Abstract

本发明公开了一种LED车用大灯,包括灯壳体、第一凸透镜和第二凸透镜;灯壳体上设置有调焦环,调焦环上固定有第一凸透镜,第二凸透镜固定在支架上,支架通过支柱安装于灯壳体底部上,灯壳体底部上固定有电路板,电路板正面上焊接有遮光板和两组LED单元体,背面焊接有导热的紫铜块,紫铜块与灯壳体尾部间形成一个密封腔体,密封腔体上连接有散热装置,遮光板位于两组LED单元体之间。本发明通过第一凸透镜与第二凸透镜组成双透镜组合直射汇聚光束,配合一个水平安置的遮光板成像,不仅使光会聚良好,也得到了良好的光型折线,使得光效率进一步提高,同时还实现了远近光的组合。且由于设置紫铜块导热结构,因此降低了LED芯片的热阻,提高了光效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯,具体涉及一种LED车用大灯。
背景技术
近些年来,LED照明作为一种新型绿色光源,正在迅猛发展中,其节能高光效和绿色环保等优点,将会逐步取代传统光源,目前已在家庭照明到公共道路照明中得到很好的验证。
汽车行业作为一个庞大的体系,其照明系统也会随科技进步而发展起来,目前国外汽车巨头们已经在投巨资来开发LED前大灯,并且已经在一些高端车型中小量投放市场了,但汽车用LED大灯却面临一些技术难题,单芯片功率难以做大,多芯片组合就面临光会聚的问题,车灯投射光型是汽车灯光最重要的参数,这直接影响到行车安全问题;在光型会聚方面,目前采用的是方法多是反射式和异型树脂透镜,这两种都在光会聚方面不理想,单透镜(氙气灯采用的会聚)对于LED多点光源更是不理想,还有一个棘手的问题就是LED的散热问题。
热阻就是阻碍LED芯片发出的热量能否迅速传到散热系统的热传导能力,当然越低越好,热阻也是影响LED光效率和功率的直接因素,良好的解决了芯片的热阻,才可能发挥LED高光效的优点,汽车由于其移动性和空间有限,不可能用很大的散热器,即使有条件散热,没有很低的热阻,也会致使LED芯片过热,寿命缩短甚至烧毁,因此要良好的解决LED的散热。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述技术问题,提供了一种LED车用大灯,降低了LED芯片的热阻,提高了输出光强和光效率,既不影响对方车辆安全,又使得驾驶者自己有良好的照明,巧妙实现远近光切换。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种LED车用大灯,包括灯壳体、第一凸透镜和第二凸透镜;灯壳体上设置有调焦环,调焦环上固定有第一凸透镜,第二凸透镜固定在支架上,支架通过支柱安装于灯壳体底部上,灯壳体底部上固定有电路板,电路板正面上焊接有遮光板和两组LED单元体,背面焊接有导热的紫铜块,紫铜块与灯壳体尾部间形成一个密封腔体,密封腔体上连接有散热装置,遮光板位于两组LED单元体之间。
所述的电路板正面上焊接有近光LED芯片和远光LED芯片,近光LED芯片和远光LED芯片之间水平设置有遮光板,近光LED芯片位于遮光板上方,远光LED芯片位于遮光板下方。
所述的遮光板前缘设有弧线,近光LED芯片和远光LED芯片发出的光束经由遮光板前缘弧线成像。
所述的散热装置包括冷却液循环水管和循环水管,灯壳体上设置有与密封腔体相连通的冷却液循环水管和循环水管,冷却液循环水管和循环水管外部接水泵和散热水箱。
所述的LED单元体底部中间为LED单元体的发热体部分,发热体部分两边均设有电极,发热体部分通过焊接面直接焊接在紫铜块的凸台上,紫铜块凸台镶嵌在电路板上,电极则与电路板焊接,紫铜块背面与密封腔体中的循环冷却水接触。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益的技术效果:
本发明通过第一凸透镜与第二凸透镜组成双透镜组合直射汇聚光束,配合一个水平安置的遮光板成像,不仅使光会聚良好,也使得光效率进一步提高,同时还实现了双光(远近光)的组合。且由于双透镜组合直射光束会聚,因而减小了光损耗、提高了输出光强。同时,由于水平安置异型遮光板,因此得到了良好的光型折线,既不影响对方车辆安全,又使得驾驶者自己有良好的照明,巧妙的实现远近光切换,这对驾驶车辆和对面车辆会车尤为重要。此外,由于设置紫铜块导热结构,因此降低了LED芯片的热阻,提高了光效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,所述是对本发明的解释而不是限定。
