发明公开了一种仿大理石装饰板,所述仿大理石装饰板由板材1、板材2和板材3三层板材压合而成,板材1与板材3为相同板材,所述板材1由下列成分制成:聚氯乙烯树脂、氯化聚乙烯、玻璃纤维、己二酸丙二醇聚酯、环氧大豆油酸异辛酯、聚乙烯蜡;所述板材2由下列成分制成:甲基三氯硅烷、二苯基二氯硅烷、苯基三氯硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷、柠檬酸三丁酯、水滑石、玻璃纤维;本发明采用三层复合板材制作地板,更加的加固与牢靠,并且具有优异的热氧化稳定性,大大延长了地板的寿命;本发明装饰板重量较石材轻,安全,便捷;本发明装饰板大大降低了板材在干燥环境中的收缩率与在泡水环境中的膨胀率,提高了抗拉强度。

一种仿大理石装饰板
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰板制作领域,特别是涉及一种仿大理石装饰板。
背景技术
大理石是天然建筑装饰石材的一大门类,一般指具有装饰功能,可以加工成建筑石材或工艺品的已变质或未变质的碳酸盐岩类。它是由中国云南大理市点苍山所产的具有绚丽色泽与花纹的石材而得名。大理石泛指大理岩、石灰岩、白云岩、以及碳酸盐岩经不同蚀变形成的矽卡岩和大理岩等。但是天然的大理石矿产有限,于是,人们研发了仿大理石装饰,仿大理石装饰外观亮丽,色彩丰富,给人以清新时尚感,其适用于柱子、台面、墙面等表面。但现有的仿大理石装饰制造时存在原料比较昂贵,制造成本高,导致推广困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种仿大理石装饰板,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种仿大理石装饰板,所述仿大理石装饰板由板材1、板材2和板材3三层板材压合而成,板材1与板材3为相同板材,所述板材1按重量份计由下列成分制成:聚氯乙烯树脂80份、氯化聚乙烯10份、玻璃纤维8份、己二酸丙二醇聚酯2份、环氧大豆油酸异辛酯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份;所述板材2按重量份由下列成分制成:甲基三氯硅烷25份、二苯基二氯硅烷15份、苯基三氯硅烷15份、二甲基二氯硅烷10份、柠檬酸三丁酯2份、水滑石1份、玻璃纤维5份;
所述仿大理石装饰板制作工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将聚氯乙烯树脂和氯化聚乙烯放进高速混合机中搅拌,将温度控制到60℃;
2)将己二酸丙二醇聚酯加入1)中,将温度升到80℃后,再添加玻璃纤维,持续搅拌30分钟;
3)将环氧大豆油酸异辛酯、聚乙烯蜡加入2)中,将温度升到115℃后冷却至40℃;
4)将3)中的混合物料添加到挤出机中,进行成型工艺即可得到板材1和3;
5)将甲基三氯硅烷、二苯基二氯硅烷、苯基三氯硅烷、二甲基二氯硅烷溶于甲苯,将温度降低到2-3℃,加水搅拌10-15分钟后得到酸性水解物,添加柠檬酸三丁酯、水滑石、玻璃纤维,将温度升高到80摄氏度后再对水解物进行水洗去酸,得到中性的初缩聚体,将中性的初缩聚体置于空气中热氧化进一步缩聚,形成高度交联的立体网络结构,压制成板材即得板材2;
6)采用粘合剂将板材1与板材2压合到一起,然后再将板材2另一面与板材3利用粘合剂粘合到一起,即可得到成型板;
7)对成型板表面进行磨砂抛光和去尘后,进行底色喷涂,烤干之后,再将仿大理石纹理转印到成型板上,烘干,即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明针对现有技术存在的上述不足,(1)本发明采用三层复合板材制作地板,更加的加固与牢靠,并且具有优异的热氧化稳定性,大大延长了地板的寿命;(2)本发明地板具有卓越的耐潮、防水性能和高强度和耐磨性能,健康环保,经久耐用;(3)本发明装饰板重量较石材轻,安全,便捷;(4)本发明装饰板大大降低了板材在干燥环境中的收缩率与在泡水环境中的膨胀率,提高了抗拉强度。
具体实施方式
一种仿大理石装饰板,所述仿大理石装饰板由板材1、板材2和板材3三层板材压合而成,板材1与板材3为相同板材,所述板材1按重量份计由下列成分制成:聚氯乙烯树脂80份、氯化聚乙烯10份、玻璃纤维8份、己二酸丙二醇聚酯2份、环氧大豆油酸异辛酯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份;所述板材2按重量份由下列成分制成:甲基三氯硅烷25份、二苯基二氯硅烷15份、苯基三氯硅烷15份、二甲基二氯硅烷10份、柠檬酸三丁酯2份、水滑石1份、玻璃纤维5份;
所述仿大理石装饰板制作工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将聚氯乙烯树脂和氯化聚乙烯放进高速混合机中搅拌,将温度控制到60℃;
2)将己二酸丙二醇聚酯加入1)中,将温度升到80℃后,再添加玻璃纤维,持续搅拌30分钟;

由表1可知本发明的仿大理石装饰板与一般pvc板相比较,在吸水率、压缩强度和耐磨度上具有明显的优势。

Claims (2)

1.一种仿大理石装饰板,其特征在于:所述仿大理石装饰板由板材1、板材2和板材3三层板材压合而成,板材1与板材3为相同板材,所述板材1按重量份计由下列成分制成:聚氯乙烯树脂80份、氯化聚乙烯10份、玻璃纤维8份、己二酸丙二醇聚酯2份、环氧大豆油酸异辛酯1份、聚乙烯蜡1份;所述板材2按重量份由下列成分制成:甲基三氯硅烷25份、二苯基二氯硅烷15份、苯基三氯硅烷15份、二甲基二氯硅烷10份、柠檬酸三丁酯2份、水滑石1份、玻璃纤维5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仿大理石装饰板,其特征在于,其制作工艺包括以下步骤:
1)将聚氯乙烯树脂和氯化聚乙烯放进高速混合机中搅拌,将温度控制到60℃;
2)将己二酸丙二醇聚酯加入1)中,将温度升到80℃后,再添加玻璃纤维,持续搅拌30分钟;
