本发明提供一种背光源及显示装置。所述背光源包括背板、灯条和胶条;所述背板为金属材质,其包括基部以及分别位于所述基部四侧且与所述基部连接的四个弯折部,其中一个弯折部包括二次弯折部和将该二次弯折部与基部连接的连接部,所述二次弯折部与基部平行;所述灯条固定在所述二次弯折部上;所述胶条固定在至少一个弯折部上,且所述弯折部所在侧与具有二次弯折部的一侧相对和/或相邻;所述胶条的上表面与所述二次弯折部表面形成支撑面。上述背光源的灯条具有较高的散热效率,使背光源内部具有较低的温度,避免背光源内部器件因高温而损坏。

Description

背光源及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,具体地,涉及一种背光源及显示装置。
背景技术
高亮度、可视区最大化是显示装置的重要发展方向。对于液晶显示装置而言,要实现高亮度,通常就需要增大背光源的亮度。而一般地,背光源亮度的增大依赖于背光源中光源(如LED)数量的增加;而光源数量的增加,会不可避免地造成产生热量的增加,这就要求背光源结构具有良好的散热能力。
图1为现有的背光源结构的示意图。如图1所示,背光源包括背板10、胶框11、导光板12、光学膜层和灯条13等。其中,背板10包括基部100,以及位于基部100四侧,且与基部100连接在一起的四个弯折部101,所述基部100与弯折部101形成一个凹腔;所述基部100与弯折部101为金属材质,如铁等。胶框11在所述凹腔的内壁环绕一周,固定在背板10上,与背板10形成胶铁一体结构。所述导光板12位于所述凹腔内。所述光学膜层包括扩散板14、棱镜膜15和反射层16等,扩散板14和棱镜膜15位于导光板12的上方,且沿远离导光板12的方向依次设置;反射层16位于导光板12的下方。所述灯条13包括连接在一起的多个光源17,所述光源17可以为LED;所述灯条13固定在胶框11上,且与导光板12的侧部相对的位置,使所述光源17能够从所述导光板12的侧部向导光板12的内部射入光线。
在上述背光源结构中,灯条13固定在胶框11上,在光源17产生热量时,热量传递到胶框11上,而后散发到外界中。而已知的是,胶框11的散热能力很差,这就使得光源17产生的热量会不断地累积,导致背光源内部的温度不断升高,在背光源内部达到一定温度(如55℃)时,距离光源17较近的导光板12和反射层16会因受热而产生不可逆的变形,从而导致背光源损坏。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提出了一种背光源及显示装置,其可以提高背光源内部的散热效率,避免背光源内部的器件因高温而损坏。
为实现本发明的目的而提供一种背光源,其包括背板、灯条和胶条;所述背板为金属材质,其包括基部以及分别位于所述基部四侧且与所述基部连接的四个弯折部,其中一个弯折部包括二次弯折部和将该二次弯折部与基部连接的连接部,所述二次弯折部与基部平行;所述灯条固定在所述二次弯折部上;所述胶条固定在至少一个弯折部上,且所述弯折部所在侧与具有二次弯折部的一侧相对和/或相邻;所述胶条的上表面与所述二次弯折部表面形成支撑面。
其中,所述胶条固定在一个弯折部上,且该弯折部所在侧与二次弯折部所在侧相对。
其中,所述背板的弯折部作镀黑处理。
其中,所述胶条的宽度的范围为0.2~0.5毫米。
其中,所述二次弯折部伸出的长度的范围为1.3~2.0毫米。
其中,所述灯条与背板之间通过双面胶带粘结固定。
其中,所述背板的与灯条接触的表面镀有一层铜。
其中,所述背光源还包括导光板和光学膜层;所述光学膜层包括扩散板和棱镜膜;所述导光板和光学膜层位于背板的基部上,且所述导光板、扩散板和棱镜膜沿远离背板基部的方向依次设置。
其中,所述光学膜层还包括反射层,所述反射层位于导光板和背板的基部之间。
作为另一个技术方案,本发明还提供一种显示装置,其包括上述背光源。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供的背光源,其灯条设置在背板的二次弯折部上,且背板为金属材质,在背光源工作时,光源产生的热量通过背板传递散热,具有较高的散热效率;从而在背光源长时间持续工作时,光源产生的热量会迅速地散发到外界,而不会累积,从而可以使背光源内保持较低的温度,避免背光源内部的导光板、反射层等部件因高温而损坏。
