背景技术

目前就服装面料纤维种类而言,过去大多面料都是单一纤维,相对纤维分类回收比较容易,但是随着人类对服装舒适性要求的提高,越来越多的服装面料由过去的单一原料转化成多种纤维共存的混合纤维面料,这导致面料纤维分类使用难度加大,重新利用困难。
大棚种植技术是农业重要的技术领域,受季节影响较小,是保证农作物常年供应的重要手段。为保持大棚种植环境,大棚表面需要覆盖材料对其保温,目前保温覆盖物多以草帘子、毛毡子或者由喷胶棉做成的保温被为主。草帘子厚重,雨水侵湿后,吸水更重,保湿效果差,使用年限短,易损伤大棚薄膜;保温被在雨雪天吸水潮湿后,保温性能降低;吸水冷冻结冰后,无法卷放,丧失使用功能。以上覆盖物保温效果各自不同,不利于需要在较高温度下才能生长的植物。

⑴废旧衣物预处理
将收集的废旧衣物摊开,日光曝晒1-2d,送入真空杀菌室,向真空杀菌室内注入混合气体进行消毒杀菌处理,取出后进行剪切去扣,破碎废旧衣物布料,破碎成边长不大于5mm的碎布块,将碎布块投入专用清洗剂中洗涤,并进行超声处理,洗涤干净后用清水冲洗5-20min,然后投入质量浓度2-3%的过氧化氢溶液中处理,在35-45℃处理25-45min,捞出脱水后投入烘干机进行烘干处理;所述混合气体是按体积比的臭氧10-65%、氮气25-85%、环氧乙烷5-10%组成;所述专用清洗剂是按重量份计的异丙醇5-8份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、木质素磺酸钠0.5-1份、醋酸钠10-15份、次氯酸钠5-15份、乙醇4-10份、水75-85份组成;所述超声处理的超声功率300-500W,超声时间20-30min;
⑵废旧衣物纤维分离
步骤⑴烘干的碎布块先经开松机充分松解,再经梳理机充分梳理,得到的纤维投入密度呈梯度渐变的分离剂,静置后按不同的高度位置分离出单种纤维;所述单种纤维包括:棉、麻、铜氨、醋酯、丝、毛、涤纶、腈纶、锦纶、氯纶、维纶、丙纶;
⑶纤维混纺处理
按重量份数,将步骤⑵得到的棉纤维45-65份、腈纶纤维35-45份、氯纶纤维0-15份、醋酯纤维0-15份与碳纤维1-10份混纺制成混纺被芯,被芯厚度为15-30mm;将步骤⑵得到的铜氨纤维0-15份、氯纶纤维20-30份、维纶纤维15-25份、毛纤维50-60份混纺制成混纺毛毡,毛毡厚3-8mm;将步骤⑵得到的麻纤维20-35份、丝纤维0-20份、涤纶纤维45-55份、锦纶纤维15-25份、丙纶纤维0-10份与竹纤维1-10份混纺制成厚0.15-0.25mm的混纺布料;先将混纺被芯缝合到两层混纺毛毡中间,然后将混纺毛毡缝合到混纺布料中,使混纺布料作为面料包裹混纺毛毡层,得到大棚保温被。

⑷所述大棚保温被作为面料的混纺布料外侧粘合一层塑料薄膜,所述塑料薄膜是按重量份计的废旧聚乙烯地膜粒子100份、纳米蒙脱土1份、纳米氧化锌1.5份、钛酸钾晶须3.5份、滑石粉2.5份、硅烷偶联剂3份、不饱和聚酯树脂12.5份、甲基硅油4份、聚乙烯蜡4.5份经混合,在挤出机加热熔融挤出后拉伸制成。

Claims (2)

1.利用废旧衣物制作大棚保温被的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
⑴废旧衣物预处理
将收集的废旧衣物摊开,日光曝晒1-2d,送入真空杀菌室,向真空杀菌室内注入混合气体进行消毒杀菌处理,取出后进行剪切去扣,破碎废旧衣物布料,破碎成边长不大于5mm的碎布块,将碎布块投入专用清洗剂中洗涤,并进行超声处理,洗涤干净后用清水冲洗5-20min,然后投入质量浓度2-3%的过氧化氢溶液中处理,在35-45℃处理25-45min,捞出脱水后投入烘干机进行烘干处理;所述混合气体是按体积比的臭氧10-65%、氮气25-85%、环氧乙烷5-10%组成;所述专用清洗剂是按重量份计的异丙醇5-8份、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚2-5份、木质素磺酸钠0.5-1份、醋酸钠10-15份、次氯酸钠5-15份、乙醇4-10份、水75-85份组成;所述超声处理的超声功率300-500W,超声时间20-30min;
⑵废旧衣物纤维分离
步骤⑴烘干的碎布块先经开松机充分松解,再经梳理机充分梳理,得到的纤维投入密度呈梯度渐变的分离剂,静置后按不同的高度位置分离出单种纤维;所述单种纤维包括:棉、麻、铜氨、醋酯、丝、毛、涤纶、腈纶、锦纶、氯纶、维纶、丙纶;
⑶纤维混纺处理
按重量份数,将步骤⑵得到的棉纤维45-65份、腈纶纤维35-45份、氯纶纤维0-15份、醋酯纤维0-15份与碳纤维1-10份混纺制成混纺被芯,被芯厚度为15-30mm;将步骤⑵得到的铜氨纤维0-15份、氯纶纤维20-30份、维纶纤维15-25份、毛纤维50-60份混纺制成混纺毛毡,毛毡厚3-8mm;将步骤⑵得到的麻纤维20-35份、丝纤维0-20份、涤纶纤维45-55份、锦纶纤维15-25份、丙纶纤维0-10份与竹纤维1-10份混纺制成厚0.15-0.25mm的混纺布料;先将混纺被芯缝合到两层混纺毛毡中间,然后将混纺毛毡缝合到混纺布料中,使混纺布料作为面料包裹混纺毛毡层,得到大棚保温被。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用废旧衣物制作大棚保温被的方法,其特征在于:所述大棚保温被作为面料的混纺布料外侧粘合一层塑料薄膜,所述塑料薄膜是按重量份计的废旧聚乙烯地膜粒子100份、纳米蒙脱土0.5-1.5份、纳米氧化锌1-2份、钛酸钾晶须3-4份、滑石粉1-4份、硅烷偶联剂1-5份、不饱和聚酯树脂10-15份、甲基硅油3-5份、聚乙烯蜡2-7份经混合,在挤出机加热熔融挤出后拉伸制成。
