[0002] 随着经济的不断发展,每年乡镇生活垃圾产生的数量也成倍增加。垃圾处理的传统方式使建设垃圾填埋场,将垃圾进行填埋。然而,垃圾填埋存在着不少缺陷:一、建设垃圾填埋场占用了大量土地,土地是不可再生的资源,土地资源比较紧张;二、对环境造成了污染,增加管理成本;由于有大量有机物和电池等物质进入垃圾填埋场后,其产生的有毒渗滤液将给土壤和地下水带来严重污染,从环保的角度来考虑,必须建立垃圾填埋场渗滤液防渗透、收集处理系统,这将提高了技术难度,同时也增加投资,填埋操作复杂,管理困难,此外,填埋场的甲烷、硫化氢等废弃也必须处理,以确保达到防爆和环保的要求;三、浪费资源,大量的垃圾堆放在填埋场里,其中有点物质和能量无法得到利用,这造成了资源一定程度上的浪费。因此,垃圾填埋的处理方式已经逐渐被替换了。
[0003] 与填埋处理相比,垃圾焚烧是一种较好的处理方法。通过燃烧,不仅减小了垃圾的体积,而且还可以利用燃烧产生的热量进行加热等能量循环利用,焚烧后的灰渣可以制砖。传统的垃圾焚烧炉在使用过程中,垃圾是被投放到焚烧炉内的炉排上进行焚烧的,但是,当炉排上的垃圾正在燃烧时,新投放进来的垃圾瞬间覆盖正在燃烧的垃圾,容易将火苗扑灭,导致炉内温度不稳定,垃圾焚烧不充分,垃圾焚烧不充分就容易产生有害气体。

[0015] 使用时,投放下来的垃圾由上炉体进入下炉体内,并盖上炉盖,被支撑在内烟囱、内烟囱挂钩或角笼上,然后打开底座的点火门,对垃圾点火引燃。由于内烟囱、内烟囱挂钩或角笼支撑着垃圾,不会将下层火苗扑灭,从而保证该炉体内持续保持较高的温度,该炉体内具有稳定的热源,并燃烧充分。炉体内的水管与水箱形成连通,水箱会向水管供水,水分经过垃圾燃烧产生的热量在炉体上方形成大量的水蒸气;炉体内的油管与油箱形成连通,油箱会向油管供油,并在油管上方喷出油气,使得炉体内的垃圾进行二次燃烧。
[0016] 相比于现有技术,本发明具有以下优点和积极效果:
1、本发明垃圾燃烧过程中形成的热量,使得水管内的水形成了大量水蒸气使得炉体上下方形成压差,自动拉动下方空气,从而向燃烧中的垃圾提供充足的氧气,让垃圾能够充分燃烧;水蒸气在炉体上方形成雾气,可将排出烟囱外的粉尘沉降至焚烧炉体内,减少了粉尘对环境的污染;同时水管内的水对支架起到了保护了作用,延长支架寿命。
[0017] 2、本发明可利用垃圾燃烧中产生的热量,将油管内的油气化,从而对炉体上方的垃圾进行二次燃烧,形成垃圾连续燃烧,焚烧彻底、快速,焚烧效果好。
[0018] 3、本发明在炉体内设置可支撑被投放到该炉体内的垃圾的内烟囱和内烟囱挂钩,防止了在焚烧过程中,投放垃圾时会将下层火苗扑灭,保证该炉体内持续保持较高的温度,同时更有效供氧,能将垃圾中的各类物质充分燃烧,提高燃烧率,并能够有效防止有害气体的产生;同时设有的角笼避免了垃圾过多堆积在炉体角落和供氧不足的问题,使得炉体内的垃圾无死角燃烧,垃圾燃烧完全。
[0019] 4、本发明燃烧热量高,能软化玻璃,杀灭细菌,并适用湿垃圾焚烧,垃圾燃烧效率高,处理量大,设备利用率高,不会因垃圾堆积发酵污染环境。