本发明提供的显示装置,其采用本发明提供的上述背光源,可以具有较高的散热效率,避免背光源的内部器件因高温而损坏。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
本发明提供一种背光源的实施方式。请参看图2~图7,在本实施方式中,所述背光源包括背板10、灯条13和胶条20;所述背板10为金属材质,例如为铁等,其包括基部100以及分别位于所述基部100四侧且与所述基部100连接的四个弯折部101,其中一个弯折部101包括二次弯折部102和将该二次弯折部102与基部100连接的连接部103,所述二次弯折部102与基部100平行;具体地,所述二次弯折部伸出的长度L2的范围为1.3~2.0毫米。所述灯条13固定在所述二次弯折部102上;所述胶条20固定在至少一个弯折部101上,且所述弯折部101所在侧与具有二次弯折部102的一侧相对和/或相邻;所述胶条20的上表面与所述二次弯折部102表面形成支撑面,用以支撑背光源的其他结构。
所述背光源还包括导光板12和光学膜层;所述光学膜层包括扩散板14和棱镜膜15、反射层16;所述导光板12和光学膜层位于背板10的基部100上,且所述导光板12、扩散板14和棱镜膜15沿远离背板基部100的方向依次设置;所述反射层16位于导光板12和背板10的基部100之间。
在本实施方式中,背板10的三个侧面经过一次弯折,基部100和弯折部101之间的角度大致为90度。而基板10的第四个侧面则经过两次弯折,形成二次弯折部102和连接部103。其中,二次弯折部102与连接部103之间的角度大致为90度,连接部103与基部100之间的角度大致为90度,从而使二次弯折部102与基部100平行,二次弯折部102的表面成为一个可以支撑的平面。具体地,在满足使二次弯折部102的表面为一个可以提供支撑的平面的前提下,所述连接部103与基部100之间,以及二次弯折部102与连接部103之间的角度并不一定要为90度,其还可以为其他角度。
所述胶条20可以通过工艺注塑的方式制备在所述背板10上,使所述胶条20与背板10之间形成胶铁一体结构,如图3所示。相比传统的胶框、背板分离结构,胶铁一体结构可以提高背光源的结构强度,同时,便于背光源的组装。具体地,所述胶条20的宽度L1的范围为0.2~0.5毫米。
所述灯条13包括FPC(柔性电路板)和安装在FPC上的光源17,所述光源17可以为LED(发光二极管)。所述FPC可以通过双面胶带贴附在所述二次弯折部102的表面上。所述二次弯折部102的伸出部前端可以多个凹槽,即所述二次弯折部102的前端形成长城槽结构(如图2所示),所述凹槽被预留为放置光源17,这样一方面可以提高光源17的的稳固性,另一方面,还便于灯条13与背板10之间的组装。
在本实施方式中,所述灯条13安装在背板10的二次弯折部102上,这样在背光源工作时,光源产生的热量传递至二次弯折部102,向外散发;而背板10为金属材质,其散热效率更高,在背光源长时间持续工作时,光源17产生的热量会迅速地散发到外界,而不会累积,从而可以使背光源内保持较低的温度,避免背光源内部的导光板、反射层等部件因高温而损坏。
进一步地,所述背板10的与灯条13接触的表面镀有一层铜,当然也可以在背板10表面上整体全部镀铜。相比于铁,铜的散热效率更高,在光源17产生热量时,所述热量会更快地传递至背板10上,从而进一步加快散热速度,获得更好的散热效果。
由于二次弯折部102所在一侧具有一个能够提供支撑的平面,因此,在该侧就不需要设置胶条20,用以提供支撑,因此,在本实施方式中,胶条20只需设置在其他三个侧面即可。与现有技术相比,这样简化了胶铁一体结构,可以使背光源的结构更加简单。
