及安全防护层按照顺序多层分步骤制作后复合,既保证薄膜的强度,又保证薄膜健康无污染。本发明的一种包装材料所用材料的费用低,贮存时间长,原料都是自然界中的生物质,以及常用的材料,最外的安全防护层,安全卫生,可以作为食品包装纸,多层附着,添加增韧剂大大增加薄膜强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及印刷包装领域,具体是一种高强度薄膜的制备工艺。
背景技术
现在我国现有的食品软包装材料中,一般所使用的包装材料都是用胶水将附有油墨层的聚丙烯薄膜与内层热封镀铝膜粘合在一起。内层热封镀铝膜是使用专用基材膜在高真空镀铝机上先进行涂覆镀铝层,然后进行粘合。在粘合时,所使用的胶水一般为溶剂型胶水,工人在进行操作时,胶水中的溶剂会挥发而对人体有害,生产出的包装材料也会因残留溶剂并散发异味,导致污染所包装的食品,危害食用者的身体健康,另外胶水的生产成本较高,产品的质量不稳定,在物质产品极为丰富的今天,人们对产品的性能以及外观质量的要求越来越严格,而产品包装结构的设计及材料的使用是否科学合理就成了影响产品外观质量的一个重要因素。因为大多数产品从生产到销售乃至被消费者使用的过程中都离不开包装,如果包装结构的设计及材料的使用不合理,很容易造成被包装产品外观质量的损坏和脏污。传统上,提出了采用由热塑性树脂薄膜的各种各样的包装材料。这些包装材料首先用于食品,并随后用于衣料、工业部件等的包装,作为通过热封(heat seal)等密封的包装袋被广泛使用,用以保存内含物并保护内含物不被尘埃等污染。使用被包装的商品时需要将包装袋开封,一般用手来撕开。这时,若能不用大力就撕开,且在撕裂方向上呈直线状,则内含物的形状等不会破坏,且包装袋容易被撕裂而开封,强度不够。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强度薄膜的制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高强度薄膜的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)基层薄膜制作:将混合树脂与增韧剂按预定质量比100:1混合,得到一混合料;然后加入少量丙酮液体进行加热,使混合料分解,并且用搅拌机搅拌,当混合液呈乳浊液状时,取出降温成型后制成基层薄膜;
(2)基本保护层:提供预定用量的氨丙基硅胶,将该硅胶加热至熔融状态并保持状态;在熔融状态下的硅胶液体中加入体积为硅胶液体2%的月桂醇;然后将该溶剂涂到基层薄膜表面,厚度按照实际需要涂抹,涂抹后热风烘干,形成基本保护层;
(3)安全防护层:选取玉米粒,甘蔗,大豆,晒干,破碎,制成粉末状,按照质量比1:1:1混合,再用纯水浸泡,然后选用高密度的分子筛进行筛选出物质中的聚乳酸以及矿物质元素在一起的沉淀物,常温静止,等到呈现透明果冻状形态时,加入乙醇液体搅拌混合成液体,后将该液体附着到基本保护层表面,密封常温环境自行放置10-15天,干燥后得到所述高强度薄膜。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的混合树脂为环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和不饱和聚酯树脂按照质量比1:1:1制成的混合物。
优选的,所述步骤(1)中的增韧剂为聚醚砜、聚苯醚酮、聚醚、聚砜、聚酰亚胺、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚醋酸乙烯一种或者多种混合制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的一种包装材料所用材料的费用低,贮存时间长,原料都是自然界中的生物质,以及常用的材料,最外的安全防护层,安全卫生,可以作为食品包装纸,多层附着,添加增韧剂大大增加薄膜强度。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种高强度薄膜的制备工艺,包括如下步骤:
1、基层薄膜制作:将混合树脂与增韧剂按预定质量比100:1混合,得到一混合料;然后加入少量丙酮液体进行加热,使混合料分解,并且用搅拌机搅拌,当混合液呈乳浊液状时,取出降温成型后制成基层薄膜;

Claims (3)

1.一种高强度薄膜的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)基层薄膜制作:将混合树脂与增韧剂按预定质量比100:1混合,得到一混合料;然后加入少量丙酮液体进行加热,使混合料分解,并且用搅拌机搅拌,当混合液呈乳浊液状时,取出降温成型后制成基层薄膜;
(2)基本保护层:提供预定用量的氨丙基硅胶,将该硅胶加热至熔融状态并保持状态;在熔融状态下的硅胶液体中加入体积为硅胶液体2%的月桂醇;然后将该溶剂涂到基层薄膜表面,厚度按照实际需要涂抹,涂抹后热风烘干,形成基本保护层;
(3)安全防护层:选取玉米粒,甘蔗,大豆,晒干,破碎,制成粉末状,按照质量比1:1:1混合,再用纯水浸泡,然后选用高密度的分子筛进行筛选出物质中的聚乳酸以及矿物质元素在一起的沉淀物,常温静止,等到呈现透明果冻状形态时,加入乙醇液体搅拌混合成液体,后将该液体附着到基本保护层表面,密封常温环境自行放置10-15天,干燥后得到所述高强度薄膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度薄膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的混合树脂为环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和不饱和聚酯树脂按照质量比1:1:1制成的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度薄膜的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的增韧剂为聚醚砜、聚苯醚酮、聚醚、聚砜、聚酰亚胺、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、聚醋酸乙烯一种或者多种混合制成。
