Abstract

本发明涉及激光切割领域,特别公开了一种半自动激光切割机。它包括PLC控制系统和机架,机架前端上方通过主立柱和辅立柱设有横跨机架的横梁,横梁上表面设有激光头组合装置;在机架两侧设置有导轨和齿条,机架上设有后卡盘和前卡盘,所述后卡盘与驱动电机连接,驱动电机与齿条啮合,前卡盘与水平气缸连接,所述水平气缸位于前卡盘和后卡盘之间,机架内设有数个托料机构,所述激光头组合装置、驱动电机和托料机构分别与PLC控制系统电路连接。本发明结构设计合理,能够实现矩形管、圆管、椭圆管、D型管等多种形状管材的切割,能够对较短余料进行加工,装夹迅速、夹持力大、夹持范围广,提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本。

一种半自动激光切割机
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及激光切割领域,特别涉及一种半自动激光切割机。
(二)背景技术
目前,随着光纤激光切割技术的不断提高,尤其是管件切割行业的迅速发展,普通的激光切管机由于加工管材形状单一、无法加工较短余料、卡盘装夹不够迅速、夹紧力不够大已经无法满足现有市场的需求,因此找到一种能够实现多种形状管材的切割、较短余料的加工、装夹迅速且夹紧力大的切管机是目前急需解决的技术问题。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的缺陷,提供了一种省时省力、效率高的半自动激光切割机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种半自动激光切割机,包括PLC控制系统和机架,其特征是,所述机架前端上方通过主立柱和辅立柱设有横跨机架的横梁,所述横梁上表面设有能在横梁上移动的激光头组合装置;在机架两侧平行设置有导轨和齿条,所述机架上设有后卡盘和前卡盘,所述后卡盘与驱动电机连接,所述驱动电机与齿条啮合,并且驱动电机位于导轨上,所述前卡盘位于导轨上,所述前卡盘与水平气缸连接,所述水平气缸位于前卡盘和后卡盘之间,所述机架内设有数个托料机构,所述激光头组合装置、驱动电机和托料机构分别与PLC控制系统电路连接。
所述辅立柱内侧设有推拉防护门。
所述托料机构包括输出端朝上的纵向气缸,所述纵向气缸的输出端设有两块能调整间隙的三角形或梯形的支撑板,两块支撑板组成V形,每一个托料结构配套一个触碰传感器,所述触碰传感器位于机架上并且位于纵向气缸的后方,所述驱动电机下表面设有触碰点,所述触碰传感器与PLC控制系统电路连接。
所述前卡盘为气动式卡盘。
所述PLC控制系统的操作面板位于辅立柱上
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用上述方案,结构设计合理,能够实现矩形管、圆管、椭圆管、D型管等多种形状管材的切割,能够对较短余料进行加工,做到加工无尾料,采用气动卡盘装夹,装夹迅速、夹持力大、夹持范围广,提高了工作效率,降低了生产成本。

图中,1机架,2 主立柱,3辅立柱,4横梁,5激光头组合装置,6导轨,7齿条,8前卡盘,9后卡盘,10水平气缸,11驱动电机,12触碰传感器,13纵向气缸,14支撑板,15推拉防护门,16 PLC控制系统,17操作面板。

