本发明属于托盘技术领域,公开了一种片烟托盘,其包括支腿,所述支腿之间设有插持孔;所述支腿的上面设有网格板;所述网格板的上面设有防滑垫;所述网格板和支腿上设有纵横交错的钢筋龙骨。本发明片烟托盘承重能力强、使用方便。

技术领域
本发明属于托盘技术领域,涉及一种应用于大型货架及叉车搬运货物的托盘,具体涉及一种片烟托盘及其加工方法。
背景技术
现有技术的平板托盘,大多由塑料注塑成型,平板托盘下面平行设有三排支腿座,该三排支腿座能够使平板托盘的四周都便于叉车插持。但是在插持过程中,叉车的货叉容易碰伤支腿,长时间使用,托盘发生损坏。托盘由塑料注塑成型,坚固度低、承重能力差,堆放货物久了就会发生下凹、形变。在叉运货物的过程中,货物在托盘上容易滑落,使用起来不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术存在容易损坏、承重能力差、使用不方便的技术问题,提供一种片烟托盘,以克服现有技术的不足;本发明还提供了上述托盘的加工方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的是通过如下技术方案来实现的:
一种片烟托盘,其包括支腿,所述支腿之间设有插持孔;所述支腿的上面设有网格板;所述网格板的上面设有防滑垫;所述网格板和支腿上设有纵横交错的钢筋龙骨。
所述插持孔的开口周边呈弧状。
所述网格板按照如下方法制备而得:
1)按照重量份取下述各原料备用:滑石粉1-2份,锂基膨润土1-2份,凸凹棒土1-2份,二硫化钼1-2份,氮化硅2-3份,玻璃纤维4-5份,氮化铝5-8份,磷酸三苯酯8-10份,碳化硅8-10份,硼砂8-10份,聚碳酸酯10-12份,溴化聚苯乙烯10-12份,氯化丁基橡胶40-50份,三元乙丙橡胶50-60份。其中,滑石粉,锂基膨润土,二硫化钼,氮化硅,氮化铝,碳化硅以及硼砂的粒径均为100目;玻璃纤维的长度为30-50um,直径为10-20um;
2)将滑石粉,锂基膨润土,二硫化钼,氮化硅,氮化铝,碳化硅以及硼砂依次投入到搅拌机中,500转/min搅拌10min,得到辅料A;
3)往凸凹棒土添加同等重量的1M盐酸,500转/min搅拌5min,80℃烘干,研磨至粒径为100目,即为辅料B;
4)将玻璃纤维,磷酸三苯酯,聚碳酸酯,溴化聚苯乙烯,氯化丁基橡胶以及三元乙丙橡胶依次投入到搅拌机中,500转/min搅拌5min,得到主料;
5)将辅料A、辅料B以及主料混合均匀,从料斗加入料筒中,料筒外由加热圈加热,使物料熔融,在料筒内装有在外动力驱动旋转的螺杆,物料在螺杆的作用下,沿着螺槽向前输送并压实,物料在外加热和螺杆的双重作用下逐渐地熔融和均化,然后,螺杆将熔融料通过喷嘴注射到模具的型腔中,型腔中的熔融料经过保压、冷却以及定型后,定型时预留钢筋龙骨置入孔道,开启模具,并通过顶出装置把定型好的制品从模具顶出落下,即得。
本发明取得有益效果主要包括:
本发明结构设计合理、使用方便,由于托盘内和支腿上设有纵横交错式的钢筋龙骨,可提高托盘的承重能力,长时间使用时托盘不会发生型变,延长了托盘的使用寿命;网格板上设置防滑垫可以在叉运过程中防止货物滑落;插持孔的周围设为弧面状,在插持的时候货叉不会碰伤支腿。本发明有效解决了现有技术存在容易损坏、承重能力差、使用不方便的技术问题;本发明制备网格板时适当添加了改性剂,提高了物料流动性,并且大大提高了托盘的抗冲击性、柔韧性以及耐腐蚀性能,降低了生产成本;本发明各原料配伍合理,抗冲击力强,耐腐蚀耐高温,提高了使用寿命。