优选地,所述胶条20固定在一个弯折部101上,且该弯折部101所在侧与二次弯折部102所在侧相对。也就是说,所述背光源中,只有二次弯折部102相对的一侧设置有胶条20,而二次弯折部102相邻的两侧不设置胶条20,这样可以进一步减少胶条20的数量,简化胶铁一体结构,同时,二次弯折部102表面(二次弯折部102的表面上覆盖有灯条13,因此,此处实质为覆盖在二次弯折部102上的灯条13表面)与对侧的胶条20所形成的支撑面也能稳定地支撑背光源的其他结构。进一步地,在二次弯折部102相邻的两侧不设置胶条20,可以减小边框的宽度,增大背光源的出光区域,从而有助于提高显示装置中可视区域的比例。
在背光源的入光侧,即灯条13所在一侧,以及设置胶条20的一侧还设置有遮光胶带18,用于遮光,避免从光学膜层的侧部向外射出光线;在遮光胶带18上方还设置有遮光胶带保护膜19,用于保护遮光胶带18。而在没有设置胶条20的侧边,无需设置遮光胶带18,这样能进一步减小该侧边的边框的宽度,从而增大背光源的出光区域。
当仅在二次弯折部102相对的一侧设置胶条20时,在二次弯折部102相邻的两侧,光线会从光学膜层的侧部射出,照射在背板10的弯折部101上,反射出去,形成亮线,影响显示品质。在本实施方式中,所述背板10的弯折部101作镀黑处理,使从光学膜层的侧部射出的光线不会形成亮线不良。
综上所述,本发明提供的背光源,其灯条13设置在背板10的二次弯折部102上,且背板10为金属材质,在背光源工作时,光源17产生的热量通过背板10传递散热,具有较高的散热效率;从而在背光源长时间持续工作时,光源17产生的热量会迅速地散发到外界,而不会累积,从而可以使背光源内保持较低的温度,避免背光源内部的导光板、反射层等部件因高温而损坏。
本发明还提供一种显示装置的实施方式。在本实施方式中,所述显示装置包括上述实施方式提供的背光源。
本发明提供的显示装置,其采用本发明上述实施方式提供的背光源,可以具有较高的散热效率,避免背光源的内部器件因高温而损坏。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种背光源,其特征在于,包括背板、灯条和胶条;所述背板为金属材质,其包括基部以及分别位于所述基部四侧且与所述基部连接的四个弯折部,其中一个弯折部包括二次弯折部和将该二次弯折部与基部连接的连接部,所述二次弯折部与基部平行;
所述灯条固定在所述二次弯折部上;
所述胶条固定在至少一个弯折部上,且所述弯折部所在侧与具有二次弯折部的一侧相对和/或相邻;
所述胶条的上表面与所述二次弯折部表面形成支撑面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述胶条固定在一个弯折部上,且该弯折部所在侧与二次弯折部所在侧相对。
3.根据权利要求1所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述背板的弯折部作镀黑处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述胶条的宽度的范围为0.2~0.5毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述二次弯折部伸出的长度的范围为1.3~2.0毫米。
6.根据权利要求1所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述灯条与背板之间通过双面胶带粘结固定。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述背板的与灯条接触的表面镀有一层铜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述背光源还包括导光板和光学膜层;所述光学膜层包括扩散板和棱镜膜;
所述导光板和光学膜层位于背板的基部上,且所述导光板、扩散板和棱镜膜沿远离背板基部的方向依次设置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述光学膜层还包括反射层,所述反射层位于导光板和背板的基部之间。
10.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~9任意一项所述的背光源。
