Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于填充和关闭用于容装纸质文件尤其是钞票的一次性袋的装置。
这种袋要用在储存钞票的机器中,这种机器通常出现在银行、超市、商场等场合中。
背景技术
现有技术中,钞票通过入口端口被引入这些机器中,然后它们被插入到可移除地装在机器中的盒或者塑料袋内。
在塑料袋的情况下,它们有利地是一次性类型的,即,是在填充后被合适的密封刀片在其嘴部边缘处密封从而打开时不能再次使用的袋。
显然,使用塑料袋而不是坚硬的盒存在数个困难,如将袋固定至机器和将钞票引入袋中以正确地填充,这些困难基本上因为袋缺乏坚硬性并尤其是袋壁的柔性所致。而另一方面,一次性塑料袋制造简单且便宜,它们是轻质的并容易处理,不需要维护。
US-A-2011/0052363披露了一种系统,其中钞票一次一张地通过辊子供给装置引入袋中,该袋被水平地放置并固定至支撑框架,该支撑框架设有座部,袋被初始地卷绕在该座部中。每张钞票以竖直地取向引入袋中,随着钞票不断地被引入袋中,由此形成的包装件沿着支撑该包装件的传送带水平地平移,从而使得袋从座部解绕并伸展。钞票的包装件在袋的底部处伴随有支撑板,并且在包装件的相对于前述支撑板的相对侧上有加压元件帮助将钞票紧凑地保持在袋中。
然而,该现有技术中描述的方案结构相当复杂,制造成本不菲。
文献WO-A-02/19289提供了一种用于帮助钞票进入盒或者袋中的活塞。
发明内容
本发明的总体目标在于通过提供以下装置来克服上述缺陷,该装置用于填充和关闭用于容装纸质文件尤其是钞票的一次性袋,该装置能够允许钞票被顺序地放置到袋中,并且该装置制造简单便宜、容易使用,不要求用于移动钞票和袋的复杂笨拙机构。
为了实现以上目标,本发明想到提供一种用于填充和关闭一次性容钞袋的装置,包括:
-容器,用于临时地容装一张或者更多张钞票,该容器具有侧壁和底部,并具有让所述一张或者更多张钞票从所述容器出来的开口;
-推动活塞,用于朝着所述容器的底部推动所述一张或者更多张钞票;
-柔性材质的袋,该袋要用于填充被临时容装在所述容器中的钞票,所述袋围绕所述容器的所述侧壁和所述底部卷绕,
-用于支撑容装有钞票的所述袋的板,所述板能够通过用于所述的受控下降的器件竖直地运动,并且所述板置于所述容器下方;和
-密封元件,所述密封元件置于所述容器和所述板之间。。

图1-6示意性地示出了根据本发明的装置部分剖视图,这些图以相继的操作步骤示出,从开始加载钞票直至密封袋。
具体实施方式
该装置要被容装在用于容装钞票的已知机器中(该机器未示出在附图中),该机器通常出现在银行、超市、商场等场合中。为了描述的简单性,在此仅涉及钞票,但根据本发明的装置可以等同地处理片材类型的其它纸质文件。
在附图中原理性地示出了装置10的部分剖视图,该装置总体上包括:容器11,在该容器11内临时容装有要被引入到袋13中的钞票12;推动活塞14,用于朝着容器11的底部推动钞票;用于支撑钞票的板15,该板被放置在容器11下方,能够通过受控的下降器件16竖直地运动;和第一密封元件17,该元件被放置在容器11与板15之间,在填充完成后要密封袋的嘴部。
有利地,根据非常简单且便宜的实施例,用于板15的受控下降的器件3包括压缩弹簧。
容器11包括底部18和侧壁19,从而限定出适于在钞票被引入袋中之前接收钞票的内空间20。
来自机器中的储存隔间或者直接来自外部进入端口的钞票可以以单张的形式或者以数张钞票构成的组的方式,借助于本领域技术人员熟知并因此未在附图中示出的供给器件引入到空间20中。
容器11的底部18设有与活塞14对准的开口21。该开口21具有通道区段,该通道区段比钞票的表面小,从而没有被活塞14推动的钞票通过搁置在开口21的侧部处的周边部分上而保持在空间20中。
根据本发明,袋13(有利地由柔性塑料膜制成)容器11的外部围绕其侧壁19和其底部18卷绕,并且袋最初(图1)从下方覆盖并关闭容器底部18的开口21。
有利地,形成袋的塑料膜松散地围绕容器11的侧壁19卷绕,并具有多个弯曲部分22以形成袋在填充钞票的后续步骤中伸长和扩张的预留部分,这将在下文描述。
装置10还包括加压元件23(例如弹性叶片),用于将袋13在容器的下端部附近并因此在多个弯曲部分22下方配合在容器11上,从而允许袋自身因其中钞票重量的原因以及在让钞票向下运动的活塞14所施加的作用力下而正确地滑脱。
图1示出了根据本发明的在第一操作步骤中的装置,其中钞票12的捆被暂时地接纳在容器11的空间20的底部处,搁置在容器的固定底部18上。
虽然以容器11中有数张钞票堆积成捆的形式来描述引入钞票的操作,该操作原理也同样适用于一次处理一张钞票以将其引入袋13中的情况。
在图1的条件下,板15未加载并且在弹簧16的作用力下保持在最大提升位置中。活塞14有利地向下推动以确保将钞票压靠在容器11的底部。
