一种钻床用内孔磨削工装。主要解决现有磨削工装装卡费时费力,加工精度低的问题。其特征在于:下法兰(2)连接在工件下端,上法兰(1)连接在工件上端,接杆(3)通过纵定位套居中垂直连接在上法兰(1)上,接杆(3)上端与钻床相连接,接杆(3)下端横向连接有横管(4),横管(4)两端通过横定位套和螺母连接芯轴(5),芯轴(5)连接有磨头(6),芯轴(5)与磨头(6)之间有弹簧。该钻床用内孔磨削工装具有装卡省时省力,加工精度高,方便装卡的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻床所用工装,尤其是钻床用内孔磨削工装。
背景技术
在机械加工领域中,用钻床磨削内孔工件加工得到广泛应用。钻床磨削内孔需要用磨削工装将工件连接在钻床上。而现有磨削工装由于结构原因存在装卡费时费力,加工精度低的问题,因此影响加工成本和效率。
发明内容
为了解决现有磨削工装装卡费时费力,加工精度低的问题。本发明提供一种钻床用内孔磨削工装。该钻床用内孔磨削工装具有装卡省时省力,加工精度高,方便装卡的特点。
本发明的技术方案是:该钻床用内孔磨削工装包括上法兰、下法兰及接杆。下法兰连接在工件下端,上法兰连接在工件上端,接杆通过纵定位套居中垂直连接在上法兰上,接杆上端与钻床相连接,接杆下端横向连接有横管,横管两端通过横定位套和螺母连接芯轴,芯轴连接有磨头,芯轴与磨头之间有弹簧。
本发明具有如下有益效果:该钻床用内孔磨削工装由于采用下法兰连接在工件下端,上法兰连接在工件上端,接杆通过纵定位套居中垂直连接在上法兰上,接杆上端与钻床相连接,接杆下端横向连接有横管,横管两端通过横定位套和螺母连接芯轴,芯轴连接有磨头,芯轴与磨头之间有弹簧的结构。因而提高加工精度,装卡省时省力,方便装卡。所以说该钻床用内孔磨削工装具有装卡省时省力,加工精度高,方便装卡的特点。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
由附图所示,该钻床用内孔磨削工装包括上法兰1、下法兰2及接杆3。下法兰2连接在工件下端,上法兰1连接在工件上端,接杆3通过纵定位套居中垂直连接在上法兰1上,接杆3上端与钻床相连接,接杆3下端横向连接有横管4,横管4两端通过横定位套和螺母连接芯轴5,芯轴5连接有磨头6,芯轴5与磨头6之间有弹簧。
实际使用时,将该钻床用内孔磨削工装的下法兰2通过螺钉连接在工件下端,接杆3通过纵定位套居中垂直连接在上法兰1上,通过螺母调节弹簧使磨头6与工件充分结合,并置入工件内,上法兰1通过螺钉连接在工件上端,工件内装满乳化液,接杆3上端与钻床相连接,接杆3随钻床主轴转动并上下移动,即可正常磨削工件内孔操作。

1.一种钻床用内孔磨削工装,包括上法兰(1)、下法兰(2)及接杆(3),其特征在于:下法兰(2)连接在工件下端,上法兰(1)连接在工件上端,接杆(3)通过纵定位套居中垂直连接在上法兰(1)上,接杆(3)上端与钻床相连接,接杆(3)下端横向连接有横管(4),横管(4)两端通过横定位套和螺母连接芯轴(5),芯轴(5)连接有磨头(6),芯轴(5)与磨头(6)之间有弹簧。
