本发明属于医疗器械技术领域。
背景技术
现有的X射线机刹车和解锁装置通常采用以下两种方式：第一种方式是手动刹车和解锁，该方式刹车的把手与刹车结构距离太远，结构复杂，调整不方便；第二种方式是脚踏上下刹车和解锁，该方式由于刹车时脚向下踩，解锁时脚需向上提，使用时不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是：为克服上述X射线机刹车和解锁装置带来的缺陷，利用刹车轴、刹车块、刹车杆、刹车脚踏板、限位块固和解锁板组成刹车和解锁装置，当X射线机需要刹车或解锁时，只需要用脚轻轻的往下踩刹车脚踏板或解锁板就能刹车和解锁。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：该装置由底板、刹车轴、刹车块、刹车杆、刹车脚踏板、解锁板、限位块、轮轴、轮子组成，其特征在于：轮轴固定在底板上，刹车轴与底板连接，限位块固定在底板上，当机器移动到临床应用位置时，踩下刹车脚踏板，解锁板与限位块锁紧，刹车块与轮子接触实现刹车，临床应用结束后踩下解锁板，解锁板与限位块脱开，刹车块与轮子分开，从而实现解锁。
本发明的有益效果是：该装置操作灵活方便，结构紧凑，制造成本低，安全可靠，安装方便。

1.一种医用移动式X射线机刹车和解锁装置，其结构由底板（1）、刹车轴（2）、刹车块（3）、刹车杆（4）、刹车脚踏板（5）、解锁板（6）、限位块（7）、轮轴（8）、轮子（9）组成，其特征在于：轮轴（8）固定在底板（1）上，刹车轴（2）与底板（1）连接，限位块（7）固定在底板（1）上，当机器移动到临床应用位置时，踩下刹车脚踏板（5），解锁板（6）与限位块（7）锁紧，刹车块（3）与轮子（9）接触实现刹车，临床应用结束后踩下解锁板（6），解锁板（6）与限位块（7）脱开，刹车块（3）与轮子（9）分开，从而实现解锁。