图2示出了根据本发明装置的相继操作步骤,其中活塞14对钞票12施加更大的向下压力,从而将待引入的钞票在其中间部分处推动进入容器11的底部18的开口21中直至接触板15,此时袋的底部分的塑料膜介置于钞票和板之间。在该步骤中,如附图所示,钞票变形以通过开口21从容器11出来。
从附图看出,活塞14具有小于开口21的通道区段的横向尺寸,从而能够随着钞票朝着板15插入到该通道区段中。
图3示出了后续操作步骤,通过如参照图2描述的那些步骤类似的一系列步骤,多个钞票捆(或者单张的钞票)从容器11通行至袋13。当钞票进入袋13中时,它们的重量以及每次活塞14施加在其上的推力使得板15对抗弹簧16的作用而下降,并同时使得袋13(尤其是其弯曲部分22)抵抗加压元件23所施加的弹性保持力从容器11的侧壁19解绕。
具体而言,图3示出了在活塞14伴随最后一张钞票(或者钞票捆)进入袋中13时刻的装置。
有利地,可以沿着合适的引导件进行板15的下降,这对本领域技术人员来说是熟知的,并因此没有示出在附图中。
图4示出了在静止状态中的装置的操作步骤,该步骤紧接在将最后一张钞票引入袋13中之后,其中活塞14向上退回,不再对袋中的钞票施加压力。在该条件下,由弹簧16推动的板15的向上压力使得袋13中的钞票抵靠密封元件17或者抵靠用于保护密封元件的合适的片材24(如果有的话,在图1-6中以示例性方式示出)在仍然介置有形成袋的塑料膜的情况下保持紧凑。
从静态观点看,图4所示的静止状态和中间加载步骤中发生的相同,等待新的钞票进入到达容器11以便被引入袋中。
图5示出了在关闭袋的操作开始时的装置10。活塞14下降以使得钞票背离密封元件17(或者背离其保护片材24,如有的话)运动,并且板15对抗弹簧16的作用相应地下降。同时,密封元件17靠近活塞14。
图6示出了密封袋的最后步骤。当活塞14被提升以背离密封区域运动时,能够水平地运动的密封元件17彼此靠近并相互接触,此时形成袋的塑料膜介置于密封元件之间。
有利地,可以让电流通过两个密封元件其中之一上的密封棒17a并让其抵压另一个密封元件的相对棒17b而进行热密封。
然后,密封元件17运动离开并且容装钞票的袋可以被提起。
此时清楚的是,根据本发明,可以获得用于对袋填充钞票并将其密封的装置,该装置不复杂,制造简单便宜,还容易使用,尤其是在进行下密封的情况下,其允许在仅引入有限量钞票的情况下仍对袋的填充进行优化。
显然,上文描述了应用根据本发明的创新性原理的实施例,其以示例的方式示出了本发明的创新性原理,不应被认为是对本发明所要求保护的范围的限制。
例如,抵抗板15的下降的弹性器件16还可以通过牵引缓冲弹簧或者气弹簧获得。
最后,不是一次一个地将单个袋13卷绕在容器11上,而是连续地提供围绕容器11卷绕的塑料膜的管(参照附图有利地从上方出来)。此时,袋的位于开口21下方的在容器11的底部中的底部可以通过将之前填充的袋的嘴部密封而获得。该方案将使得废料最小化,尤其是在袋仅被部分地填充并且在密封的下游有膜的显著延伸部的情况下。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于填充和关闭一次性容钞袋的装置,包括:
-容器(11),用于临时地容装一张或者更多张钞票(12),该容器具有侧壁(19)和底部(18),并且该容器具有让所述一张或者更多张钞票(12)从所述容器(11)出来的开口(21),
-推动活塞(14),用于朝着所述容器(11)的底部(18)推动所述一张或者更多张钞票(12),
-柔性材质的袋(13),用于填充被临时地容装在所述容器(11)的钞票,所述袋围绕所述容器(11)的所述侧壁(19)和所述底部(18)卷绕,
-板(15),用于支撑容装所述钞票的所述袋,所述板能够通过用于所述板的受控下降的器件竖直地运动,并且所述板位于所述容器(11)下方,和
-密封元件(17),所述密封元件置于所述容器(11)和所述板(15)之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,用于所述板的受控下降的器件包括弹簧(16),并且所述板(15)能够抵抗所述弹簧(16)的推动作用竖直地运动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述袋(13)的底部置于所述容器(11)的底部(18)和所述板(15)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述袋(13)围绕所述容器(11)的所述侧壁(19)卷绕,并且所述袋具有多个弯曲部分(22),所述多个弯曲部分适于形成用于所述袋在开始填充钞票时伸长和扩张的预留部分。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括在所述袋(13)的所述弯曲部分(22)下方抵靠所述袋(13)和所述容器(11)的侧壁(19)作用的加压元件(23)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,所述加压元件(23)靠近所述容器(11)的下端部放置。
