本发明公开了一种新型除尘装置，其特征在于，在收集箱的内部顶端设有间隔板，在所述间隔板的下方设有多个支架，在所述多个支架上分别套有滤袋，锥形积尘箱设在收集箱的下方，在所述锥形积尘箱下开口上设有旋转排尘阀，进气口设在间隔板的下方收集箱的一侧，排气装置连接在间隔板的上方收集箱的另一侧。通过以上设置，本发明使高度分散的漆雾和挥发出来的溶剂在短时间内吸入收集箱，不仅减少了对环境的污染，保证了喷涂操作人员的人身健康，同时，可以对吸收的漆雾和溶剂进行回收利用，减少浪费，提高经济效益。

本发明涉及一种新型除尘装置。
背景技术
喷涂是通过喷枪或碟式雾化器，借助于压力或离心力，将分散成均匀而微细的雾滴，喷涂于被涂物表面的涂装方法。喷涂作业生产效率高，适用于手工作业及工业自动化生产，且应用范围广，是现今应用最普遍的一种涂装方式。在喷涂过程中，高度分散的漆雾和挥发出来的溶剂不仅污染环境，不利于人体健康，而且浪费涂料，造成巨大的经济损失。
发明内容
本发明的的目的是提供一种新型除尘装置。
为了实现上述目的，本发明在收集箱的内部顶端设有间隔板，在所述间隔板的下方设有多个支架，在所述多个支架上分别套有滤袋，锥形积尘箱设在收集箱的下，在所述锥形积尘箱下开口上设有旋转排尘阀，进气口设在间隔板的下方收集箱的一侧，排气装置连接在间隔板的上方收集箱的另一侧。
通过以上设置，本发明使高度分散的漆雾和挥发出来的溶剂在短时间内吸入收集箱，不仅减少了对环境的污染，保证了喷涂操作人员的人身健康，同时，可以对吸收的漆雾和溶剂进行回收利用，减少浪费，提高经济效益。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明在收集箱1的内部顶端设有间隔板2，在所述间隔板2的下方设有多个支架3，在所述多个支架3上分别套有滤袋4，锥形积尘箱5设在收集箱1的下方，在所述锥形积尘箱5下开口上设有旋转排尘阀6，进气口7设在间隔板2的下方收集箱1的一侧，排气装置8连接在间隔板2的上方收集箱1的另一侧。通过以上设置，本发明工作时，含污空气在排气装置8的作用下，由进气口7进入收集箱1的内部，经多个支架3上的滤袋4过滤后，进入排气装置8，排入大气，滤袋4外表面上的积尘落到锥形积尘箱5的内部进行收集，旋转旋转排尘阀6，可将锥形积尘箱5内的积尘排除，再次收集利用。

1.新型除尘装置，其特征在于：在收集箱的内部顶端设有间隔板，在所述间隔板的下方设有多个支架，在所述多个支架上分别套有滤袋，锥形积尘箱设在收集箱的下方，在所述锥形积尘箱下开口上设有旋转排尘阀，进气口设在间隔板的下方收集箱的一侧，排气装置连接在间隔板的上方收集箱的另一侧。