一种环保高效垃圾焚烧炉,包括下炉体5、上炉体4、内烟囱18、底座8、炉盖2和外烟囱1。炉体的上炉体4和下炉体5焊接为一体,下炉体5和上炉体4的中间设置内烟囱18,内烟囱18呈长笼状,分别由多根垂直的无缝水管、钢筋及横向钢筋环相间一定距离焊接而成;并在长笼状的内烟囱18外则上焊有内烟囱挂钩21。下炉体5与内烟囱18构成燃烧室,下炉体5和上炉体4四周设有耐火砖,下炉体5的底端与底座8连接,底座8上下面均为敞口。所述的上炉体4上方设有炉盖2,炉盖2顶部连接设置外烟囱1 ;所述的下炉体5外部设有水箱6,水箱6内还设有油箱7。内烟囱18设有水管9和油管10 ;所述的水管9与水箱6连通;所述的油管10与油箱7连通。油管10上方设有油气喷嘴22。油管10为变径长管,油管10上端的管径大于下端管径,油管10套在水管9中。
[0028] 使用时,投放下来的垃圾由上炉体4进入下炉体5内,并盖上炉盖2,被支撑在内烟囱18或内烟囱挂钩21上,然后通过底座对垃圾点火引燃。由于内烟囱18和内烟囱挂钩21支撑着垃圾,不会将下层火苗扑灭,从而保证该炉体内持续保持较高的温度,该炉体内具有稳定的热源,并燃烧充分。炉体内的水管9与水箱6形成连通,水箱6会向水管9供水,水分经过垃圾燃烧产生的热量在炉体上方形成大量的水蒸气;炉体内的油管10与油箱7形成连通,油箱7会向油管10供油,并在油管10上方喷出油气,使得炉体内的垃圾进行二次燃烧。

与实施例1不同之处在于,所述的下炉体5内还包括角笼19和下炉体挂钩20,角笼19分布在下炉体5的对应角或对应面中;所述的角笼19由多根竖条钢筋和横向钢筋环相间一定距离焊接而成,并在角笼19外则设有挂钩;所述的下炉体挂钩20均匀分布在下炉体5内壁上,角笼19分别与下炉体挂钩20和底座8焊接固定。角笼19及角笼19上的挂钩也可以支撑着垃圾,避免了垃圾过多堆积在炉体角落和供氧不足的问题,使得炉体内的垃圾无死角燃烧,垃圾燃烧完全。

与实施例1的不同之处在于,所述的底座8设有炉桥和炉脚81,底座8下方固定炉脚81,底座8四周开有排渣口 82和点火口 84,每个排渣口 82和点火口 84上对应设置排渣门87和点火门88 ;所述的底座8中部还设有烟囱进气口 86,内烟囱18固定在其上方。所述的炉桥由斜炉桥83和Λ形炉桥85构成;所述的斜炉桥83由多根斜条钢筋相间一定距离分别与排渣口 82和内烟囱18焊接而成;所述的Λ形炉桥85由多根长度不等的钢筋相间一定距离分别与Λ形顶杆和点火口 84焊接而成。Λ形炉桥85的设置便于点火及供养充分,助于垃圾完全燃烧,同时斜炉桥83有助于垃圾的沉降,方便排渣。

与实施例1的不同之处在于,所述的炉盖2与上炉体4通过升降机构3活动连接;所述的上炉体4上方的外侧设有导轨17 ;所述的升降机构3包括机构固定板301、升降活动板306、转轮313、顶杆309、升降轴308、轴Α305和轴Β310 ;所述的转轮313设在升降活动板306 一端的下方,所述的轴Β310通过垫片Β312和螺母Β311固定在与升降活动板306焊接的固定耳Β314上;转轮313在导轨17上运动;所述的机构固定板301的一端固定在炉盖2边上,机构固定板301的另一端的侧面设置固定耳Α302 ;所述的固定耳Α302通过轴Α305与升降活动板306连接;所述的轴Α305通过垫片Α303和螺母Α304固定在固定耳Α302上;所述的升降轴308通过定轴环307固定在炉盖2边上,同时升降轴308的端头与顶杆309焊接,顶杆309的另一端与升降活动板306活动连接。所述的升降轴308设置两对升降机构3,并分别固定在炉盖2对应的两侧。

使用时,拉动把手杆16至升盖定位杆15处,带动升降轴308转动,与升降轴308端头连接的顶杆309也随之转动,与炉盖2连接的机构固定板301也绕着轴Α305转动,将炉盖2抬起,推动把手杆16,转轮313沿着导轨17运动至上炉体4上方,再拉动把手杆16至降盖定位杆14处,依次带动升降轴308、顶杆309和机构固定板301复位,从而可将炉盖2与上炉体4密封固定。升降机构3便于炉盖2的固定安装,使得该装置使用方便,操作简单。
