Abstract

本发明涉及一种多层的摩擦衬片,尤其是离合器摩擦衬片,其具有摩擦部件和加强部件。
背景技术
从国际公开文献WO2007/121704A2中已知一种双层的离合器摩擦衬片,所述双层的离合器摩擦衬片具有摩擦部件和加强部件,其中加强部件由加强线缠绕并且摩擦部件由摩擦线缠绕。从德国专利文献DE4431642B4已知一种具有圆形形状的摩擦衬片,所述摩擦衬片包括纤维、胶粘剂和填充剂。从德国公开文献DE102008064478A1中已知如下摩擦衬片,所述摩擦衬片由至少用线束材料和粘结剂制成的环形的摩擦部件和圆形的承载部件构成。从国际公开文献WO2011/160616A2中已知用于粘贴摩擦衬片的方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种具有摩擦部件和加强部件的多层的摩擦衬片,所述摩擦衬片具有小的衬片厚度和高的强度。
所述目的在具有摩擦部件和加强部件的多层的摩擦衬片、尤其离合器摩擦衬片中通过如下方式实现:加强部件包括织物。在现代机动车中,由于离合器的小的结构空间越来越多地需要衬片厚度尽可能小的离合器衬片。这引起:摩擦衬片在离合器运行时愈发强地受负荷。因此,对摩擦衬片的强度提出高的要求。与此并行地,通过降低总衬片厚度,可用的铆接底部厚度显著地变小。根据本发明发现:通过在加强部件中应用织物能够显著地提高摩擦衬片的强度。
多层的摩擦衬片的一个优选的实施例的特征在于:织物包括加强纤维或加强纤维束,所述加强纤维或加强纤维束是纬纱和经纱交织的。术语经纱或者说经线和纬纱或者说纬线出自纺织技术。例如,将沿纵向方向设置的加强纤维或加强纤维束称作为经纱。将横向于其设置的加强纤维或加强纤维束称作为纬纱。经纱和纬纱交叉地设置。
多层的摩擦衬片的另一优选的实施例的特征在于:织物包括加强纤维或加强纤维束,所述加强纤维或加强纤维束螺线形地设置。在此,加强纤维或加强纤维束能够在多个平面中螺线形地设置。螺线形设置的加强纤维或加强纤维束也能够彼此交织。在此,加强纤维或加强纤维束的螺线形的设置刚好如在加热系统中的敷设技术(Verlegetechnik)中那样执行或与之类似地执行。
多层的摩擦衬片的另一优选的实施例的特征在于:摩擦部件包括缠绕的纤维或纤维束。摩擦部件能够刚好如在常规的摩擦衬片中的摩擦部件那样构成或类似地构成。
多层的摩擦衬片的另一优选的实施例的特征在于:摩擦衬片以摩擦部件和加强部件两层地构成。由此以简单的方式和方法实现展现极其小的衬片厚度。
多层的摩擦衬片的另一优选的实施例的特征在于:摩擦衬片以摩擦部件、加强部件和承载部件三层地构成。通过附加的承载部件,能够进一步提高摩擦衬片的强度。承载部件能够如在常规的摩擦衬片中那样构成或类似地构成。
多层的摩擦衬片的另一优选的实施例的特征在于:加强部件设置在承载部件和摩擦摩擦部件之间。该设置在根据本发明执行的研究中证实为在摩擦衬片强度方面是尤其有利的。
多层的摩擦衬片的另一优选的实施例的特征在于:承载部件包括缠绕的纤维或纤维束。加强部件中的织物与承载部件中的缠绕的纤维或纤维束的组合在根据本发明执行的研究中证实为在摩擦衬片强度方面是有利的。
多层的摩擦衬片的另一优选的实施例的特征在于:摩擦部件和加强部件基本上构成为是环形的并且在构成分离平面的情况下直接彼此叠加地设置。在此,摩擦部件和加强部件和可能还有的承载部件设置成,使得其形成复合件,其中摩擦部件和加强部件以及可能的加强部件和承载部件分别在分离平面的区域中混合。
多层的摩擦衬片的另一优选的实施例的特征在于:织物包括玻璃纤维/碳纤维或玻璃纤维束/碳纤维束。纤维或纤维束有利地被浸渍,例如用酚醛树脂浸渍。
必要时,本发明也涉及一种用于制造上述多层的摩擦衬片、尤其双层的或三层的离合器衬片的方法。

