Abstract
本发明是涉及一种防止植物油,如食用芝麻油、豆油、花生油等用的植物油抗沉淀的处理方法,它是在油中加入净化剂浓汁液,经搅拌成乳状后,再在一定温度下静止沉淀80小时以上,取上部油液,其净化剂浓汁液是由食盐、硫酸铝加温水拌制而成,本发明方法简单,成本低,处理效果好,油色、香、味具佳,保鲜期长,其使用深受欢迎。
Description
本发明是涉及植物油抗沉淀的处理方法,特别适用于对食用花生油、豆油、芝麻香油等的处理。
植物油的沉淀是油脂工业生产中一直未有很好解决的一大难题,植物油,特别是香油,因其沉淀物出现会使油质变差、变味、香味消失。而目前处理和防止油脂沉淀一般是采用高压过滤法,但此处理后的香油往往香味不浓,甚而无香味,失去了香油的本来意义,时间长了,还会对人体产生有害作用。为此,如何有效解决植物油的沉淀,是一个十分重要的问题。
本发明的目的就是针对上述情和实际的需要,而提供一种植物油抗沉淀的处理方法。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的,在原油液中加入静化剂浓汁,其浓汁是山净化剂加温水搅制成浓汁而成,加溶剂浓汁后,在60℃-65℃的温度下放置10-15分钟,再在35℃-40℃温度下搅拌30分钟,使其油汁液为乳状物,再静止沉淀80以上小时即可。
本发明方法简单,使用操作方便,成本低,油质好,长期保存不易出现沉淀物,保鲜期可达2年,有效地解决了植物油存放中的沉淀变质问题,色、香、味具佳,其产品深受人们欢迎。
以下对本发明作进一步详细说明。
本发明是,在提炼好的植物油中加入净化剂浓汁液,其浓汁液是由(以重量计)13.04%的硫酸铝和86.96%的食盐组成的净化剂加温水(如50℃温水)拌制而成,加入净化剂浓汁后,置于60℃-65℃的温度下放置10-15分钟,再在35℃-40℃温度下搅拌30分钟,使其成为乳状物,再在35℃-40℃温度下静止沉淀48小时以上,取上部油液,即为处理好的植物油。
所说的由食盐、明矾组成的净化剂,其加入量为每100公斤油中加20公斤食盐、硫酸铝3公斤,在加入前先将食盐和硫酸铝用50℃温开水化成浓汁。
经验证,本发明明显优于目前常用的高压过滤法,其处理后的油质纯净,色泽透明鲜亮,味道长期清香,保鲜期可达2年,有效地保证了植物油保存中易出现沉淀的问题,其方法的推出,是对植物油生产的一大革新,必将为油脂工业的发展带来新的生机。

1、一种植物油抗沉淀的处理方法,其特征在于是在植物油中加入净化剂浓汁液,其浓汁液是由13.04%的硫酸铝和86.96%的食盐组成的净化剂加温水搅拌而成,净化剂加入量为每100公斤油中加入20公斤食盐,硫酸铝3公斤,加浓汁液后置于60℃-65℃的温度下放置10-15分钟,再在35℃-40℃温度下搅拌30分钟,成为乳状物,再在35℃-40℃温度下静止沉淀48小时以上,取上部油液。
