Abstract

本发明公开了一种棉布的生产工艺,按下述步骤完成:将棉花打散,形成均匀的棉丝,经过清扫、吸尘、喷涂胶水、喷棉丝、冷却、吸多余的棉丝、雾喷织物柔软剂,风干、雾喷织物增亮剂、再风干、收卷、存贮、防回潮、封箱密封,完成生产过程;本工艺此工艺降低生产成本,改变过去旧布料的款式,二次加工,增加面料厚度及棉丝,提高保暖效果;本产品的布料外表面为原布料,保持原有表面质感、结构、装饰效果;中间层为胶水层,起到密封、防透气、防水作用,内层为棉丝层,起到保暖效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种布料的生产工艺,具体是一种棉布的生产工艺及其棉布结构。
背景技术
现有布料都是单层棉布,通过增加本体密度或厚度将透气率降至最低,在秋天或冬天时穿着该布料制造的衣服时还是会透风,保暖度不够,下毛毛雨或小雨穿着时,雨水透过布料,会弄湿内层衣服。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种用于制造衣服,使衣服密封性好、保暖效果好、防水效果好的棉布料。
解决上述技术问题布料的生产工艺如下:
一种棉布的生产工艺,其特征在于按下述步骤完成:
A、将棉花打散,形成均匀的棉丝;
B、在生产线的放卷机装上整卷布料并固定好;
C、将已固定的整卷布料输送至清扫机进行表面清扫;
D、将已清扫的布料输送至吸尘机械进行表面吸尘处理;
E、将已吸尘的布料输送至喷胶机进行表面喷涂粘胶水;
F、将已喷涂粘胶水的布料输送至喷棉机进行表面喷棉丝,使棉丝粘紧在胶水表面;
G、将已粘棉丝的布料输送至冷气箱,通过冷冻降温使胶水快速冷却将棉丝粘紧牢固;
H、将已冷却布料输送至吸风机械,用松毛机或松毛棒进行表面梭松,使未被粘紧的棉丝被吸风机械吸走;
I、将已吸走多余棉丝的布料输送至喷雾机械,雾喷织物柔软剂,雾喷均匀,增加柔软度;
J、将已喷雾织物柔软剂的布料输送至风冷处理,用风扇吹干;
K、将已吹干的布料输送至喷雾机械,雾喷织物增亮剂,雾喷均匀,使色泽变好;
L、将已喷雾织物增亮剂的布料输送至风冷处理,用风扇吹干;
M、将已吹干的布料收卷成捆;
N、将已收卷成捆的布料放入存贮箱,同时放入活性碳防潮包,进行防回潮处理;
O、封箱密封,完成生产过程。
进一步:所述的冷气箱,冷气箱包括箱体(1),箱体(1)的一侧设有入料口(11),相对的另一侧设有出料口(12),后侧连接有冷气管(13),冷气管(13)的加一端连接有空调制冷机(14),所述的入料口(11)、出料口(12)穿接有承物架(15),被输送的物料从承物架(15)上面通过;所述的冷气通过空调制冷机(14)制冷后由冷气管(13)输箱体(1)内,对被降温物进行冷却降温,多余的冷气从入料口(11)、出料口(12)散发出来。
进一步:所述的空调制冷机(14)为压缩、制冷的一体机。
进一步:所述的风扇吹干的时间为:3分钟-10分钟。
进一步:所述的布料输送至冷气箱,从入料到出料的时间为:30秒-60秒,箱内温度为15℃-25℃。
进一步:所述的生产线总长度为70米-100米。
进一步:所述的棉布外层为布料本体(21),中间层为凝固的胶水层(22),内层为棉丝(23),布料本体(21)粘接胶水层(22),胶水层(22)粘接棉丝(23),所述的棉丝(23)的内层为凝固的织物柔软剂层,织物柔软剂层的外层为凝固的织物增亮剂层。
本发明优点为:
此工艺降低生产成本,改变过去旧布料的款式,二次加工,增加面料厚度及棉丝,提高保暖效果。
本产品的布料外表面为原布料,保持原有表面质感、结构、装饰效果;中间层为胶水层,起到密封、防透气、防水作用,内层为棉丝层,起到保暖效果好。

G、将已粘棉丝的布料输送至冷气箱,通过冷冻降温使胶水快速冷却将棉丝粘紧牢固;
H、将已冷却布料输送至吸风机械,用松毛机或松毛棒进行表面梭松,使未被粘紧的棉丝被吸风机械吸走;

用于本生产工艺的冷气箱结构描述如下,冷气箱包括箱体1,箱体1的一侧设有入料口11,相对的另一侧设有出料口12,后侧连接有冷气管13,冷气管13的加一端连接有空调制冷机14,所述的入料口11、出料口12穿接有承物架15,被输送的物料从承物架15上面通过;所述的冷气通过空调制冷机14制冷后由冷气管13输箱体1内,对被降温物进行冷却降温,多余的冷气从入料口11、出料口12散发出来;所述的空调制冷机14为压缩、制冷的一体机。
本工艺所述的风扇吹干的时间为:3分钟-10分钟。
本工艺所述的布料输送至冷气箱,从入料到出料的时间为:30秒-60秒,箱内温度为15℃-25℃。
本工艺所述的生产线总长度为70米-100米。
本工艺所述的棉布外层为布料本体21,中间层为凝固的胶水层22,内层为棉丝23,布料本体21粘接胶水层22,胶水层22粘接棉丝23,所述的棉丝23的内层为凝固的织物柔软剂层,织物柔软剂层的外层为凝固的织物增亮剂层。

1.一种棉布的生产工艺,其特征在于按下述步骤完成:
A、将棉花打散,形成均匀的棉丝;
B、在生产线的放卷机装上整卷布料并固定好;
C、将已固定的整卷布料输送至清扫机进行表面清扫;
D、将已清扫的布料输送至吸尘机械进行表面吸尘处理;
E、将已吸尘的布料输送至喷胶机进行表面喷涂粘胶水;
F、将已喷涂粘胶水的布料输送至喷棉机进行表面喷棉丝,使棉丝粘紧在胶水表面;
G、将已粘棉丝的布料输送至冷气箱,通过冷冻降温使胶水快速冷却将棉丝粘紧牢固;
H、将已冷却布料输送至吸风机械,用松毛机或松毛棒进行表面梭松,使未被粘紧的棉丝被吸风机械吸走;
I、将已吸走多余棉丝的布料输送至喷雾机械,雾喷织物柔软剂,雾喷均匀,增加柔软度;
J、将已喷雾织物柔软剂的布料输送至风冷处理,用风扇吹干;

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的布料输送至冷气箱,从入料到出料的时间为:30秒-60秒,箱内温度为15℃-25℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种棉布的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述的生产线总长度为70米-100米。
5.一种由权利要求1所述的生产工艺制备的棉布,其特征在于:所述的棉布外层为布料本体(21),中间层为凝固的胶水层(22),内层为棉丝(23),布料本体(21)粘接胶水层(22),胶水层(22)粘接棉丝(23),所述的棉丝(23)的内层为凝固的织物柔软剂层,织物柔软剂层的外层为凝固的织物增亮剂层。
