技术领域
本发明涉及注塑加工领域,具体涉及一种注塑加工用多彩氯化聚乙烯。
背景技术
氯化聚乙烯(CPE)为饱和高分子材料,具有优良的耐侯性、耐臭氧、耐化学药品及耐老化性能,具有良好的耐油性、阻燃性。20世纪90年代末,国内对高性能阻燃橡胶的需求越来越大,特别是电线电缆行业、汽车配件制造业的发展,带动了对橡胶型CPE的消费需求。主要应用于电线电缆,液压胶管,车用胶管,胶带,胶板,PVC型材管材改性,磁性材料,ABS改性等等。
随着生产力的不断发展,人们对色彩的要求越来越高,普通的黑白氯化聚乙烯已无法满足消费者的使用的要求,因此需要开发一种多彩氯化聚乙烯。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有色彩鲜艳、稳定性强、阻燃性高、使用寿命长、成本低的特点的注塑加工用多彩氯化聚乙烯。
本发明的技术方案是,一种注塑加工用多彩氯化聚乙烯,所述注塑加工用多彩氯化聚乙烯由氯化聚乙烯塑料、热稳定剂、着色剂、阻燃剂、抗老化剂以及填充剂组成,所述热稳定剂为硫醇甲基锡,所述着色剂为三氧化二铁,所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝,所述抗老化剂为6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚,所述填充剂为碳黑,所述注塑加工用多彩氯化聚乙烯各成分所占份数分别为所述氯化聚乙烯塑料占81-86份,所述硫醇甲基锡占8-11份,所述三氧化二铁占6-9份,所述氢氧化铝占12-15份,所述6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚占3-7份,所述碳黑占15-19份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述注塑加工用多彩氯化聚乙烯各成分所占份数具体为所述氯化聚乙烯塑料占84份,所述硫醇甲基锡占9份,所述三氧化二铁占7份,所述氢氧化铝占12份,所述6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚占5份,所述碳黑占16份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述注塑加工用多彩氯化聚乙烯各成分所占份数具体为所述氯化聚乙烯塑料占83份,所述硫醇甲基锡占10份,所述三氧化二铁占6份,所述氢氧化铝占13份,所述6-叔丁基-3-甲基苯酚占4份,所述碳黑占17份。