具体实施方式
在图1和2中分别示出根据本发明的摩擦衬片1;21的横截面。摩擦衬片1;21为离合器摩擦衬片,所述离合器摩擦衬片固定在(未示出的)离合器盘上。离合器盘包括两个基本上相同的离合器衬片1或21。这两个摩擦衬片1;21借助于铆钉在衬片弹簧区段的两侧彼此连接,使得摩擦衬片1;21的衬片部件5;25朝向外。
图1中示出的摩擦衬片1除了摩擦部件5之外包括加强部件8。摩擦部件5和加强部件8在图1中示出横截面10。横截面10为矩形的环横截面,所述环横截面实际上比图示中更长更薄。
摩擦部件5包括摩擦层11。加强部件8包括加强层12。通过虚线15表示织物,所述织物嵌入到加强层12中。
摩擦层11用于展现摩擦衬片1的摩擦侧。摩擦衬片1的摩擦侧例如通过缠绕提供。已知用于制造摩擦衬片的摩擦部件的缠绕方法的应用。
通过具有织物15的加强层12能够显著地提高摩擦衬片1的强度。织物15根据本发明的一个实施例构成纬纱和经纱。根据本发明的另一实施例,织物15以螺线敷设构成。通过加强层12与织物15和缠绕的摩擦层11的组合能够制造具有小的摩擦衬片厚度的离合器盘,所述离合器盘适合于传递极其大的转矩。
图2中示出的摩擦衬片21除了摩擦部件25之外还包括加强部件28和承载部件29。摩擦衬片21具有例如比图1中的摩擦衬片1稍微更厚的横截面30。横截面30包括摩擦层31、加强层32和承载层33。通过虚线35表明:将织物嵌入到加强层32中。
织物35如在上述实施例中那样构成经纱和纬纱或者以螺线敷设构成。摩擦层31刚好如图1中示出的摩擦衬片1的摩擦层11那样构成。承载层33被缠绕并且为摩擦衬片21的承载侧。
摩擦衬片1;21与常规的摩擦衬片主要通过将织物15;35用于加强摩擦衬片或铆接底部来区分。织物15;35例如由玻璃纤维束构成。玻璃纤维束能够借助或不借助例如酚醛树脂的浸渍来应用。代替玻璃纤维也能够应用碳纤维。
通过应用有利地以经纱和纬纱法制造的织物,显著地提高了摩擦衬片1;21的铆接底部强度。此外,能提高总衬片强度。

Claims (10)
1.一种多层的摩擦衬片、尤其离合器摩擦衬片,其具有摩擦部件(5;25)和加强部件(8;28),其特征在于,所述加强部件(8;28)包括织物(15;35)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层的摩擦衬片,其特征在于,所述织物(15;35)包括加强纤维或加强纤维束,所述加强纤维或加强纤维束是纬纱和经纱交织的。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多层的摩擦衬片,其特征在于,所述织物(15;35)包括加强纤维或加强纤维束,所述加强纤维或加强纤维束螺线形地设置。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的多层的摩擦衬片,其特征在于,所述摩擦部件(5;25)包括缠绕的纤维或纤维束。
5.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的多层的摩擦衬片,其特征在于,所述摩擦衬片(1)以所述摩擦部件(5)和所述加强部件(8)两层地构成。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的多层的摩擦衬片,其特征在于,所述摩擦衬片(21)以所述摩擦部件(25)、所述加强部件(28)和承载部件(29)三层地构成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多层的摩擦衬片,其特征在于,所述加强部件(28)设置在所述承载部件(29)和所述摩擦部件(25)之间。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的多层的摩擦衬片,其特征在于,所述承载部件(29)包括缠绕的纤维或纤维束。
9.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的多层的摩擦衬片,其特征在于,所述摩擦部件(5;25)和所述加强部件(8;28)基本上构成为环形并且在构成分离平面的情况下直接彼此叠加地设置。
10.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的多层的摩擦衬片,其特征在于,所述织物(15;35)包括玻璃纤维/碳纤维或玻璃纤维束/碳纤维束。
