[0003] 随着人类生活水平的提高,人类对动物性食品需求量逐渐增加。动物性食品的获得离不开畜牧养殖,而畜牧养殖又必须依托动物饲料才能获得发展,因此开发生产优质的动物饲料对于提高畜牧养殖的经济效益具有极其重要意义。啤酒酵母是啤酒生产的主要副产物,约占啤酒产量的1.5%,其中仅有40-50%的酵母被回收利用,其余的50-60%都被废弃掉。啤酒酵母泥中含有丰富的营养物质,含有近50%的蛋白质,是一种廉价的蛋白质资源,并含有动物体必需的八种氨基酸,其氨基酸的配比接近于联合国粮农组织(FA0)推荐比例,尤其是谷类食物中的第一限制氨基酸一一赖氨酸,在啤酒酵母中含量特别丰富,对其进行适当处理可进行广泛应用。目前欧美各国对啤酒废酵母的回收利用均给予高度的重视,而我国对啤酒废酵母的回收利用起步较晚。由于啤酒酵母具有较高的营养价值和含有多种对动物体有益的微量成份,因此综合开发啤酒酵母既有利于防止环境污染,又可缓解我国蛋白质饲料缺乏的现状。但是由于传统的加工技术比较落后,加工水平较低,生产出的动物饲料尚存在着适口性差、营养吸收率低、动物生长发育慢等缺点,其营养很难有效的被动物所吸收利用。因此,改进并优化传统工艺,开发出诱食性好、抗病性强、并能改善动物生长繁殖性能的新型动物饲料对提高畜牧养殖效益具有不可忽视的作用。

一种促生长增重鸭饲料,该饲料包含以下重量份的组分:啤酒酵母泥45-55、熟石灰

[0006] 所述的促生长增重鸭饲料,其制备方法步骤如下:
(1)将啤酒酵母泥加水配成质量浓度为15-25%的酵母泥乳液,开启搅拌器,以300-500转/分搅拌20-30分钟,离心,收集酵母泥滤饼,将酵母泥滤饼重新加水配成质量浓度为15-25%的酵母泥乳液,撒入熟石灰,再以300-500转/分搅拌20-30分钟,离心后得到脱苦的酵母泥滤饼,使用清水洗涤干净;
(2)将步骤(1)的酵母泥滤饼加水配成质量浓度为12-15%的酵母泥乳液,升温至42-45°C,保温搅拌23-25小时,再升温至56_58°C保温搅拌10-12小时,离心分离,浓缩上清液,得到酵母浓缩物; (3)将豆腐渣、菜青虫粉、小麦面、高槐叶粉混合,加入苹果醋拌匀,密封保存2-3天倒出,放于膨化机内在120-135°C温度下膨化处理3-5秒;
(4)将益母草、豌豆苗、慈姑、淡竹叶粉碎后放入蒸锅蒸10-15分钟倒出,再加入沙茶酱、葡萄糖浆拌匀,密封保存2-3天;
(5)将何首乌、菟丝子、莲花蕊粉碎,向其中加入相当于其重量份6-8倍的水混合煎煮30-35分钟倒出;
(6)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4),(5)的物料放入混合机混合,再将余下原料加入搅拌均匀,送入到制粒机中制粒,将得到的颗粒饲料烘干并用聚乙烯塑料袋进行包装,得到成品。

1、本发明将啤酒酵母泥通过水洗除杂和熟石灰脱苦处理,避免了苦味对动物食欲的影响,再在升温搅拌下促进酵母自溶以通过酵母蛋白的吸收率,通过改变温度控制自溶速率和溶出如生成,豆腐渣、菜青虫粉、小麦面、高槐叶粉在苹果醋的酸化保存下,加速了其中营养物质的分解,增强了的消化吸收性,再经过高温膨化处理进一步提高了其适口性,益母草、豌豆苗、慈姑、淡竹叶经过沙茶酱、葡萄糖浆处理后,改善了其适口性并增加了其香味,提高了动物的食欲和采食量,何首乌、菟丝子、莲花蕊的配合使用,增加了饲料的补益功能,促进了动物的身体健康和生长发育,提高了动物的自身免疫力。

2.根据权利要求1所述的促生长增重鸭饲料,其制备方法步骤如下: (1)将啤酒酵母泥加水配成质量浓度为15-25%的酵母泥乳液,开启搅拌器,以300-500转/分搅拌20-30分钟,离心,收集酵母泥滤饼,将酵母泥滤饼重新加水配成质量浓度为15-25%的酵母泥乳液,撒入熟石灰,再以300-500转/分搅拌20-30分钟,离心后得到脱苦的酵母泥滤饼,使用清水洗涤干净; (2)将步骤(1)的酵母泥滤饼加水配成质量浓度为12-15%的酵母泥乳液,升温至42-45°C,保温搅拌23-25小时,再升温至56_58°C保温搅拌10-12小时,离心分离,浓缩上清液,得到酵母浓缩物; (3)将豆腐渣、菜青虫粉、小麦面、高槐叶粉混合,加入苹果醋拌匀,密封保存2-3天倒出,放于膨化机内在120-135°C温度下膨化处理3-5秒; (4)将益母草、豌豆苗、慈姑、淡竹叶粉碎后放入蒸锅蒸10-15分钟倒出,再加入沙茶酱、葡萄糖浆拌匀,密封保存2-3天; (5)将何首乌、菟丝子、莲花蕊粉碎,向其中加入相当于其重量份6-8倍的水混合煎煮30-35分钟倒出; (6)将步骤(2)、(3)、(4),(5)的物料放入混合机混合,再将余下原料加入搅拌均匀,送入到制粒机中制粒,将得到的颗粒饲料烘干并用聚乙烯塑料袋进行包装,得到成品。
