本发明涉及一种耐磨抗拉防晒电缆。
背景技术
随着技术的进步,电缆绝缘皮应用于各行各业,其需求量越来越大,三元乙丙橡胶因其众多优点,已成为电线电缆业中广泛使用的一种绝缘材料原料,但因其成本较高,生产和使用均受到了一定的制约,目前,线缆绝缘皮的生产已逐渐淘汰该原料,而开始实用丁苯橡胶。
鉴于以上现有技术中存在的缺陷,有必要将其进一步改进,使其更具备实用性,才能符合实际使用情况。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种耐耐磨抗拉防晒电缆,它由以下原料组成:按份量计取,双酚A聚碳酸酯15-20份、相容剂15-28份、钼酸铵6-9份、防老化剂混合物为12-13份、聚氯乙烯100份、抗氧剂0.1-0.8份、稳定剂5-15份、高温增塑剂20-50份、填料10-30份、抗耐磨粉16-17份、三氧化二锑25-33份、纳米活性轻质碳酸钙30-40份、微胶囊化红磷,28-29份;氧化双6-9二氯苯甲酰,9-18份、蒙脱石16-18份,硬脂酸锌13-19份,钛白粉33-38份、硫化剂17-28份、护套橡皮的含胶量为36-45份。

本发明的有益效果:生产出来的电缆外包胶层绝缘性能优异,弹性好,耐老化表面光滑且富有光泽,电绝缘性能和耐臭氧性,而且所用原料易得,成本低,使其无论在生产成本方面还是产品性能方面都具有良好的推广价值。
