背景技术
塑料制品是采用塑料为主要原料加工而成的生活用品、工业用品的统称。塑料制品根据其用途的不同要求,常需进行增加、增韧或填充改性。对于一些既求增加又要求增韧的制品,近年来发展了通过多组份共聚共混,加入不同添加剂的方法求得同时具有高的拉伸强度、冲击强度又具有韧性的性能。
现有技术的成品具有较高的伸率、弯曲强度及抗拉强度,但冲击强度不高,因此对于一些要求弯曲强度高、抗冲击性好、刚性好、硬度较高的制件就不能满足其使用性能的要求。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出一种塑料箱制品,结构巧妙,抗冲击力强。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:一种塑料箱制品,包括塑料箱体,其侧壁内设有两层无纺纱线层。
进一步地,两层无纺纱线层分别设在侧壁的两侧。
进一步地,所述无纺纱线层为网状纱线构成。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:在塑料箱侧壁内埋设无纺纱线,提高箱体抗冲击力,刚性好,硬度高。

在塑料箱侧壁内埋设无纺纱线,提高箱体抗冲击力,刚性好,硬度高。
