本实用新型公开了一种新型除尘装置，其特征在于，在收集箱的内部顶端设有间隔板，在所述间隔板的下方设有多个支架，在所述多个支架上分别套有滤袋，锥形积尘箱设在收集箱的下方，在所述锥形积尘箱下开口上设有旋转排尘阀，进气口设在间隔板的下方收集箱的一侧，排气装置连接在间隔板的上方收集箱的另一侧。通过以上设置，本实用新型使高度分散的漆雾和挥发出来的溶剂在短时间内吸入收集箱，不仅减少了对环境的污染，保证了喷涂操作人员的人身健康，同时，可以对吸收的漆雾和溶剂进行回收利用，减少浪费，提高经济效益。

背景技术
喷涂是通过喷枪或碟式雾化器，借助于压力或离心力，将分散成均匀而微细的雾滴，喷涂于被涂物表面的涂装方法。喷涂作业生产效率高，适用于手工作业及工业自动化生产，且应用范围广，是现今应用最普遍的一种涂装方式。在喷涂过程中，高度分散的漆雾和挥发出来的溶剂不仅污染环境，不利于人体健康，而且浪费涂料，造成巨大的经济损失。
发明内容
本实用新型的的目的是提供一种新型除尘装置。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型在收集箱的内部顶端设有间隔板，在所述间隔板的下方设有多个支架，在所述多个支架上分别套有滤袋，锥形积尘箱设在收集箱的下，在所述锥形积尘箱下开口上设有旋转排尘阀，进气口设在间隔板的下方收集箱的一侧，排气装置连接在间隔板的上方收集箱的另一侧。
通过以上设置，本实用新型使高度分散的漆雾和挥发出来的溶剂在短时间内吸入收集箱，不仅减少了对环境的污染，保证了喷涂操作人员的人身健康，同时，可以对吸收的漆雾和溶剂进行回收利用，减少浪费，提高经济效益。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型在收集箱1的内部顶端设有间隔板2，在所述间隔板2的下方设有多个支架3，在所述多个支架3上分别套有滤袋4，锥形积尘箱5设在收集箱1的下方，在所述锥形积尘箱5下开口上设有旋转排尘阀6，进气口7设在间隔板2的下方收集箱1的一侧，排气装置8连接在间隔板2的上方收集箱1的另一侧。通过以上设置，本实用新型工作时，含污空气在排气装置8的作用下，由进气口7进入收集箱1的内部，经多个支架3上的滤袋4过滤后，进入排气装置8，排入大气，滤袋4外表面上的积尘落到锥形积尘箱5的内部进行收集，旋转旋转排尘阀6，可将锥形积尘箱5内的积尘排除，再次收集利用。
