Abstract
本发明揭示一种管道盲板阀,该阀在开闭管道时把开放盲板与隔绝盲板交替使用而得以减少盲板重量,不仅能够缩短管道开放及隔绝时所花费的时间,还能从根本上隔绝无效区,并且只针对盲板及其固定结构赋予气密性能而能够设计出结构简单而紧凑的阀体,为此,安装在管与管之间并且把管道加以开放或隔绝的该阀包括:阀体,前后侧形成开口部;前板,在前侧的开口部朝上述阀体的内侧形成;后板,在后侧的开口部朝上述阀体的内侧形成;开放管道时安装的开放盲板与隔绝管道时安装的隔绝盲板,以插入方式安装在上述前板与后板之间;及齿轮单元,以螺纹结合方式结合到上述后板并且一面前进一面把上述开放盲板或隔绝盲板朝上述前板侧加压而得以气密地予以固定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管道盲板阀,该管道盲板阀连接到船舶或成套设备的配管并且把流体的流动予以开闭。
背景技术
盲板阀(lineblindvalve)通常位于配管的水压试验境界部并且把配管上的流体流动加以隔绝及开放,或者把异种流体流动的配管互相连接时用来阻止相互之间的流体流入或混合或者使其分离,其主要用于船舶及成套设备的配管。
如图1所示,现有盲板阀打开配备于管与管之间的阀体10的上盖20后以插入方式安装双闸板(doubledisk)30,再盖住上盖20,从而把管道加以隔绝,开放管道时打开上盖20拿出双闸板30后盖住上盖20。
该现有盲板阀由于双闸板30的重量较难靠人力举起而需要使用专用工具,因此增加了双闸板30装卸作业时所花费的时间。
而且,现有盲板阀由于双闸板30之间的空间在阀体10内部形成无效区(deadspace)而使得异种流体混合或者因为滞留现象导致污染。
与此同时,现有盲板阀在拿开双闸板30开放管道时会因为流体流动所造成的压力施加到整个阀体10,因此为了确保气密而需要较复杂地设计阀体10,这样一来就不得不增加阀体10重量。
因此迫切需要开发出一种能够解决上述问题的盲板阀。

发明内容
解决的技术课题
本发明旨在解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种管道盲板阀,该阀在开闭管道时把开放盲板与隔绝盲板交替使用而得以减少盲板的重量,不仅能够缩短管道开放及隔绝时所花费的时间,还能从根本上隔绝无效区。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种管道盲板阀,只针对盲板及其固定结构赋予气密性能而能够设计出结构简单而紧凑的阀体。
解决课题的技术方案
本发明的管道盲板阀能够达到上述目的,该阀安装在管与管之间并且把管道加以开放或隔绝,其包括:阀体,前后侧形成开口部;前板,在前侧的开口部朝上述阀体的内侧形成;后板,在后侧的开口部朝上述阀体的内侧形成;开放管道时安装的开放盲板与隔绝管道时安装的隔绝盲板,以插入方式安装在上述前板与后板之间;及齿轮单元,以螺纹结合方式结合到上述后板并且一面前进一面把上述开放盲板或隔绝盲板朝上述前板侧加压而得以气密地予以固定。
而且,上述后板的外周面的一侧形成第一螺纹部,上述第一螺纹部的前方则形成突槛部。
与此同时,上述齿轮单元包括:环形齿轮(ringgear),与上述第一螺纹部接合并且随着旋转动作而前进后退;环形片,与上述环形齿轮接合,沿着突槛部前进地把上述开放盲板或隔绝盲板朝前板侧加压并加以固定;杆件,形成于上述环形齿轮的外周面,前进后退而驱使环形齿轮旋转;及螺杆轴(screwshaft),其一侧与上述杆件接合而另一侧则以螺纹结合方式结合到阀体,凭借旋转使得杆件前进后退而得以让上述环形齿轮旋转。
与此同时,上述开放盲板与隔绝盲板各自在相向于前板的面上配备第一垫片,上述开放盲板与隔绝盲板各自在相向于环形片的面上配备第二垫片,上述开放盲板或隔绝盲板被环形片朝向前板侧加压时,上述第一垫片与第二垫片被压迫而使得开放盲板或隔绝盲板与前板及环形片之间实现气密。
最后,上述环形片的下部面的后端部具备第三垫片,上述环形齿轮前进而使得环形片加压开放盲板或隔绝盲板时,上述环形齿轮加压第三垫片而使得突槛部与环形齿轮之间实现气密。
有益效果
如前所述,本发明能够发挥出下列效果。
本发明能够减少盲板重量,不仅能够缩短管道开放及隔绝时所花费的时间,还能从根本上隔绝无效区,从而得以提高作业效率及产品可靠性。
