随着经济建设的迅速发展,人们生活水准的不断提高,城乡各类基础设施的快速发展,对各类电缆需求量越来越大。既具有良好的阻燃性能、同时具有环保性能,良好的机械加工性、较好的绝缘性能的电缆料材料成为电缆料发展的方向,可以确保对电缆的保护效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种高效绝缘的电缆料,具有良好的绝缘性,防止电缆漏电,同时强度、硬度都较好,应用广泛。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种高效绝缘的电缆料,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
氧化镁6-11份,橡胶软化油6-10份,高密度聚乙烯9-15份,硅烷偶联剂6-8份,SBS橡胶9-14份,低密度聚乙烯6-11份,磷酸二氢铵4-11份,硬脂酸钡6-10份,玻璃纤维3-8份,复合填料7-12份,阻燃剂3-6份,防老剂1-5份,填充剂2-4份,氢氧化镁6-11份,乙基硅油3-8份,过氧化二异丙苯6-10份,硬脂酸2-6份,苯乙烯类热塑性弹性体8-14份。