附图为本发明的具体实施例。如图1至图4所示(以主立柱,辅立柱等主要部件所在的位置为前端进行描述),该种半自动激光切割机,包括PLC控制系统16和机架1,机架1前端上方通过主立柱2和辅立柱3设有横跨机架1的横梁4,横梁4上表面设有激光头组合装置5;激光头组合装置2包括激光切割头和能使激光器切割头既能上下移动又能在横梁上移动的装置,该装置为本领域内的常规技术,在此不再赘述,在机架1两侧平行设置有导轨6和齿条7,机架1上设有后卡盘9和前卡盘8,后卡盘9位于机架1的后端并能向前移动,后卡盘9与驱动电机11连接,驱动电机11与齿条7啮合,并且驱动电机11位于导轨6上,前卡盘8为气动式卡盘,它位于导轨6上,前卡盘8下端与水平气缸10连接,水平气缸10位于前卡盘8和后卡盘9之间,水平气缸10固定在于机架1内,机架1内设有数个托料机构,托料机构包括输出端朝上的纵向气缸13,纵向气缸13的输出端安装有两块能调整间隙的三角形或梯形的支撑板14,两块支撑板14组成V形,可以通过调节两块支撑板14之间的间隙来支撑不同粗细的钢管,每一个托料结构配套一个触碰传感器12,触碰传感器12位于机架1上并且位于纵向气缸13的后方,触碰传感器12能前后摆动以便驱动电机11能够通过,相应地在驱动电机11下表面设有触碰点(图中未画出),触碰传感器12位于驱动电机11的下方,当驱动电机11经过触碰传感器12,触碰点与触碰传感器12接触,触碰传感器12、激光头组合装置5、驱动电机11、纵向气缸13分别与PLC控制系统16电路连接,PLC控制系统16的操作面板17位于辅立柱3上,水平气缸10也可以与PLC控制系统16连接,也可以不连接,通过手动操控水平气缸10。
为了保护操作人员的眼睛,在辅立柱3内侧设有推拉防护门15。
工作过程如下:手动将后卡盘9向后推至合适位置,然后将欲切割钢管用前卡盘8和后卡盘9卡住,此时激光头组合装置5位于横梁4和前卡盘8之间的上方,启动PLC控制系统16,驱动电机11驱动后卡盘9先前移动,当前卡盘8前端伸出的钢管长度达到设定值时,激光头组合装置5向下移动,完成切割,在驱动电机11移动的过程中,如果驱动电机11下方的触碰点碰到触碰传感器12,则在PLC控制系统16的控制下,该触碰传感器12前方的纵向气缸13缩回,闪出空隙,以方便驱动电机11通过;当后卡盘9不能再向前走时,就会触发系统指令,前卡盘8就会在水平气缸10的推动下自动前移,从横梁4下方穿过,此时钢管从前卡盘8退出,只有后卡盘9夹住钢管,由激光头组合装置5继续完成切割,直至加工到无尾料。

1.一种半自动激光切割机,包括PLC控制系统和机架(1),其特征是,所述机架(1)前端上方通过主立柱(2)和辅立柱(3)设有横跨机架(1)的横梁(4),所述横梁(4)上表面设有能在横梁(4)上移动的激光头组合装置(5);在机架(1)两侧平行设置有导轨(6)和齿条(7),所述机架(1)上设有后卡盘(9)和前卡盘(8),所述后卡盘(9)与驱动电机(11)连接,所述驱动电机(11)与齿条(7)啮合,并且驱动电机(11)位于导轨(6)上,所述前卡盘(8)位于导轨(6)上,所述前卡盘(8)与水平气缸(10)连接,所述水平气缸(10)位于前卡盘(8)和后卡盘(9)之间,所述机架(1)内设有数个托料机构,所述激光头组合装置(5)、驱动电机(11)和托料机构分别与PLC控制系统(16)电路连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半自动激光切割机,其特征是,所述辅立柱(3)内侧设有推拉防护门(15)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的半自动激光切割机,其特征是,所述托料机构包括输出端朝上的纵向气缸(13),所述纵向气缸(13)的输出端设有两块能调整间隙的三角形或梯形的支撑板(14),两块支撑板(14)组成V形,每一个托料机构配套一个触碰传感器(12),所述触碰传感器(12)位于机架(1)上并且位于纵向气缸(13)的后方,所述驱动电机(11)下表面设有触碰点,所述触碰传感器(12)与PLC控制系统(16)电路连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的半自动激光切割机,其特征是,所述前卡盘(8)为气动式卡盘。
5.根据权利要求1至4任一项所述的半自动激光切割机,其特征是,所述PLC控制系统(16)的操作面板(17)位于辅立柱(3)上。
