本发明涉及一种振动筛，尤其是防护型振动筛。该振动筛包括筛箱、支架、振动电机、进料口、出料口和筛体，筛箱上端设有进料口，下端设有支架和出料口，筛箱内设有筛体，侧段设有振动电机，支架外侧通过弹簧体与橡胶板固定连接，该振动筛能够对外部冲击提供缓冲防护，节约了成本，提高了功效。

本发明涉及一种振动筛，尤其是防护型振动筛。
背景技术
塑料颗粒生产过程中表面往往带有较多粉末，粉末的去除一般通过振动筛来实现，但现有的振动筛容易因为外部冲击而发生机体振动，从而可能会影响机体的安全。
发明内容
为了克服现有的振动筛没有防护的不足，本发明提供了防护型振动筛。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：防护型振动筛，包括筛箱、支架、振动电机、进料口、出料口和筛体，筛箱上端设有进料口，下端设有支架和出料口，筛箱内设有筛体，侧段设有振动电机，支架外侧通过弹簧体与橡胶板固定连接。
本发明的有益效果是，该振动筛能够对外部冲击提供缓冲防护，节约了成本，提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本发明的结构示意图，防护型振动筛，包括筛箱1、支架2、振动电机3、进料口4、出料口5和筛体6，筛箱1上端设有进料口4，下端设有支架2和出料口5，筛箱1内设有筛体6，侧段设有振动电机3，支架2外侧通过弹簧体7与橡胶板8固定连接。
首先通过水平旋转封板8，使其移离进料口4上端，当颗粒物从进料口4进入到筛箱1内，并且铺设在筛体6上。然后启动振动电机3来使得筛体6上的颗粒物进行颤动，从而使得颗粒物上的粉尘振落，并通过筛体6排出筛箱1外。当外部有物体要冲击机体时，会被橡胶板8阻隔在外，并且经由弹簧体7来吸收冲力，从而最大限度的减少机体的震动。该振动筛能够对外部冲击提供缓冲防护，节约了成本，提高了功效。

1.防护型振动筛，包括筛箱（1）、支架（2）、振动电机（3）、进料口（4）、出料口（5）和筛体（6），筛箱（1）上端设有进料口（4），下端设有支架（2）和出料口（5），筛箱（1）内设有筛体（6），侧段设有振动电机（3），其特征是，支架（2）外侧通过弹簧体（7）与橡胶板（8）固定连接。
