Description

批量碳酸化器和形成碳酸饮料的方法

技术领域
本发明涉及碳酸化(carbonation)装置和用于形成碳酸化的批量(batch)成品饮料的方法。
发明背景
当前的碳酸饮料可以通过以下步骤来形成:使用碳酸化器(carbonator)来碳酸化水源,然后引入调味糖浆浓缩物来制备碳酸饮料。此外,现有技术的设备可以包括小的CO2筒(cartridge),该CO2筒在压力下将碳酸化作用引入水的容器中,然后加入糖浆或其它成分,以产生成品饮料。

发明内容

具体实施方式
通常,利用亨利定律可以描述碳酸化过程,该定律指出,在恒定的温度下,溶解在给定类型和体积的液体中的给定气体的量与该气体的分压(partial pressure)成比例,该气体与所述液体平衡。通过以不同的水平控制CO2的压力,被吸收的溶解的气体的量的允许用户制造具有不同碳酸化作用的量的饮料,以制造出人类五味瓶(human palette)的不同的味道和感觉。
本发明的装置和方法可以通过下述步骤来实施:将成品饮料置于压力容器中,并用CO2对所述成品饮料加压以使所述气体饱和产生碳酸饮料的液体,所述成品饮料可以包含水、调味剂、糖浆和其它添加剂。通过控制引入到所述压力容器中的CO2的压力,可以从高碳酸化液体到较低水平的碳酸化液体来改变饮料中的碳酸化水平。在压力容器内的液体的搅拌减少饱和所述液体所需要的时间,并提高了碳酸化的准确性。

6.如权利要求1所述的批量碳酸化装置,其中所述搅拌机构包括附接至马达的平台,所述马达以垂直移动的方式移动所述平台,且所述马达进一步包括弹簧,所述弹簧附接到所述平台,引起所述压力容器中的液体的快速加速和减速。
7.如权利要求6所述的批量碳酸化装置,其中所述搅拌机构包括电动马达组件,所述电动马达组件包括凸轮和连杆,所述凸轮附接到马达的轴,所述连杆附接到所述凸轮。
8.如权利要求7所述的批量碳酸化装置,其中所述连杆附接到轴承,所述轴承包括反作用力弹簧,所述反作用力弹簧稳定所述平台的移动。
9.如权利要求8所述的批量碳酸化装置,所述装置包括附着杆,所述附着杆将所述轴承连接到所述平台。
10.如权利要求1所述的批量碳酸化装置,所述装置包括状态显示切换器,所述状态显示切换器定位在所述壳体上,指示所述压力容器的状态。
11.如权利要求1所述的批量碳酸化装置,其中所述密封件包括在其中形成的通气槽。
12.如权利要求1所述的批量碳酸化装置,其中通过相对于所述盖定位所述密封件而将压力包含在所述压力容器内,使得所述密封件限制所述压力容器的边缘到所述盖。
13.如权利要求1所述的批量碳酸化装置,其中当所述密封件相对于所述压力容器和盖定位时,所述锁定机构被铰接以允许打开所述锁定机构和在适当的位置滑动所述压力容器。
14.如权利要求1所述的批量碳酸化装置,其中所述盖浮动在夹持器中,所述夹持器被附接到所述锁定机构。
15.批量形成碳酸饮料的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
提供壳体和搅拌机构;
提供附接到所述搅拌机构的锁定机构;
提供压力容器,所述压力容器包括密封件和盖,所述盖包括CO2入口和CO2出口,
引入液体饮料到所述压力容器;
利用所述锁定机构,相对于所述压力容器而锁定所述密封件和盖,并连接所述压力容器至所述搅拌机构;
选定碳酸化水平;
以预定的时间、以特定的压力引入CO2,并利用所述搅拌机构搅拌所述液体饮料,形成具有选定的碳酸化水平的碳酸饮料。
16.如权利要求15所述的形成碳酸饮料的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:引入冰到所述压力容器,以降低所述液体饮料的温度。
17.如权利要求15所述的形成碳酸饮料的方法,所述方法包括移动附接到所述壳体的门的步骤,当所述压力容器定位在所述壳体内时,所述门覆盖所述压力容器,其中当压力被引入到所述压力容器时,所述门相对于所述壳体被锁定。
18.如权利要求17所述的形成碳酸饮料的方法,所述方法包括在形成所述碳酸饮料之后,通过CO2出口从所述压力容器清除压力的步骤。
19.如权利要求18所述的形成碳酸饮料的方法,所述方法包括在所述清除压力的步骤之后,对门进行解锁的步骤。
20.如权利要求18所述的形成碳酸饮料的方法,其中所述清除的步骤包括打开压力排放阀,其中在所述容器内的CO2穿过所述密封件并进入所述盖的CO2出口。
21.如权利要求20所述的形成碳酸饮料的方法,其中所述CO2出口连接到可调节的流量阀,所述可调节的流量阀调节离开所述压力容器的CO2的速率。
22.如权利要求18所述的形成碳酸饮料的方法,其中所述清除步骤包括:当所述压力容器内的压力已经达到预定值时,开动压力开关,所述预定值允许用户从所述壳体移除所述压力容器,其中所述压力开关的开动切换在所述壳体上的显示器,所述显示器指示在所述容器内的压力已被清除。
23.如权利要求15所述的形成碳酸饮料的方法,其中锁定所述压力容器的步骤包括:将所述密封件定位在所述压力容器上,其中所述密封件的边缘接触所述压力容器;将所述盖定位在所述锁定机构内;将所述压力容器和密封件定位在所述锁定机构中;和开动所述锁定机构,所述锁定机构将所述压力容器、密封件和盖连接在所述锁定机构中,并将所述压力容器连接到所述搅拌机构。
24.如权利要求22所述的形成碳酸饮料的方法,其中所述引入CO2到所述容器的步骤包括开动具有不同的压力的多个阀中的一个、关闭压力排放阀、开动压力阀,其中所述压力开关的开动切换在所述壳体上的显示器,所述显示器指示压力在所述容器内。
25.如权利要求15所述的形成碳酸饮料的方法,其中所述液体饮料包括水和额外的调味成分。
