背景技术
矿山用给料机在生产流程中，用于把块状、颗粒状物料给到受料装置中去，广泛用于冶金、煤矿、选矿等行业的破碎-筛分联合设备中。原先给料机设计的倾角为17°，传输效率不高，影响生产。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，克服现有技术存在的缺陷，提供了一种结构设计合理，显著提高传输效率的给料机。
本实用新型解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是：该给料机，其特征在于：包括溜槽、前减震簧、支架、振动器、电机、后减震簧、基座，支架固定在基座上，溜槽通过前减震簧和后减震簧安装在支架上，电动机驱动振动器，振动器和溜槽连接，所述溜槽与水平面的角度为18.5度。18.5度为最适合的角度，如果再增加的话会造成溜槽磨损加快，物料落下时可能造成输送带打穿损坏。
本实用新型所述的溜槽的出料口端与水平面的角度为47度。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：结构简单，机器本身不需要做大的改动即可明显提高传输效率。

参见图1，本实施例该给料机，包括溜槽1、前减震簧2、支架3、振动器4、电机、后减震簧5、基座6，支架3固定在基座6上，溜槽1通过前减震簧2和后减震簧5安装在支架3上，电动机驱动振动器4，振动器4和溜槽连接，溜槽1与水平面的角度a为18.5度。溜槽1的出料口端7与水平面的角度b为47度。
