Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及强化橡胶处理的传送件芯体。
背景技术
目前有多种用于制造传送带的强化芯体系统。这些系统一般由包括钢或纺织物的复合材料的强化组成部分组成,其中,这些复合材料仅沿带的长度方向和横贯宽度方向对齐。
这些现存的橡胶处理的系统通常会导致低效能的重型且厚实的带,由于难于接合(拼接),会导致延长停工期,同时它们的耐冲击性也有限,经常难以实现在不损坏带的边缘的情况下保持带的良好的循迹能力。
世界范围内的能源成本的显著增加意味着重型的钢强化的芯体不再可行。纺织物的芯体非常轻,采用这些芯体能够大量节省经营成本。
减少经营成本的要求已经导致出现了轻量且仍具有与钢相似的强度特性的芳纶纱线。包入橡胶的芳纶芯体已经市售很多年,尤其是面向轮胎和传送件产业。
但是,这些芳纶芯体所面对的问题是橡胶壳体不能与芳纶芯体充分粘接,这带来了低的剥离强度。此外,这些芯体的拼接强度也不是最佳的。
本发明的目的是提出一种强化橡胶处理的传输系统,其至少部分地缓解了上述一些问题。
发明内容
根据本发明,提出了一种芳纶芯体,所述芳纶芯体能够高度粘接至硫化橡胶,所述芳纶芯体包括:
·多轴复合织物,其由缝合在一起的多层平行纱线层制成,且各层的平行纱线之间布置成不同的指向;
·这些不同指向的纱线的多个层形成硫化橡胶能够渗透的网状织物;
·所述织物为由RFL(间苯二酚-甲醛乳胶)粘合剂处理过的织物。
所述织物优选为由四层平行纱线层缝合在一起的四边形织物,且所述四层平行纱线布置成四个不同的指向。
所述四边形织物的各层纱线优选地指向0°角、+45°角、90°角和-45°角。各缕纱线之间的网孔的尺寸优选介于2mm×2mm和10mm×10mm之间。
沿织物的纵向轴线(0°)方向需要最大的强度,此方向中的芳纶纱线含量高于其他方向。
纱线的含量甚至其角度根据最终的强化芯体的设计要求可不同。
本发明还涉及一种强化橡胶的芳纶芯体的制造方法,其中,所述方法包括如下步骤:
·逐层叠置多层平行纱线层,各层的平行纱线之间布置成不同的指向,将多个层缝合在一起形成网状织物;
·利用RFL(间苯二酚-甲醛乳胶)粘合剂处理所述织物;
·使经过RFL处理过的织物经受硫化橡胶,允许所述橡胶渗透通过所述网状织物中的孔。
通过明显改变芯体中的芳纶纱线的角度,改善用于强化橡胶的芯体,得到更好的接合强度,减少接合失败,改善耐冲击性,并且改善带的循迹能力。

具体实施方式
参照图1,清晰地可见多轴复合网状织物10的构造,其中,多个方向的芳纶纱线12产生了用于橡胶浸渍的孔14。
四边形的织物的纱线层优选地指向0°角(16)、+45°角(18)、90°角(20)和-45°角(22)。
各缕纱线(16、18、20和22)之间的网孔14的尺寸大体介于3mm和8mm之间。
多轴复合网状织物10利用RFL处理以确保在橡胶在芯体上硫化时与橡胶粘接。
由于芳纶纺织复合结构的角度和方向的改变,可为当前使用的“常规”的系统带来许多附加的有益效果。这种产品展现出了如下贡献:
·重量轻、高强度的构造
·自动循迹能力
·相比于简单的织物芯体,覆盖大量角度的纺织物加强件具有改善的耐冲击性

本发明因此提出了一种新式的强化橡胶处理的传送件芯体。

1.一种芳纶芯体,其中,所述芳纶芯体能够高度粘接至硫化橡胶,所述芳纶芯体包括多轴复合织物,所述多轴复合织物由缝合在一起的多层平行纱线层制成,且各层的平行纱线之间布置成不同的指向,这些纱线层形成硫化橡胶能够渗透的网状织物,所述多轴复合织物为由RFL(间苯二酚-甲醛乳胶)粘合剂处理过的多轴复合织物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的芳纶芯体,其中,所述织物为由四层平行纱线层缝合在一起的四边形织物,且所述四层平行纱线布置成四个不同的方向。
3.根据权利要求2所述的芳纶芯体,其中,所述四边形织物的各层纱线相对于所述织物的纵向轴线分别呈0°角、+45°角、90°角和-45°角。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的芳纶芯体,其中,所述四边形织物的各缕纱线之间形成的孔的尺寸优选介于2mm×2mm和10mm×10mm之间。
5.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的芳纶芯体,其中,沿所述四边形织物的长度(0°)方向需要最大的强度,此长度方向中的芳纶纱线含量高于其他方向。
6.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的芳纶芯体,其中,纱线的含量和角度根据最终的强化芯体的设计要求而不同。
7.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的芳纶芯体,其中,所述芳纶芯体用于橡胶应用中的强化件,所述橡胶应用包括传送带、轮胎、管道和隔板。
8.一种用于强化橡胶的芳纶芯体的制造方法,其中,所述方法包括如下步骤:逐层叠置多层平行纱线层,每层平行纱线层具有多缕平行的芳纶纱线,各层的平行纱线之间布置成不同的指向,将多个层缝合在一起形成网状织物;利用RFL(间苯二酚-甲醛乳胶)粘合剂处理所述织物;使经过RFL处理过的织物经受硫化橡胶,允许所述橡胶渗透通过所述网状织物中的孔。
9.一种用于强化橡胶的芳纶芯体的制造方法,其中,所述芳纶芯体为权利要求7中所述的芳纶芯体,所述方法的特征在于,通过改变各缕芳纶纱线的角度,改善用于强化橡胶的芯体,得到更好的接合强度,减少接合失败,改善耐冲击性,并且改善带的循迹能力。
