Abstract
本发明涉及一种钢筋滚挤压机,包括机架、电机、减速器和偏心辊,固定在机架上的电机经减速器后驱动偏心辊动作;其特征是:机架上设立有左、右侧板,在左、右侧板间活动定位有主动轴和从动轴,主动轴和从动轴通过一对啮合齿轮形成同步反向旋转;所述主动轴与减速器输出轴轴接,形成动力传递结构;在主动轴和从动轴上对应固定有主偏心辊和从偏心辊。本发明利用一对偏心辊反向同步旋转,对工件产生滚挤作用,实现楔形夹持部的加工,从而满足工件规范化和高效率的加工需求;本设备具有工作稳定、效率高,能持续工作,机器结构新型、排列整齐、维修方便的特点。

技术领域:
本发明属于机械设备领域,特别涉及一种钢筋滚挤压机。
背景技术:
砖夹是用来装卸砖块的一种简单工具,大量用于建筑工地,它的优点是一次可以夹四块或者六块标准砖块,实用性强,也是必备的工具。砖夹与砖块接触部分呈扁平状,并呈楔形。制造砖夹时,需先加工出的楔形夹持部后,再经过必要的锻打、弯曲、钻孔,然后装配而成。楔形夹持部通常是采用钢筋锻造,加工效率低,也不标准规范。如何改善现有加工手段,提高成品规格和生产效率,即成为本发明研究对象。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是发明一种用以加工砖夹楔形夹持部的钢筋滚挤压机。
本发明技术方案是这样实现的:一种钢筋滚挤压机,包括机架、电机、减速器和偏心辊,固定在机架上的电机经减速器后驱动偏心辊动作;其特征是:机架上设立有左、右侧板,在左、右侧板间活动定位有主动轴和从动轴,主动轴和从动轴通过一对啮合齿轮形成同步反向旋转;所述主动轴与减速器输出轴轴接,形成动力传递结构;在主动轴和从动轴上对应固定有主偏心辊和从偏心辊。
所述主偏心辊和从偏心辊表面设有配合的环槽和环轨,环槽提供工件插入基准,环轨与环槽配合形成滚挤结构。
所述主偏心辊和从偏心辊成上下垂直分布,主偏心辊表面设有环槽且处于下方。
所述机架上还设有行程开关,该行程开关包括停机开关和启动开关;所述启动开关联动的触控板固定在机架上,处于主、从偏心辊卷入一侧;停机开关采用微动开关,安装在机架上,在减速器输出轴或主动轴上固定有拨动片,每旋转一周该拨动片可触碰所述微动开关一次,提供停机信号。
本发明利用一对偏心辊反向同步旋转,对工件产生滚挤作用,实现楔形夹持部的加工,从而满足工件规范化和高效率的加工需求;本设备具有工作稳定、效率高,能持续工作,机器结构新型、排列整齐、维修方便的特点。

具体实施方式:
参照图1、图2和图3,钢筋滚挤压机,包括机架1、电机2、减速器3、主动轴4和从动轴5,以及固定在主动轴上的主偏心辊6和固定在从动轴上的从偏心辊7;机架1上设立有左、右侧板11、12,在左、右侧板11、12间活动定位有主动轴4和从动轴5,主动轴4和从动轴5通过一对啮合齿轮8形成同步反向旋转;主动轴4与减速器3输出轴31轴接,形成动力传递结构;电机2和减速器3均固定在机架1上,电机1经减速器3减速增力后,驱动一对偏心辊,也即主偏心辊6和从偏心辊7实现滚挤动作。
在主动轴4和从动轴5上对应固定有主偏心辊6和从偏心辊7;而主偏心辊6和从偏心辊7成上下垂直分布,更进一步,主偏心辊6表面设有环槽61,从偏心辊7表面设有与环槽61配合的环轨71,环槽61提供工件插入的基准和限位,环轨71与环槽61配合形成滚挤结构。
参照图1、图4和图5,为实现滚挤压机自动工作,在机架1上还设有行程开关,该行程开关包括停机开关和启动开关,也即控制电机2启动和停机动作;启动开关联动的触控板9固定在机架1上,处于主、从偏心辊6、7卷入一侧,作业时,人工将加热后待加工的工件10插入双辊间,也即对着主偏心辊的环槽61处插入,此时主、次偏心辊间隙大,方便插入,直至工件10插入端触及该触控板9,启动电机2,一对偏心辊反向旋转,进入滚挤过程;停机开关91采用微动开关,安装在机架1上,在减速器输出轴31或主动轴4上固定有拨动片92,每旋转一周该拨动片92可触碰微动开关一次,提供停机信号,也即当工件成型结束,恰好该拨动片92碰到停机开关91,电机停止工作,等待下次工作指令。配合主、次偏心辊上的环槽61和环轨71,工件一旦被滚挤夹住后,即无需扶持,可自动完成成型过程,设计偏心辊转动一圈即可加工一件产品。

1.一种钢筋滚挤压机,包括机架、电机、减速器和偏心辊,固定在机架上的电机经减速器后驱动偏心辊动作;其特征是:机架上设立有左、右侧板,在左、右侧板间活动定位有主动轴和从动轴,主动轴和从动轴通过一对啮合齿轮形成同步反向旋转;所述主动轴与减速器输出轴轴接,形成动力传递结构;在主动轴和从动轴上对应固定有主偏心辊和从偏心辊;所述机架上还设有行程开关,该行程开关包括停机开关和启动开关;所述启动开关联动的触控板固定在机架上,处于主、从偏心辊卷入一侧;停机开关采用微动开关,安装在机架上,在减速器输出轴或主动轴上固定有拨动片,每旋转一周该拨动片可触碰所述微动开关一次,提供停机信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钢筋滚挤压机,其特征是:主偏心辊和从偏心辊表面设有配合的环槽和环轨,环槽提供工件插入基准,环轨与环槽配合形成滚挤结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种钢筋滚挤压机,其特征是:主偏心辊和从偏心辊成上下垂直分布,主偏心辊表面设有环槽且处于下方。
