一种内圈冲开双列圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、圆柱滚动体、密封圈组件、联接圈。所述的内圈设有环形内圈冲开处,内圈冲开处内、外两端分别设有相对的内V型环形槽口和外V型环形槽口,通过内圈冲开处连接成为整体内圈,待整体内圈机械加工全部结束后,通过机械法将其分为两个独立的内圈。在装配成品时将分为两个独立内圈沿端面开裂处的不规则齿形合缝安装,防止在使用加载过程中两个内圈产生的相对转动和位移,构成内圈冲开双列圆柱滚子轴承。本发明的圆柱滚子轴承两个内圈端面采用不规则齿形结合方式,防止在使用加载过程中两个内圈产生的相对转动和位移,降低了两个端面接触时相互摩擦产生的温升,提高了轴承的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明属于轴承制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种防止两列内圈产生相对转动和位移的内圈冲开双列圆柱滚子轴承。
背景技术
传统结构的双列圆柱滚子轴承,在加工过程中由于考虑到装配时的实际情况,内圈多为两个独立的套圈组成。在实际生产应用过程中两个独立的内圈,由于端面为两平面接触会产生相对转动或是位移,使本应连接紧密的内圈组件松动。造成两内圈磨损降低了轴承的使用寿命,影响了整个生产系统。而且频繁的更换轴承也会造成生产成本的增加,传统结构的双列圆柱滚子轴承内圈的结构形式很难满足使用要求,需对传统结构进行优化改进。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种防止两列内圈产生相对转动和位移使其连接更加紧密,提高轴承寿命的内圈冲开双列圆柱滚子轴承。
采用的技术方案是:
一种内圈冲开双列圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈、内圈、装在外圈与内圈之间的圆柱滚动体、装在外、内圈两侧端面之间的密封圈组件、连接分成两个独立内圈的联接圈。所述的内圈设有环形内圈冲开处,内圈冲开处内、外两端分别设有相对的内V型环形槽口和外V型环形槽口,通过内圈冲开处连接成为整体内圈,待整体内圈机械加工全部结束后,通过机械法将其分为两个独立的内圈。在装配成品时将分为两个独立内圈沿端面开裂处的不规则齿形合缝安装,防止在使用加载过程中两个内圈产生的相对转动和位移,构成内圈冲开双列圆柱滚子轴承。
本发明的圆柱滚子轴承两个内圈端面采用不规则齿形结合方式,防止在使用加载过程中两个内圈产生的相对转动和位移,降低了两个端面接触时相互摩擦产生的温升,提高了轴承的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
一种内圈冲开双列圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈1、内圈4、装在外圈与内圈之间的圆柱滚动体3、装在外、内圈两侧端面之间的密封圈组件2、连接分成两个独立内圈的联接圈5。所述的内圈加工成环形内圈冲开处7,内圈冲开处内、外两端分别加工成有相对的内V型环形槽口6和外V型环形槽口8,通过内圈冲开处连接成为整体内圈,待整体内圈机械加工全部结束后,通过机械法将其分为两个独立的内圈。在装配成品时将两个内圈沿端面开裂处的不规则齿形合缝安装,保证整体轴承的宽度尺寸要求。此发明结构防止在使用加载过程中两个内圈产生的相对转动和位移,降低了两个端面接触时相互摩擦产生的温升,提高了轴承的使用寿命。

1.一种内圈冲开双列圆柱滚子轴承,包括外圈(1)、内圈(4)、装在外圈与内圈之间的圆柱滚动体(3)、装在外、内圈两侧端面之间的密封圈组件(2)、连接分成两个独立内圈的联接圈(5),其特征在于所述的内圈(4)设有环形内圈冲开处(7),内圈冲开处(7)内、外两端分别设有相对的内V型环形槽口(6)和外V型环形槽口(8),通过内圈冲开处连接成为整体内圈,待整体内圈机械加工全部结束后,通过机械法将其分为两个独立的内圈,在装配成品时将分为两个独立内圈沿端面开裂处的不规则齿形合缝安装,防止在使用加载过程中两个内圈产生的相对转动和位移,构成内圈冲开双列圆柱滚子轴承。