具体实施方式
以下将采用具体实施例对本发明做出进一步的解释,但是其并不作为对本发明创新精神的限制。
实施例1
参照图1和图2,本发明片烟托盘,它包括支腿4;所述支腿4之间设有插持孔3;所述支腿的上面设有网格板1;所述网格板1的上面设有防滑垫2;所述网格板1和支腿上设有纵横交错的钢筋龙骨5。
所述插持孔的开口周边呈弧状。
本发明的型号为1250,托盘内设有纵横交错的8根钢筋龙骨,上面设有防滑垫,主要用来搬运片烟,定名为:片烟托盘。
实施例2
一种片烟托盘网格板,其按照如下方法制备而得:
1)按照重量份取下述各原料备用:滑石粉1份,锂基膨润土1份,凸凹棒土1份,二硫化钼1份,氮化硅2份,玻璃纤维4份,氮化铝5份,磷酸三苯酯8份,碳化硅8份,硼砂8份,聚碳酸酯10份,溴化聚苯乙烯10份,氯化丁基橡胶40份,三元乙丙橡胶50份。其中,滑石粉,锂基膨润土,二硫化钼,氮化硅,氮化铝,碳化硅以及硼砂的粒径均为100目;玻璃纤维的长度为30um,直径为10um;
2)将滑石粉,锂基膨润土,二硫化钼,氮化硅,氮化铝,碳化硅以及硼砂依次投入到搅拌机中,500转/min搅拌10min,得到辅料A;
3)往凸凹棒土添加同等重量的1M盐酸,500转/min搅拌5min,80℃烘干,研磨至粒径为100目,即为辅料B;
4)将玻璃纤维,磷酸三苯酯,聚碳酸酯,溴化聚苯乙烯,氯化丁基橡胶以及三元乙丙橡胶依次投入到搅拌机中,500转/min搅拌5min,得到主料;
5)将辅料A、辅料B以及主料混合均匀,从料斗加入料筒中,料筒外由加热圈加热,使物料熔融,在料筒内装有在外动力驱动旋转的螺杆,物料在螺杆的作用下,沿着螺槽向前输送并压实,物料在外加热和螺杆的双重作用下逐渐地熔融和均化,然后,螺杆将熔融料通过喷嘴注射到模具的型腔中,型腔中的熔融料经过保压、冷却以及定型后,定型时预留钢筋龙骨置入孔道,开启模具,并通过顶出装置把定型好的制品从模具顶出落下,即得。
实施例3
本发明实施例1以生产长宽高为1200mm×1000mm×155mm的托盘,其中网格板采用实施例2制备,钢管直径为10mm,为试验组;以申请人先前制备的托盘为对照组CN201310000812;具体见表1:

耐热性:将试验组放置于100℃热水中24小时,取出后,表面无明显变化,弯曲强度和载重均保持99%以上。
耐腐蚀性:将试验组放置于8%盐水中腐蚀200小时,表面保持光亮,无明显变化,弯曲强度和载重均保持97%以上。
可以理解的是,本发明还可以作出其他的限定,在不脱离本发明范围和精神的情况下,可以对这里所披露的实施例进行其它变形和改变仍在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (4)
1.一种片烟托盘,其包括支腿,所述支腿之间设有插持孔;所述支腿的上面设有网格板;所述网格板的上面设有防滑垫;所述网格板和支腿上设有纵横交错的钢筋龙骨。
2.根据权利要求1所述的片烟托盘,其特征在于,所述插持孔的开口周边呈弧状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的片烟托盘,其特征在于,所述网格板按照如下方法制备而得:
1)按照重量份取下述各原料备用:滑石粉1-2份,锂基膨润土1-2份,凸凹棒土1-2份,二硫化钼1-2份,氮化硅2-3份,玻璃纤维4-5份,氮化铝5-8份,磷酸三苯酯8-10份,碳化硅8-10份,硼砂8-10份,聚碳酸酯10-12份,溴化聚苯乙烯10-12份,氯化丁基橡胶40-50份,三元乙丙橡胶50-60份;所述滑石粉,锂基膨润土,二硫化钼,氮化硅,氮化铝,碳化硅以及硼砂的粒径均为100目;所述玻璃纤维的长度为30-50um,直径为10-20um;
2)将滑石粉,锂基膨润土,二硫化钼,氮化硅,氮化铝,碳化硅以及硼砂依次投入到搅拌机中,500转/min搅拌10min,得到辅料A;
3)往凸凹棒土添加同等重量的1M盐酸,500转/min搅拌5min,80℃烘干,研磨至粒径为100目,即为辅料B;
4)将玻璃纤维,磷酸三苯酯,聚碳酸酯,溴化聚苯乙烯,氯化丁基橡胶以及三元乙丙橡胶依次投入到搅拌机中,500转/min搅拌5min,得到主料;
5)将辅料A、辅料B以及主料混合均匀,从料斗加入料筒中,料筒外由加热圈加热,使物料熔融,在料筒内装有在外动力驱动旋转的螺杆,物料在螺杆的作用下,沿着螺槽向前输送并压实,物料在外加热和螺杆的双重作用下逐渐地熔融和均化,然后,螺杆将熔融料通过喷嘴注射到模具的型腔中,型腔中的熔融料经过保压、冷却以及定型后,定型时预留钢筋龙骨置入孔道,开启模具,并通过顶出装置把定型好的制品从模具顶出落下,即得。
4.一种托盘网格板,其特征在于,所述网格板按照如下方法制备而得:
1)按照重量份取下述各原料备用:滑石粉1-2份,锂基膨润土1-2份,凸凹棒土1-2份,二硫化钼1-2份,氮化硅2-3份,玻璃纤维4-5份,氮化铝5-8份,磷酸三苯酯8-10份,碳化硅8-10份,硼砂8-10份,聚碳酸酯10-12份,溴化聚苯乙烯10-12份,氯化丁基橡胶40-50份,三元乙丙橡胶50-60份;所述滑石粉,锂基膨润土,二硫化钼,氮化硅,氮化铝,碳化硅以及硼砂的粒径均为100目;所述玻璃纤维的长度为30-50um,直径为10-20um;
2)将滑石粉,锂基膨润土,二硫化钼,氮化硅,氮化铝,碳化硅以及硼砂依次投入到搅拌机中,500转/min搅拌10min,得到辅料A;
3)往凸凹棒土添加同等重量的1M盐酸,500转/min搅拌5min,80℃烘干,研磨至粒径为100目,即为辅料B;
4)将玻璃纤维,磷酸三苯酯,聚碳酸酯,溴化聚苯乙烯,氯化丁基橡胶以及三元乙丙橡胶依次投入到搅拌机中,500转/min搅拌5min,得到主料;
