After the anti-dandruff shampoo provided by the invention is used for cleaning hair for 7-10 days continuously, the hair is smooth and soft, no dandruff can be seen by naked eyes, the itching phenomenon completely disappears, and the hair can be kept fresh and clean for a long time.

Claims (9)

1. An anti-dandruff shampoo is characterized by comprising 12-17 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extract, 83-88 parts of shampoo matrix, 0.01-0.05 part of essence and 0.05-0.1 part of preservative;
the Chinese herbal medicine extract is prepared by mixing the following Chinese herbal medicine extracts in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of cacumen biotae extract, 10-15 parts of mint extract, 10-20 parts of black morning glory extract, 12-18 parts of radix isatidis extract, 8-15 parts of aloe extract, 10-18 parts of green tea extract, 6-12 parts of onion extract, 6-12 parts of lemon extract, 5-8 parts of mulberry extract and 2-10 parts of polygonum multiflorum and ginseng combined extract;
the shampoo matrix comprises the following components in parts by weight: 40-50 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 40-60 parts of water, 5-10 parts of coconut amide and 2-4 parts of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.
2. The anti-dandruff shampoo according to claim 1, which comprises 14 parts of Chinese herbal medicine extract, 86 parts of shampoo matrix, 0.02 part of essence and 0.08 part of preservative;
the Chinese herbal medicine extract is prepared by mixing the following Chinese herbal medicine extracts in parts by weight: 26 parts of cacumen biotae extract, 14 parts of mint extract, 15 parts of black morning glory extract, 13 parts of isatis root extract, 10 parts of aloe extract, 12 parts of green tea extract, 8 parts of onion extract, 8 parts of lemon extract, 6 parts of mulberry extract and 5 parts of polygonum multiflorum and ginseng combined extract;
the shampoo matrix comprises the following components in parts by weight: 47 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 45 parts of water, 7 parts of coconut amide and 3 parts of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride.
3. A process for the preparation of an anti-dandruff shampoo according to any of claims 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
step one, under the stirring of room temperature and the rotation speed of 500-800 r/min, mixing 40-50 parts of sodium dodecyl sulfate, 40-60 parts of water, 5-10 parts of coconut amide and 2-4 parts of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, and uniformly stirring to obtain a shampoo matrix;
adding 6-12 parts of lemon extract into the shampoo matrix, adjusting the pH value to 5.0-6.0 by using citric acid, then sequentially adding 20-30 parts of cacumen biotae extract, 10-15 parts of mint extract, 10-20 parts of black morning glory extract, 12-18 parts of radix isatidis extract, 8-15 parts of aloe extract, 10-18 parts of green tea extract, 6-12 parts of onion extract, 5-8 parts of mulberry extract, 2-10 parts of polygonum multiflorum and ginseng combined extract, and uniformly mixing under stirring at the rotating speed of 800-1000 r/min to obtain a Chinese herbal medicine and fragrance matrix mixture;
respectively adding 0.01-0.05 part of essence and 0.05-0.1 part of preservative into the mixture of the Chinese herbal medicine and the shampoo matrix, uniformly stirring and bottling to obtain the anti-dandruff shampoo;
wherein,
the preparation method of the black morning glory extract comprises the following specific steps: baking the black morning glory at 65-75 ℃, crushing to 20 meshes, adding water which is 3-5 times of the weight of the black morning glory powder, soaking at 60 ℃ for 15-20 hours, filtering to obtain filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate to 0.1-0.2 g/mL to obtain the black morning glory extract;
the preparation method of the isatis root extract comprises the following specific steps: the method comprises the following steps of cleaning the radix isatidis with water, cutting the cleaned radix isatidis into small sections with the length of 1-2 cm, and placing the small sections into a low-temperature vacuum drying oven to be subjected to low-temperature vacuum drying treatment, wherein the low-temperature vacuum drying treatment is divided into three stages, the drying temperature of the first stage is 60-75 ℃, and the drying time is 20-30 min; the drying temperature of the second stage is 80-95 ℃, and the drying time is 10-20 min; the drying temperature of the third stage is 40-60 ℃, and the drying time is 10-15 min; crushing the dried isatis root, adding water which is 6-8 times of the weight of the isatis root powder, performing ultrasonic extraction with the power of 90-110W for 15-25 min, filtering to obtain filtrate, and concentrating the filtrate to 0.15-0.25 g/mL to obtain the isatis root extract.
4. The method for preparing the anti-dandruff shampoo as claimed in claim 3, wherein the method for preparing the lemon extract comprises:
cutting fresh lemon into slices with the thickness of 0.5-1.0 cm, drying the slices and crushing the slices into powder, putting the powder into 80% ethanol for extraction, and concentrating an extracting solution to 0.15-0.25 g/mL to obtain the lemon extract.
5. The method for preparing the anti-dandruff shampoo as claimed in claim 3, wherein the method for preparing the onion extract comprises:
dicing fresh onions, putting the diced fresh onions into a juicer for juicing to obtain onion juice, and concentrating the onion juice to 0.3-0.4 g/mL to obtain an onion extract.
6. The method for preparing the anti-dandruff shampoo as claimed in claim 3, wherein the method for preparing the mixed extract of polygonum multiflorum and ginseng comprises the following steps:

8. The method for preparing an anti-dandruff shampoo according to claim 5, wherein the aloe extract and the mulberry extract are prepared in the same manner as the onion extract.
9. The method for preparing the anti-dandruff shampoo as claimed in claim 3, wherein in the second step, the method for preparing the mixture of the Chinese herbal medicine and the shampoo matrix comprises the following specific steps:
adding 9 parts of lemon extract into the shampoo matrix, adjusting the pH value to 5.5 by using citric acid, then sequentially adding 28 parts of cacumen biotae extract, 14 parts of mint extract, 13 parts of black morning glory extract, 15 parts of isatis root extract, 10 parts of aloe extract, 12 parts of green tea extract, 10 parts of onion extract, 7 parts of mulberry extract, 5 parts of polygonum multiflorum and ginseng combined extract, and uniformly mixing at the stirring speed of 900r/min to obtain a Chinese herbal medicine and fragrance matrix mixture.