而且,本发明能够设计出结构简单而紧凑的阀体,从而简化了管道盲板阀的制作过程。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的较佳实施例。
请参照以立体图与侧视图示出本发明管道盲板阀的图2与图3、示出图3的A-A截面的图4,本发明涉及一种安装在管与管之间并且在管道的维护保养、紧急情况时为了紧急隔绝而把管道加以开放或隔绝的管道盲板阀,其包括阀体100、开放盲板200、隔绝盲板300及齿轮单元400。
上述阀体100安装在管与管之间并且以插入方式安装开放盲板200或隔绝盲板300而把管道加以开放或隔绝,为了实现上下部可装卸式结构而制作成上下部开放的盒体型,上述阀体100的上下部优选可装卸地接合上盖(未图示)与下盖(未图示)。这样的上述阀体100为了连接管道而在前后侧形成开口部110、120,内部则以插入方式安装开放盲板200或隔绝盲板300。
而且,优选地,上述阀体100的前后面的各个开口部110、120周围形成了用来接合管的凸缘F,上述凸缘F的周边则形成用来紧固管的多个螺栓接合孔H。
与此同时,上述阀体100则形成前板130与后板140。上述前板130形成为管形并且在前侧的开口部110朝阀体100的内侧突出地形成,上述后板140形成为管形并且在后侧的开口部120朝阀体100的内侧突出地形成。而且,上述后板140的外周面的一侧形成了由多个螺纹构成的第一螺纹部141,上述第一螺纹部141的前方则形成突槛部142。
接着,上述开放盲板200在开放管道时以插入方式安装在前板130与后板140之间而使得阀体100能够开放管道,上述开放盲板200则对应于开口部110、120地形成了将管道予以开放的开口(opening)。而且,上述隔绝盲板300在隔绝管道时以插入方式安装在前板130与后板140之间而使得阀体100能够隔绝管道。
在此,上述开放盲板200与隔绝盲板300各自在下部形成轴肩230、330,上述前板130的下部则具有对上述轴肩230、330进行卡挡支撑的卡挡件150,从而支撑上述开放盲板200或隔绝盲板300并且使其能够位于上述前板130与后板140之间。
接着,请参照上述附图及放大了图4所示B的图5,上述齿轮单元400以螺纹结合方式结合到后板140并且一面前进一面把上述开放盲板200或隔绝盲板300朝前板130侧加压而得以气密地予以固定,其包括环形齿轮410、环形片420、杆件430及螺杆轴440。
上述环形齿轮410在内周面形成了与第一螺纹部141接合的第二螺纹部411并且随着旋转动作而能够沿着上述第一螺纹部141前进后退。
而且,上述环形片420接合在环形齿轮410的前端部并且沿着突槛部142的外周面前进地把上述开放盲板200或隔绝盲板300朝前板130侧加压并加以固定。
在此,上述环形齿轮410的前端部形成卡挡槛412,而在上述环形片420的上部则形成让卡挡槛412插入的卡挡槽421,从而使得上述环形齿轮410与环形片420能够互相接合。
与此同时,上述杆件430形成于环形齿轮410的外周面并且前进后退而使得环形齿轮410旋转。
而且,上述螺杆轴440的一侧与上述杆件430接合而另一侧则以螺纹结合方式结合到阀体100并且凭借旋转而前进后退地让杆件430前进后退。具体地说,一双接合环(未图示)隔离地安装在上述螺杆轴440的一侧的外周面上,上述杆件430的端部则以插入方式接合在隔离空间。
下面对如前所述构成的本发明管道盲板阀的气密结构进行说明。
上述开放盲板200与隔绝盲板300各自在相向于前板130的面上配备第一垫片210、310。而且,上述开放盲板200与隔绝盲板300各自在相向于环形片420的面上配备第二垫片220、320。
如前所述的气密结构具有如下作用,上述环形齿轮410前进而使得环形片420把开放盲板200或隔绝盲板300朝前板130侧加压时,上述第一垫片210、310与第二垫片220、320被压迫而使得上述开放盲板200或隔绝盲板300与前板130及环形片420之间实现气密。
与此同时,如图5所示,在上述环形片420的下部面的后端部具备第三垫片422,当上述环形齿轮410前进而环形片420加压开放盲板200或隔绝盲板300时,上述环形齿轮410加压第三垫片(Gasket)422而使得突槛部142与环形齿轮410之间实现气密。
