背景技术
黄颡鱼,广东俗名又称黄骨鱼,分布广,除西部高原外,全国各水域均有分布,它个体虽小,但产量大。黄颡鱼肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,无小刺,多脂肪,其蛋白质含量为16.1%,脂肪为0.7%,为优良产品,是大众消费水产品。由于黄颡鱼具有生命力强、耐运输、味道鲜美等特点,从而受到许多养殖户的青睐。过去的养殖方式中,农户们为了追求快速养殖黄颡鱼出市售卖,往往会采用单一使用大量富含高蛋白成分的市售饲料的方式对黄颡鱼进行喂养,尽管能达到快速养殖黄颡鱼的效果,但是,一方面由于饲料中的高蛋白成分没有完全被黄颡鱼所吸收,从而造成极大的浪费,增加养殖成本,另一方面,由于黄颡鱼摄入养分不均衡,片面的追求黄颡鱼的快速催育,违背了黄颡鱼的正常成长规律,由于鱼体内蛋白成分过剩,往往会导致黄颡鱼蕴含或产生多种疾病,当此类鱼肉进入人体后,也间接危害到人体的健康。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的缺点,提供一种科学养殖黄颡鱼的方法,不仅操作便利,减少饲料使用量,节约成本,并且能保证黄颡鱼摄入的各方面养分充足,利于机体平衡发展。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种科学养殖黄颡鱼的方法,通过在市售饲料中加入一种添加料,和市售饲料混合搅拌均匀,组成添加料占总饲料20~25%、添加料占总饲料10~15%、添加料占总饲料25~30%的三种饵料,分别在早、中、晚的三个时间段分别对黄颡鱼进行投喂,并定期换水和杀毒;
所述添加料是一种低蛋白添加料,所述添加料的组成成分包括:山楂2~4份、菜花5~10份、果皮4~9份、玉米粒3~7份、蘑菇11~16份、豌豆苗12~17份、荠菜1~4份、苦瓜2.5~3.5份、龙须菜10~15份、盖菜8~13份、石蜜3~6份、玛卡0.5~2份、猫屎瓜1~4份、鹿衔草6~10份、凤仙花4~8份、鬼箭羽7~12份、凌霄花6~10份、附子2~5份、高良姜1.3~2.6份、艾叶5~10份、覆盆子叶8~11份、微生物液5~9份。
进一步地,所述添加料的制作工艺是,称量所述添加料的各组成成分,清洗干净后,自然风干,切碎,混合均匀后铺开,在料面上喷洒微生物液,在料面上覆盖塑料膜,静置1~3个小时后,用烘干机将物料干燥至含水量低于5%,然后用粉磨机磨碎至120~200目数的粉末,最后,用制粒机制备成0.08~0.1克重的颗粒。
进一步地,所述微生物液的制作方法是:将猪粪、牛粪、糠皮、秸秆、木屑、茎叶、狗牙根、狼尾草、马蹄金、硬羊茅、孔颖草、马铃薯片、红糖和水按30:20:10:15:8:12:5:6:3:2:9:10:8:90的质量比放入到容器中,用棍按顺时针方向搅拌均匀,在容器口拉上双层塑料膜,双层塑料膜面上留有通风孔,将容器置于温度在28~33℃、湿度在80~85%的室内发酵9~12天;将发酵料倒入搅拌机中搅拌30~40分钟,静置20~30分钟,取上清液部分,即可。
进一步地,所述定期换水是指每隔5~8天给鱼塘换水20~30%,每隔30~50天给鱼塘换水70~80%。
进一步地,所述杀毒是指用1%浓度的高锰酸钾溶液、石灰粉、姜汁和水按1:0.6:8:100质量比组成的混合液,每隔15~30天,按30~40ml/m3的用量泼洒到鱼塘中进行杀毒。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种科学养殖黄颡鱼的方法,所述定期换水是指每隔5~8天给鱼塘换水20~30%,每隔30~50天给鱼塘换水70~80%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种科学养殖黄颡鱼的方法,所述杀毒是指用1%浓度的高锰酸钾溶液、石灰粉、姜汁和水按1:0.6:8:100质量比组成的混合液,每隔15~30天,按30~40ml/m3的用量泼洒到鱼塘中进行杀毒。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种科学养殖黄颡鱼的方法,其特征在于,所述姜汁的制作方法是:将生姜清洗干净后,拍烂,用水煎煮30~40分钟,生姜和水的质量比是1:20,将姜水倒出,待温度降至60~70℃时,加入食用盐,食用盐和姜水的质量比是0.01:1,搅拌均匀,即可。