参见图1至图3,一种LED车用大灯,包括灯壳体1、第一凸透镜2和第二凸透镜3;灯壳体1上设置有调焦环13,调焦环13上固定有第一凸透镜2,第二凸透镜3固定在支架4上,支架4通过支柱5安装于灯壳体1底部上,灯壳体1底部上固定有电路板9,所述的电路板9正面上焊接有近光LED芯片6和远光LED芯片8,近光LED芯片6和远光LED芯片8之间水平设置有遮光板7,近光LED芯片6位于遮光板7上方,远光LED芯片8位于遮光板7下方,所述的遮光板7前缘设有弧线,近光LED芯片6和远光LED芯片8发出的光束经由遮光板7前缘弧线成像;电路板9背面焊接有导热的紫铜块11,紫铜块11与灯壳体1尾部间形成一个密封腔体12,密封腔体12上连接有散热装置。
其中,所述的散热装置包括冷却液循环水管10和循环水管14,灯壳体1上设置有与密封腔体12相连通的冷却液循环水管10和循环水管14,冷却液循环水管10和循环水管14外部接水泵和散热水箱。
具体的,所述的LED单元体底部中间为LED单元体的发热体部分15,发热体部分15两边均设有电极16,发热体部分15通过焊接面17直接焊接在紫铜块11的凸台上,紫铜块11凸台镶嵌在电路板9上,电极16则与电路板9焊接,紫铜块11背面与密封腔体12中的循环冷却水接触。
本发明的工作原理:
LED发出的光束经由遮光板7前缘弧线成像,由第一凸透镜2和第二凸透镜3组合会聚LED光束,焦点位于大灯前方5米以外,得到明显的输出切线光型,三者之间组成一套高效率的光学会聚系统,近光LED芯片6位于遮光板7上方,远光LED芯片8位于遮光板7下方,通过遮光板前沿的弧线完成光会聚。第一凸透镜2固定于调焦环13上,可以微调焦距,第二凸透镜3固定在支架4上,通过支柱5安装与灯壳底部,支柱5的长度决定了后焦距的距离,遮光板、LED芯片、导热的紫铜块一同焊接在电路板9上,再固定于灯壳1底部,紫铜块11与灯壳1尾部形成一个密封腔体12,冷却液通过冷却液循环水管10进入,循环水管14输出,外部接循环水泵和散热水箱,完成循环散热。
有了很低热阻的保障,才能使得LED芯片发挥出应有的光效,因此LED发出的热量主要是通过LED芯片背面的中间部位传导出去的,紫铜块背后直接和循环冷却水接触,这样就把LED芯片的热阻降到了最低,比目前的铜基板和铝基板热阻还要低很多。
通过装车测试结果,本LED大灯光型和亮度均高过外国高端车型氙气大灯。
需要说明的是,上述描述中的透镜本身的类型参数指标性能不在限定范围。循环水泵和散热水箱以及冷却液不在限定范围内。LED单元体的种类形式性能品牌不在限定范围内。光输出折线形状依各国标准不同而异,不在限定范围。
本发明通过第一凸透镜与第二凸透镜组成双透镜组合直射汇聚光束,配合一个水平安置的遮光板成像,不仅使光会聚良好,也使得光效率进一步提高,同时还实现了双光(远近光)的组合。且由于双透镜组合直射光束会聚,因而减小了光损耗、提高了输出光强。同时,由于水平安置异型遮光板,因此得到了良好的光型折线,既不影响对方车辆安全,又使得驾驶者自己有良好的照明,巧妙的实现远近光切换,这对驾驶车辆和对面车辆会车尤为重要。此外,由于设置紫铜块导热结构,因此降低了LED芯片的热阻,提高了光效率。

1.一种LED车用大灯,其特征在于,包括灯壳体(1)、第一凸透镜(2)和第二凸透镜(3);灯壳体(1)上设置有调焦环(13),调焦环(13)上固定有第一凸透镜(2),第二凸透镜(3)固定在支架(4)上,支架(4)通过支柱(5)安装于灯壳体(1)底部上,灯壳体(1)底部上固定有电路板(9),电路板(9)背面焊接有导热的紫铜块(11),紫铜块(11)与灯壳体(1)尾部间形成一个密封腔体(12),密封腔体(12)上连接有散热装置,所述的电路板(9)正面上焊接有近光LED芯片(6)和远光LED芯片(8),近光LED芯片(6)和远光LED芯片(8)之间水平设置有遮光板(7),近光LED芯片(6)位于遮光板(7)上方,远光LED芯片(8)位于遮光板(7)下方;所述的遮光板(7)前缘设有弧线,近光LED芯片(6)和远光LED芯片(8)发出的光束经由遮光板(7)前缘弧线成像。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED车用大灯,其特征在于,所述的散热装置包括冷却液循环水管(10)和循环水管(14),灯壳体(1)上设置有与密封腔体(12)相连通的冷却液循环水管(10)和循环水管(14),冷却液循环水管(10)和循环水管(14)外部接水泵和散热水箱。
3.根据权利要求1所述的LED车用大灯,其特征在于,所述的LED芯片底部中间为LED单元体的发热体部分(15),发热体部分(15)两边均设有电极(16),发热体部分(15)通过焊接面(17)直接焊接在紫铜块(11)的凸台上,紫铜块(11)凸台镶嵌在电路板(9)上,电极(16)则与电路板(9)焊接,紫铜块(11)背面与密封腔体(12)中的循环冷却水接触。