根据前述内容,针对上述开放盲板200或隔绝盲板300及对其加压而使其固定的环形片420赋予气密性能,和适用于现有盲板阀整体内部的气密结构相比,其能够设计出结构简单而紧凑的阀体100。
下面说明利用本发明管道盲板阀让管道开放及隔绝的过程。
首先,开放管道时从阀体100拿开上盖后把开放盲板200以插入方式安装在前板130与后板140之间。之后,利用扳手之类的工具驱使上述螺杆轴440旋转而使得杆件430前进,上述环形齿轮410就会旋转地前进而使得环形片420把上述开放盲板200朝前板130侧加压固定。之后,把上述上盖接合到阀体100而得以维持管道的开放。
隔绝管道时从阀体100拿开上盖后逆向旋转上述螺杆轴440而使得杆件430后退,就会使得上述环形齿轮410旋转并后退,从而使得环形片420与上述开放盲板200隔离。之后,从阀体100拿开上述开放盲板200后把隔绝盲板300以插入方式安装在前板130与后板140之间。之后,驱使上述螺杆轴440旋转而使得杆件430前进,隔绝盲板300被环形片420加压固定后,把上盖接合到阀体100而得以维持管道的隔绝。
如前所述,本发明的基本技术思想在于提供一种管道盲板阀,该阀在开闭管道时把开放盲板与隔绝盲板交替使用而得以减少盲板的重量,不仅能够缩短管道开放及隔绝时所花费的时间,还能从根本上隔绝无效区,并且只针对盲板及其固定结构赋予气密性能而能够设计出结构简单而紧凑的阀体。
本发明可以由本领域技术人员在上述本发明的基本技术思想范围内实现各种变形,因此本发明的范围应该在包含各种变形例的记载的权利要求书范围内予以阐释。

1.一种管道盲板阀,该阀安装在管与管之间并且把管道加以开放或隔绝,其特征在于,
包括:
阀体(100),前后侧形成开口部(110、120);
前板(130),在前侧的开口部(110)朝上述阀体(100)的内侧形成;
后板(140),在后侧的开口部(120)朝上述阀体(100)的内侧形成;
开放管道时安装的开放盲板(200)与隔绝管道时安装的隔绝盲板(300),以插入方式安装在上述前板(130)与后板(140)之间;及
齿轮单元(400),以螺纹结合方式结合到上述后板(140)并且一面前进一面把上述开放盲板(200)或隔绝盲板(300)朝上述前板(130)侧加压而得以气密地予以固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道盲板阀,其特征在于,
上述后板(140)的外周面的一侧形成第一螺纹部(141),
上述第一螺纹部(141)的前方则形成突槛部(142)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的管道盲板阀,其特征在于,
上述齿轮单元(400)包括:
环形齿轮(410),与上述第一螺纹部(141)接合并且随着旋转动作而前进后退;
环形片(420),与上述环形齿轮(410)接合,沿着突槛部(142)前进地把上述开放盲板(200)或隔绝盲板(300)朝前板(130)侧加压并加以固定;
杆件(430),形成于上述环形齿轮(410)的外周面,前进后退而驱使环形齿轮(410)旋转;及
螺杆轴(440),其一侧与上述杆件(430)接合而另一侧则以螺纹结合方式结合到阀体(100),凭借旋转使得杆件(430)前进后退而得以让上述环形齿轮(410)旋转。
4.根据权利要求3所述的管道盲板阀,其特征在于,
上述开放盲板(200)与隔绝盲板(300)各自在相向于前板(130)的面上配备第一垫片(210、310),
上述开放盲板(200)与隔绝盲板(300)各自在相向于环形片(420)的面上配备第二垫片(220、320),
上述开放盲板(200)或隔绝盲板(300)被环形片(420)朝向前板(130)侧加压时,上述第一垫片(210、310)与第二垫片(220、320)被压迫而把开放盲板(200)或隔绝盲板(300)与前板(130)及环形片(420)之间实现气密。
5.根据权利要求3所述的管道盲板阀,其特征在于,
上述环形片(420)的下部面的后端部具备第三垫片(422),
上述环形齿轮(410)前进而使得环形片(420)加压开放盲板(200)或隔绝盲板(300)时,上述环形齿轮(410)加压第三垫片(422)而使得突槛部(142)与环形齿轮(410)之间实现气密。
