背景技术
地垫是一种能有效地在入口处刮除泥尘和水份,保持室内地面整洁的产品。EVA(乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物)材料是地垫常用的材料,具有优良的耐水性、耐腐蚀性、可加工性、防震动性和保温性。日常生活中的地垫都有各种颜色,黄色是其中一种很常见的颜色。但是,现有技术中的黄色的地垫颜色易脱落,可以说地垫用色料耐晒性、耐热性、耐酸碱性和耐溶剂性很差。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,本发明提供了一种耐晒性、耐热性、耐酸碱性和耐溶剂性都很好的EVA材料地垫用色料配方。
为达到上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种EVA材料地垫用色料配方,其配方中的各组分和重量为:联苯胺黄470~490g、钛白粉90~110g、永固紫45~55g、EVA胶料62~66kg、滑石粉23~27kg、架桥剂380~420g、硬脂酸770~830g、氧化锌1.9~2.1kg、发泡剂7.7~8.3kg。
其进一步特征如下:
配方中的各组分和重量为:联苯胺黄480g、钛白粉100g、永固紫50g、EVA胶料64kg、滑石粉25kg、架桥剂400g、硬脂酸800g、氧化锌2kg、发泡剂8kg。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列有益效果:
耐晒性、耐热性、耐酸碱性和耐溶剂性都很好,生产出来的黄色地垫颜色不易脱落。

一种EVA材料地垫用色料配方,其配方中的各组分和重量为:联苯胺黄470g、钛白粉110g、永固紫55g、EVA胶料62kg、滑石粉23kg、架桥剂420g、硬脂酸830g、氧化锌2.1kg、发泡剂8.3kg。
实施例三:
一种EVA材料地垫用色料配方,其配方中的各组分和重量为:联苯胺黄490g、钛白粉90g、永固紫55g、EVA胶料58kg、滑石粉27kg、架桥剂420g、硬脂酸770g、氧化锌2.1kg、发泡剂8.3kg。
实施例四:
一种EVA材料地垫用色料配方,其配方中的各组分和重量为:联苯胺黄490g、钛白粉90g、永固紫45g、EVA胶料62kg、滑石粉27kg、架桥剂380g、硬脂酸830g、氧化锌2.1kg、发泡剂7.7kg。
